For those that run performance based feds like PGHW, NOTBPW, and TCW, I submit one of my favorite pieces ever about booking wrestling:

If you are familiar with AJPW in the late 90s, it will be quite the read. The stuff he discuss (firsts, tag matches to setup singles matches and vice versa) isn't rocket science, but it's pretty good stuff. The summary section at the end for each wrestler is also very cool.
