mike b Posted April 19, 2010 Share Posted April 19, 2010 <p>How do you give your assistant coaches raises.</p><p> My assistant head coach is asking for a raise and he deserves it. We have won over 20 games 3 straight years in a row. Made it to the big dance and have finished in the top 60 in recruiting 2 out of 3 years.Not to mention going from a 50 prestige to a 57 in just 3 years and upsetting 2 top 25 teams and a top 10 team the last season. Ragin Cajun Posted April 20, 2010 Share Posted April 20, 2010 When you go to the coaches screen you should see your name and your three assistants. Their salaries are to the right of their name. The Give Raise option is to the right of that...only when they ask for a raise. Make sure to give that before you finish the Head Coaches cycle or they will walk.
