When J.K. Stallings Jr set up the Hollyweird Grappling Company, he had an image in mind. Putting on some of the greatest matches ever seen and with one of the most star studded rosters that has ever graced the wrestling world. Yet, why is it that with all these excellent matches, and after the countless times he shocked the world with the signings of names like Tommy Cornell, Rip Chord, and the big man, Dread, that he sells his business to the man he signed, Tommy Cornell? Maybe it's because of his will to single-handedly run things on his own, or maybe it was really just another case of 'The Business Getting Too Tough'. Maybe it was just the fact that he'd gotten bored with it all. Nobody would ever know, and boy did they want to. Well, perhaps he wanted to answer those questions as well, but for some reason, his heart just wouldn't let him. A man of logic, following his heart for once, who saw that one coming. Well, maybe now was time for him to come to terms with his past, and finally come out of the shadows, now was time for a new announcement.[/b] http://i53.tinypic.com/whkxvn.jpg Maybe it was just his time to go, or maybe his departure into the shadows was sparked by the implosion of DaVE. Maybe it was just an excuse to deal with his personal demons. After countless years with the SWF, known as the man that lit the fuse that would eventually send the legendary Tommy Cornell packing, he then made his way to the very promotion that would cause him to leave the business, to take a break, DaVE. Nine years in the hardcore environment would provide his demise as an active wrestler, after countless injuries caused him to retire. A year later, DaVE closed down, which sent Nemesis in a downward spiral into the proverbial 'shadows' of retirement. As a Five Time Unified Champion, and a former Extreme Champion of the famous and controversial DaVE promotion, it's safe to say that I'm not done with the business. Not just yet. After investments from JK Stallings and insight from the Mind of Nemesis, this baby will go far. This violent, hardcore, destructive creation will be what every person with a craving for violence will want to watch. This is, Ultimate... Combat... Wrestling! With John (Campbell), Stallings and Myself running this, it's pretty obvious we've obviously got some name value, and that we're riding some killer waves of momentum. Because of this, we're able to be in contact with wrestlers around the world, guys that work for Warrior Engine, DIW and PSW, as well as some of the DaVE alumni. Some XDW guys, anybody that wants to prove to everybody how willing they are to take violence. It was an open casting call. I've seen guys get hit with chairs in the side of the head, kendo sticks to the back, go through tables, but some of these guys really are psychos. And baby, that's what we want here in UCW, and although some of the bigger guys didn't want to be a part of it, we got the young guys that we wanted. I really think this thing is going to get going, and fast.
