21CW: A Life In The Death Of British Wrestling

21CW Roster

Faces

Adam Matravers

-Hometown: Greys, Essex

-Theme Music: The Cribs-We Were Aborted

<a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=AdamMatravers.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/AdamMatravers.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

"Mile High" Adam Matravers is a talented all-round worker, specializing in high flying action, who is considered one of the most naturally talented UK worker of his generation. Toward the end of 2006 he was teaming with Petey Barnes in ROF as The Show Stealers and getting rave reviews. When 21CW were taken over by Jeff Nova and got a TV deal they became able to basically hand-pick any worker they wanted, and Matravers was one of their first signings, showing how highly rated he is. He has gone on to prove exactly why he is so prized, winning all three of 21CW's available title belts within three years.

Daniel Black Francis

-Hometown: Kingston Upon Thames, London

-Theme Music: Toots and The Maynards-54-46 Was My Number

Daniel Black Francis is a young British talent who formerly went under the name Danny Appleseed, although he had little success. In 2006 he was picked up by Ring Of Fire, who saw potential in his unique look and charisma. He only lasted a few months however, as shortly after his debut the UK scene was turned on its head by the takeover of 21CW, whose new TV deal made them the number one promotion in the country. Daniel was signed up shortly afterward, as they saw his potential too.

Davey Celtic

-Hometown: Glasgow, Scotland

-Theme Music: Dead 60’s-Riot Radio

Davey Celtic is a young prospect from Glasgow. He made his pro debut in 2005, working for 21CW, where he went under the nickname "Drunk And Disorderly". A flashy high flier, he spent the first six months of his career jobbing to established stars. Eventually, having improved his work and gained some much needed muscle mass, he was teamed up with Davey London to form a new tag team. Steadily but surely, both men have improved as wrestlers over the course of their partnership.

Davey London

-Hometown: Peckham, London

-Theme Music: Dead 60’s –Riot Radio

Davey London is a young British worker, who is best known for his 21st Century Wrestling tag team with Davey Celtic. He made his professional debut for the company in late 2004, when he was known as "The Prince Of Peckham" and used an extremely lame royalty gimmick. That was mercifully killed off in 2005 when he was teamed up with Celtic, which saw him move into a more realistic streetwise character instead. He continues to improve as a wrestler month by month.

DJ Reason

-Hometown: Birmingham, England

-Theme Music: LCD Soundsystem-Trials and Tribulations

DJ Reason is a a charismatic brawler, who is well known in the UK for his work with MOSC, where he won the UK championship on two occasions. He used to work simply as "The Reason", but he changed that later on to reflect his real life talent as a night club DJ. In 2006, Jeff Nova's influence turned 21CW into the number one promotion in Britain virtually overnight, and allowed him to basically bring in anyone he wanted - DJ Reason was one of his first signings, which shows how good he is.

Edward Cornell

-Hometown: Canterbury, Kent

-Theme Music: Joy Division-Transmission

Edward "Eddie" Cornell is the younger cousin of the legendary Tommy Cornell. Unfortunately for Eddie, that means that he is constantly compared to "Rough Justice", a comparison that would sink 99% of wrestlers. This has resulted in people overlooking the fact that he is actually a pretty good wrestler in his own right, just not to the point of being as good as his cousin. After making his pro debut in October 2008 and spending the following year developing his skills on independent shows both in the UK and America, Edward signed with Jeff Nova's 21CW promotion.

Harry Wilson

-Hometown: Bristol, England

-Theme Music: Dan Le Sac-The Beat That My Heart Skipped

Harry Wilson is the younger brother of the legendary Cliff "Dark Angel" Wilson. Born in the United Kingdom, he moved to Canada in 2000, where his sibling had a hand in training him. Cliff's influence was further felt when he used his connections in NOTBPW to get young Harry a job, and it is there that Harry made his debut in early 2002. Over the next four years he proved himself to be a competent worker, but lacked the spark of greatness that his brother had, and he was released in 2006. Returning to the UK after two depressing years on the Canadian regional circuit, Wilson was soon picked up by 21CW who hoped to capitalise on his international credentials.

Joss Thompson

-Hometown:West Chester, Pennsylvania

-Theme Music: The Clash-I’m So Bored Of The USA

Joss Thompson calls himself "The Complete Package", and it's easy to see why; he combines good wrestling skills with looks and charisma. An American, he struggled on the independent circuit for a while before heading to the UK to live. He joined MOSC, where his ****y heel character led him to huge success, being one of the most dominant champions for a long time. In 2006 he was cherry-picked by Jeff Nova's revitalised 21CW to be one of its new major stars, and so he left MOSC behind.

K’Lee Hawkins

-Hometown: Newcastle,England

-Theme Music: Twelve-Forward Russia

K'Lee Hawkins is a solid wrestler from Newcastle, England, who is probably best known for his work with Ring Of Fire. Upon arrival in the promotion he wasn't much more than a standard, slightly bland, midcard level talent. That changes through 2006 though, primarily because of clever booking and the fact that his Crossface Chickenwing finisher got over massively with the audience as one of the deadliest holds in the promotion. A genuine main event threat for the remainder of his ROF career, he eventually left for the greener pastures of 21CW in 2008

.

Nate Manchester

-Hometown: Newcastle, England

-Theme Music: Ash-Burn Baby Burn

"The Real Angel Of The North" Nate Manchester is a young high flier from Newcastle. Written off as a spot monkey after the first couple of years of his career, he slowly worked on his skills and general look in order to change people's minds about him. The change clearly worked, as in late 2007 he was signed up by 21CW to come and work for them.

Phillip Cooper

-Hometown: Manchester, England

-Theme Music: Blur-Girls and Boys

Phillip "Cooper Man" Cooper is a rookie wrestler from Manchester, England. Initially little more than a generic brawler upon his debut, a couple of years of experience have seen him begin to up his game recently, and he has started to show some great skills. Other than his skills in the ring, he is also becoming known for his flamboyant ring attire, especially his ever-increasing array of awesome hats. Cooper has found a lot of success with 21CW, and has been one of the most entertaining stars of the TV show that has made the promotion the biggest in Europe.

Pit Bull Brown

-Hometown: Deptford, London

-Theme Music: Chemical Brothers-Galvanise

Pit Bull Brown is a solid worker from the UK, who is famed for having one of the nicest looking punches in wrestling. Breaking into the sport the late 1990s under his real name, Harry Brown, he paid his dues working for whoever would have him. He eventually emerged as one of 21CW's main men, and was their first world champion. It is a measure of how good he is that when Jeff Nova took the promotion over and revamped it, Pit Bull Brown was one of the very few people who were kept on the roster.

Heels

Buff Martinez

-Hometown: Barcelona, Spain

-Theme Music: Kasabian- L.S.F

Buff Martinez used to be known as "The Barcelona Bull" Adam Martinez, the nickname referring to his genuine Spanish roots (he is half Spanish), a babyface character who stood for pride and integrity. Just before Christmas 2006 he decided that he needed to reinvent himself in order to revitalise his career, and so became the ****y prima donna Buff Martinez. The change was a smart one as he quickly became more popular than ever, particularly when he formed the Hot Stuff tag team with Jay B, and was soon one of the headline attractions in MOSC. In 2009, with the promotion apparently sinking fast, both Martinez and his partner accepted contracts with 21CW.

Igor/Ivan Ivanoff (The Invanoffs)

-Hometown: Moscow, Russia

-Theme Music: Russian National Anthem

The Ivanoffs are stereotypical Russian characters, played by British-born wrestlers. They began their careers as members of the MOSC roster, and while not great wrestlers, started to get noticed for their charisma and solid ring work. When 21CW became a national power in 2006, they were offered a place in the new and improved tag team division, and they headed down to London to join Jeff Nova's "new era".

Jay B

-Hometown: Nottingham, England

-Theme Music: Kasabian-L.S.F

Jay B (Jerome Baker) is young British worker, probably best known for his work with MOSC. When he first broke into the sport, he was a 210lb high flier, known above all else as a crazy risk taker who would take some incredibly sick bumps. Since then he has put on 20lbs and matured into a better all-round worker. Until 2006 he was always a fan favourite, but that changed when he adopted a ****y new demeanor and began teaming up with Buff Martinez to form the Hot Stuff tag team, a duo who got hugely over and catapulted both men to the top of MOSC. In 2009, with the promotion in dire straits, both men headed to 21CW to continue their team.

Jonathan Faust

-Hometown: St Albans, England

-Theme Music: Depeche Mode-Enjoy The Silence

Jonathan Faust is the wrestler formerly known as Rod 'The God' Todd. Under that name, and with an awesome (if controversial) religious gimmick, he worked the UK circuit from 2003 onward, primarily with 21CW. Jeff Nova's takeover of the promotion in 2006 led to a TV contract, and Todd was left off all broadcasts for fear of offending the networks and blowing the crucial deal. Realising his predicament, he morphed into the weasely Jonathan Faust character and was soon a regular on TV.

Kevin Jones

-Hometown: Exeter, England

-Theme Music: Placebo-The Bitter End

Kevin Jones is probably best known for the several years he spent under the name Shane Hannigans, working as one half of the comedy tag team Monkey Business in MOSC. The stand-out of the team, the company finally pulled the trigger on a big push for him at the end of 2006, as the result of the roster depleted by the emergence of 21CW. Grasping the chance to show how good of a wrestler he is, Kevin switched to his real name and began wrestling with a new passion and zest, one that led him all the way to the MOSC championship. In 2008, with MOSC teetering on the brink of extinction and regularly finding his cheques bouncing, Jones finally left the promotion to take up a long standing offer of employment from 21CW.

Leo Price

-Hometown: Wigan, England

-Theme Music: Nine Black Alps-Not Everyone

Leo "The Lion" Price is a very talented all-rounder who has been a regular on the UK wrestling scene for many years, mainly for Ring Of Fire. Despite having all the tools to be a real star, he has never managed to break out and become one. In 2006, he was signed up by 21st Century Wrestling as part of their revival, with Jeff Nova publically stating that Price had been one of their key targets. The Lion has gone on to become one of the most useful members of the roster and a former 21CW United Kingdom title winner.

Louie Payton

-Hometown:Gillingham, England

-Theme Music: The Horrors-She Is The New Thing

"The Predator" Louie Peyton is the bigger and badder half of The Assassins' Guild tag team, his partner being Stefan Raynor. The two rookies made their professional debut at the end of 2006, appearing for 21st Century Wrestling as a pair of hired guns, apparently working for Jonathan Faust. Louie looks to be a good prospect, with his intensity and natural power being a good counter-balance to the speed and charisma of his partner.

Luke Cool

-Hometown: Cambridge, England

-Theme Music: Hard Fi-Living for The Weekend

Luke Cool is a promising young talent who first started coming to attention in 2006 with his performances for 21st Century Wrestling. At first he was a babyface, going under the name Travis Cool, and played to the teenage girls in the audience. This unfortunately turned the rest of the crowd against him quite violently, which prompted a heel turn to take advantage of his new heat. He changed to a new ****y character, and altered his name to the shorter, sharper Luke Cool.

Mister King

-Hometown: Camden, London

-Theme Music: Clor-Love and Pain

Mister King is the worker who was formerly known as "Cyber Punk" Clinton Washington. Working the UK independent scene under his previous identity, he had established a repuation for being a good talker but a sloppy, unpredictable in-ring worker. He worked hard on improving his weaknesses, and was rewarded when he was picked up by 21CW in 2007. He promptly switched to a new gimmick, that of the mysterious "Mister King", a troublemaker who seemed to playing mind games with everyone.

Nightmare

-Hometown: Parts Unkown

-Theme Music: Hysteria-Muse

Nightmare is a menacing 320lb rookie, who formerly worked under the name Bullet Bob Cronin. His raw power and size got him noticed by MOSC, who he joined in 2006 as their resident unstoppable monster. He received a huge push, and was clearly on his way to winning their top title. However, later that year saw 21CW quickly become the number one promotion, and the lure of TV time was too much for Nightmare, who left, leaving MOSC owner The Highland Warrior extremely angry with him.

Rolling Johnny Stones

-Hometown: Dartford, England

-Theme Music-Rolling Stones- Satisfaction

Rolling Johnny Stones (Frank Burton) is a pretty solid wrestler, who is famous for his habit of stringing together several suplexes in a row, hence his nickname "rolling". A model professional, Stones is never short of offers of work, and that was proven in late 2006 when he joined 21st Century Wrestling. Jeff Nova had recently taken over and was busy revitalising the promotion with new talent, and Stones was one of the primary targets, having the perfect mix of charisma and skills.

Stefan Raynor

-Hometown: Brighton, England

-Theme Music: The Horrors-She Is The New Thing

Stefan Raynor is a rookie wrestler from Brighton in England, who made his professional debut in December 2006 for 21st Century Wrestling. Alongside his partner Louie Peyton, collectively known as The Assassins' Guild, he was revealed to be a hired gun working for Jonathan Faust. Complimenting his partner's aggressive power style, Raynor is a quick and agile fighter. He also has the advantage of being blessed with looks, and could easily fit the "teen idol" role if needed.

Stevie Stoat

-Hometown: Westminster, London

-Theme Music: Boy Kill Boy- Civil Sin

Stevie Stoat is a very good worker, who has slowly been building up a following in his home country of the UK through his performances with Ring Of Fire. A good athlete, he is noted for his intensely physical approach to matches, never backing down from a good contest. In 2006 he left ROF to join the "new" 21st Century Wrestling; as with most of the workers who joined 21CW during that time, the lure of TV time and bigger money made leaving the smaller promotions a no brainer.

The Boss

Jeff Nova

-Hometown: Glasgow, Scotland

-Theme Music: David Bowie-Rebel Rebel

Jeff Nova is a former "UK's Strongest Man" from Glasgow, who is nationally famous as the presenter of the annual World's Strongest Man contest on British TV. He has been trained as a wrestler, and over the years has made several appearances as a special guest tag team partner for The Highland Warrior in MOSC. In 2006 he took over 21CW and started trying to turn them into a national powerhouse, although he appears to have no desire to step in the ring, working as a colour commentator.

21CW Best Of British Wrestling #1

<a href="

http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=21CW.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/21CW.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

The Show starts up with Steve Smith and Melanie Florence welcoming us to the show, as this is happening Leo Price’s music hit and he came down to the ring with Kathleen Lee in tow, Lee grabs a microphone and handed it to Price.

“ So, let’s look at my career in 21CW, I am a former 21CW United Kingdom champion, i am a former 21CW Tag Team Champion, together with Joss Thompson i practically owned this federation, and when i finally shed that dead weight , he gets title shots, he gets showered in praise, he gets what i deserve, so here is my ultimatum to 21CW, give me a title shot or am i going to disrupt every match, ruin every broadcast and all in all destroy 21CW”

With this, Jeff Nova’s music plays and the owner came down to the ring, Nova grabbed the microphone from Leo

“ So, Price, you think that i wouldn’t be able to stop you if you tried this stupid game, you know why Joss gets all the title shots, because he earns them, he can perform under pressure, Price if you want a title shot, you earn one”

Price smiles and stares at Nova, out of nowhere he punches Nova and begins to assault the owner, Kathlee Lee jumps to the outside and slides in a chair to Leo, Price grabs it and lifts it up to hit Nova, as this goes on Joss Thompson runs out from backstage and fights Price off, disarming him and clotheslining him over the top rope, Price and Lee retreat backstage as Joss checks on Nova.

----------

Edward Cornell Versus Mister King

A match that was really too long to be a squash, but the fans never had any reason to think King would win, Cornell put him away after about seven minutes to the cheers of the fans.

Winner: Edward Cornell

After the match Harry Wilson appears on the ramp and looks on at Cornell as he celebrates.

----------

Anglo-Scots Connection vs Assasins Guild

<a href="

The action came pretty fast between these two young teams, but the Anglo-Scots got the relatively easy win, as Davey London pinned Louie Payton.

Winners: The Anglo-Scottish Connection

----------

Nate Manchester is backstage, when out of the darkness, Nightmare attacks, he destroys Manchester, throwing him about like a ragdoll, eventually leaving him broken on the floor

----------

Phillip Cooper Vs Igor Ivanoff

Phillip Cooper showed he has tremendous upside as he beat the burly Russian brusier, Ivanoff did dominate the early going, but Cooper eventually came back and got the win.

----------

Backstage Jay B and Buff Martinez are cutting a promo on the Anglo-Scottish Connection

<a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=JayB.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/JayB.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=BuffMartinez.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/BuffMartinez.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Buff: Congratulations Anglo-Scottish Connection, you just earnt a chance to lose to Hot Stuff, Europe’s premier tag team.

Jay: That’s right Buff, we are going to take these two hacks and beat the everloving everything out of them, Celtic, London bring your A-Game, see if you last more than ten minutes, good luck, you’re going to need it.

----------

Pitbull Brown vs Luke Cool

Brown took it to Cool straight away in this match, Cool tried to fight his way back into the match but was constantly rebuffed by Brown, Cool eventually tried to cheat his way to victory and grabbed a chair, but when the referee took the chair from him, Brown immediately hit him with a big DDT and covered him for the three.

Winner: Pit Bull Brown

After the match, Jonathan Faust ran down to the ring and attacked Pit Bull Brown, he shouted at the audience, saying Brown wasn’t fit for a wrestling ring.

--------

Adam Matravers and Daniel Black Francis Vs Kevin Jones and Rolling Johnny Stones

<a href="

http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=AdamMatravers.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/AdamMatravers.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=DanielFrancis.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/DanielFrancis.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> VS <a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=KevinJones.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/KevinJones.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=JohnnyStones.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/JohnnyStones.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

A very good matches which lets four of the best workers on the roster show their own unique skills, Francis is initially beaten soundly by Jones and Stones, who use a very good brand of teamwork to isolate the young superstar from his tag partner, Adam Matravers, however when Francis finally got the tag to Matravers, the match was back on, Matravers hit the two men with everything that he had, taking down Kevin Jones as DBF stops Johnny from interfering, Matravers climbed to the top rope and hit his Mile High Moonsault before covering Jones for the three count.

Winners: Adam Matravers and Daniel Black Francis

----------

The announcers describe tonight’s action so far, as Stevie Stoat’s music plays and the arrogant star comes to the ring

<a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=StevieStoat.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/StevieStoat.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

“ Hello 21CW, have you forgotten about me?, i am without doubt one of the most talented, one of the most charismatic, one of the best in this god awful promotion and yet i am so overlooked, that i did not even get booked in a match tonight, well from now on, i’m taking matters into my own hands, starting next week, you fans will see the first ever edition of Stevie Stoat’s open challenges, anyone on the roster, hell ,anyone not on the roster will be able to come into this ring and face me...but when you face Stevie Stoat......you lose”

With this Stoat leaves to a chorus of boos

----------

DJ Reason Versus Leo Price

The match started slowly enough with Reason and Price feeling each other out, working their strategies out for the match ahead, however soon enough Reason began to dominate using some brute strength to keep ahead of Price and dominate the match, Price tries everything to try and fight back, knowing full well that he needs to win the match, eventually he sees his chance and pushes Reason in the referee, while Reason checks on the downed official, Price grabs a chair from ringside and cracks Reason square in the head, he poses to the crowd as the referee comes to and Price makes the easy cover and the win.

Winner: Leo Price

As Price celebrates his tainted victory, Joss Thompson comes out to the ramp

<a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=JossThompson.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/JossThompson.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

“Price, if you are so desperate for a title shot, i’ll give you one, because unlike you, i am not a coward, i am a man who fights with honour and you’re just a snivelling little weasel, how hasn’t got the talent to hold this belt and who never will, you know Leo, i can’t wait until we’re in the ring together, because i am going to kick your ass”

With that said, Thompson and Price stare each other down as 21CW Best Of British goes off the air

21CW Best Of British #2 Preview

<a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=21CW.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/21CW.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

After last week's show, we've been left with a lot of questions, why did Faust assault Pitbull Brown?, what's the deal between Harry Wilson and Edward Cornell and will Leo Price be able to manipulate his way to the title?, it's possible we'll get answers on this week's show.

We do know on the show, we will witness a massive tag team main event, as Joss Thompson and Adam Matravers team to face Kevin Jones and Leo Price, the winners will gain some much needed momentum in the run up to 21CW Steel Cage Challenge.

Jonathan Faust attacked Pitbull Brown after his match last week, but this week he will take on DJ Reason, will Faust win this big match or will Pitbull Brown interject himself into proceedings?

Stevie Stoat announced last week the first ever edition of Stevie Stoat's open challenge, just who will answer Stoat's challenge?

Daniel Black Francis will face off with Mister King, Francis is currently pre-occupied with a rivalry with Johnny Stones, can this give King the chance for a huge upset?

Nightmare made his presence felt when he destroyed Nate Manchester backstage last week, this week he takes on the plucky geordie, Nightmare has to be the odds on favourite, but can Nate score a shock win?

Finally Phillip Cooper will take on Ivan Ivanoff in singles competition.

All this and much more on 21CW Best Of British Wrestling.

Prediction Key

Thompson and Matravers Vs Jones and Price

DJ Reason Vs Jonathan Faust

Stevie Stoat Vs ???

Daniel Black Francis Vs Mister King

Nightmare Vs Nate Manchester

Phillip Cooper Vs Ivan Ivanoff

“Leo Price, last week you put your hands on me, you physically attacked me, when I wasn’t expecting it, you know, I’m no coward, I can take a punch, but you blindsided me, luckily Joss Thompson came out to help me, and I am thankful for that, Joss later asked me to make a match of himself and Price, and I accepted this request, now in two weeks time we have our annual event, Steel Cage Challenge, so I’ll make this quick, our main event for 21CW Steel Cage Challenge, will be Joss Thompson versus Leo Price for the 21CW World Title..... in a steel cage match, thank you very much”

---------------

Phillip Cooper Vs Ivan Ivanoff

Cooper was initially beaten down heavily by the big Russian, who didn’t want to repeat his brother’s loss last week, but as happened again, Cooper upset the soviet bruiser for the victory.

Winner: Phillip Cooper

---------------

Backstage Edward Cornell is in the dressing room, when Harry Wilson walks in

Wilson: Eddie, good to see you

Cornell: What’s up, Harry

Wilson: You looked impressive last week in your match

Cornell: Thanks Harry, but what do you want

Wilson: We are both part of great wrestling dynasties, legendary families, we should take advantage, form an alliance, take ourselves to the top of 21CW.

Cornell: Harry, I came to 21CW to make my own career, not a career on the back of my cousin’s name, and what’s more, I’m not interested in an alliance, I’m my own man, so thanks Harry, but no thanks

Cornell walks out of the locker room, as Wilson looks somewhat annoyed at being turned down

---------------

Nightmare Vs Nate Manchester

This “match” barely lasted 30 seconds, Manchester ran almost straight into a big boot, followed by a devastating power bomb and finally a Darkness Choke slam, the three count was elementary.

Winner:Nightmare

---------------

Backstage The Anglo-Scots Connection are talking when out of nowhere, Buff Martinez and Jay B attacked the team, they beat them down and continued to dole out punishment until they are separated by backstage staff, they walk off snickering at their damage

---------------

Daniel Black Francis Vs Mister King

The Match was not a long one by any stretch of the imagination; King began the match by taunting the crowd, and immediately turned into a roundhouse kick from the young Rastafarian superstar before Francis hit the dreadlock drop on King, before pinning him for the 1-2-3.

Winner: Daniel Black Francis

As Francis celebrated his victory, Johnny Stones entered the ring and attacked Francis from behind, hitting him with a steel chair and then delivering a brain buster onto the steel chair, Stones taunted Francis by playing air guitar over his fallen victim, before leaving to a sea of angry boos

---------------

As our announcers discuss the disgraceful act we just saw from Stones, Stevie Stoat came out to the ring, for this week’s first ever edition of the Stevie Stoat Open Challenge

<a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=StevieStoat.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/StevieStoat.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

“Okay, Okay 21CW show me who you’ve got, show me who my first victim is”

With that said, we waited for the challenger

......K’Lee Hawkins!

Stevie Stoat Vs K’Lee Hawkins

It was a back and forth encounter between the two stars, but it wasn’t a real challenge for Stoat, who eventually put Hawkins away with a super kick.

Winner: Stevie Stoat

---------------

A vignette plays, showing a man on deck of a pirate ship

“Arhrgggh my hearties.....I’ve been swashbuckling all across the seven sea’s and I’m making me way to 21CW to plunder ye booty.....I’m Hugh De Aske, and I’m coming soon”

---------------

Jonathan Faust Vs DJ Reason

The match started with Faust’s usual cowardly stalling techniques, including pulling the referee in front of him, however when Reason’s back was turned, Faust jumped him and the match got underway, Faust at first dominated the match continuing to control from his early blindsiding of Reason, however Reason soon fought back, hitting Faust with some huge power moves, leaving Faust down and out on the outside of the ring, Reason attempted to brawl with Faust on the outside, only for Faust to hit him with a low blow and roll back into the ring, Reason managed to follow on an 8 count, but the momentum was far more in Faust’s favour, Reason did stage a comeback however, beating Faust into the corner , he set Faust up for the Edge Of Reason, however Faust poked him in the eyes, while Reason was disorientated, Faust hit the Devil’s Drop on him and picked up the victory.

Winner: Jonathan Faust

After the match, Pit Bull Brown ran down to the ring and attacked Faust, DJ Reason soon joined in and the two attacked the weasel, however when Brown set Faust up for The Dog House Driver, The Assassin’s Guild of Stefan Raynor and Louie Payton came to the rescue, Faust quickly made his escape, only to see his protégés get beaten up badly, ending with Brown hitting his Dog House Driver on Raynor and Reason nailing Payton with his Edge Of Reason. The two men stood proud in the ring, as Faust looked on furious.

Adam Matravers and Joss Thompson Vs Kevin Jones and Leo Price

<a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=AdamMatravers.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/AdamMatravers.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=JossThompson.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/JossThompson.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> VS <a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=KevinJones.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/KevinJones.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://s691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/?action=view&current=LeoPrice.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i691.photobucket.com/albums/vv271/alexrogue01/21CW/LeoPrice.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

The match was a solid tag encounter featuring four of 21CW’s hottest talents, it begun with Price refusing to get into the ring with Thompson, so instead Thompson started with Jones, Thompson dominated the early part of the match, controlling Jones and showing exactly why he is champion, it continued as he tagged in Matravers who continued to deal out some punishment to Jones, however Matravers momentum was stopped, when he ran too close to Price who punched him in the back of the head, while Matravers went after Price, Jones took control of the match and the heel’s were now leading the match, Price was quickly tagged in and he and Jones began to overwhelm young Matravers, the two utilised quick and regular tags to each other and the match looked to be slipping away from Thompson and Matravers, however when Jones looked to end it all by hitting Matravers with a Belly To Belly Suplex,Matravers slipped out and hit back at Jones with a great dropkick followed by a stunning shining wizard, as Matravers and Jones both tried to get to their respective corners, the fans were going crazy, eventually Matravers got there first and Joss Thompson was back in the game, as Price saw this, he dropped from the apron and he and Kathleen Lee went backstage, leaving Jones to fend for himself, Jones barely lasted two minutes, as a fresh Joss Thompson quickly nailed him with The Clean Cutter, before tagging in Matravers who hit his patented Mile High Moonsault before covering Jones for the win.

Winners: Adam Matravers and Joss Thompson

As the show goes off the air, Matravers and Joss celebrate, while Leo Price looked on from the ramp.

21CW Best Of British #3 Preview

This is the final show before our huge Steel Cage Challenge event, and it will surely be a night to remember.

In our main event, we see our 21CW World champion, Joss Thompson take on Kevin Jones, both men are involved in deep rivalries and both men will face their rivals at Steel Cage Challenge, but will Joss be able to prove why he’s a champion or will Jones capitalise on Thompson’s mind being elsewhere?

Hot Stuff and Johnny Stones team up to take on The Anglo-Scots Connection and Daniel Black Francis, both Francis and The Davey’s were attacked last week by their opponents, will this leave them with a fire in their belly or will the affects still be too much for them to get the job done?

Stevie Stoat’s open challenge continues, last week he beat K’Lee Hawkins, but which 21CW Star will answer his challenge on Best of British Wrestling?

The Aftermath of last week’s DJ Reason-Jonathan Faust match saw the Assassins Guild of Stefan Raynor and Louie Payton left bruised and battered, they will face their attackers, Pitbull Brown and DJ Reason , will their teamwork see them pick up the win or will the veteran skills and pure force of Brown and Reason see the 21CW Mainstays get the easy win?

Phillip Cooper has been on a roll lately beating both Ivanoff Brothers in singles matches, will his streak continue when he faces Mister King, or will King stop Cooper’s momentum dead?

Finally Luke Cool will be in action taking on Nate Manchester

All This plus appearances from Jeff Nova, Adam Matravers and Jonathan Faust!

Prediction Key

Hot Stuff and Johnny Stones Vs Anglo-Scots Connection and DBF
