Run - Time Error '9'

Hey all, I'm new to the Grey Dog world, but have alot of experirance playing sports text based sims. When I attempt to load my League in FBCB 2010 I get the following message:

 

Run - Time Error '9' Subscript Out of Range

 

This prevents me from loading my League. It also happens to me in another SIM game OOTP Baseball but with that I can just load a backup to restore it.

 

So I guess my question is does anyone know how to load a backup save of my current league.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
