Weird product question for anybody who knows how this game works

I'm playing with PSW and decided to play around with the product settings. Product setting analysis gave me some weird results.

 

This is the usual product for PSW:

Note that there is no mention about any kind of vocal fanbase.

 

Then when hardcore is dropped to heavy:

Same thing in every situation. I think that there is the penalty for bad wrestlers even in default product (as far I remember correctly, even thought Big Smack Scott didn't get that penalty), but is there some reason that there is no mention about vocal fanbase in PSW's default product?

I think in this case its about the amount of different product types that are set to a certain level. Due to the large diversity you can not get a vocal fanbase, lower any of the higher or medium ones it does attract one.

Or possibly, the fans are so vocal, that they go quantum, and shoot through the vocal barrier all the way back to normal. Einstein was right, I tell you!
