Reisen Udongein Inaba vs. Yukari Yakumo

Reisen isn´t going to drop the title back to Yukari right away.

Aria of Forbidden Magic vs. Visionary Scarlet Devil

I put Aria in the bad spot by having them lose here and thus needing to win most of the rest of the challenges.

Fujiwara no Mokou vs. Ran Yakumo

I actually could see Ran taking the title off from Mokou but I still go with current champ.

Suwako Moriya vs. Reimu Hakurei

Reimu is main eventer while Suwako isn´t so Reimu picks up the win.

Keine Kamishirasawa vs. Kanako Yasaka

Close call but Keine has been getting more time lately and thus looks slighly more important than Kanako who is little bit lost into shuffle right now.

Youmu Konpaku vs. Cirno

Youmu isn´t anywhere near Cirno´s level yet.

Bigger names.

Rumia vs. Suika Ibuki

I know Rumia is getting a push and win over Suika might be possible but personally I think that Suika is still too far above Rumia and if Rumia would be meant to win here she would face either member of K-Eintei or maybe Flandre (who could get lost overness back easily) instead of Suika.

Reisens promo had an amazing rating. It was longer than usual…could that be it?

FINALLY Cammy learned some Japanese. Was about time.

Tewi got a different gimmick, the change went well. Same goes for Kanako.

Stale gimmick roulette, GO!…….And the winner is Cirno! And Suika too!

Why was Yukaris interview so badly rated? She has huge entertainment and mic skills.

The angles overall were not on the same level as the matches. The game didn’t need to tell me, I noticed myself. Nevertheless, I’m happy with the final rating, the best since February.

Btw, realized too late I need a Yuri Sakazaki Vert.

Suika gimmick change worked well. She seems to be pretty bad in the ring, it’s hard to find something useful to do for her.

Why would a 20 minute match of Suwako and Kanako be too long given who was involved?

I dunno, is it just me or did the segment ratings go down drastically in the last shows? Maybe I have to get looking more at the game mechanics when booking. I really really want a good rating for Mountain of Faith. As long as I can keep above 60 though, I think I’m doing at least okay.

Flandre had a 50+ rating, that surprised me.

Sanaes gimmick change went very well and she has great chemistry with Tewi. Allright.

Very cool, you can consider my vote in there, as the seven deadly sins storyline is pretty darn fun and innovative.

Other notes:

- RUMIA RUUUUMBLEEEEEE!!!!

- The Reisen/Reimu/Yukari feud is playing out pretty well in my head. I can pretty much picture the key points and evil looks they give each other in their matches

- Surprised Suika is so bad, I quite enjoyed reading her character background, so I though I would have skewed her stats a little higher

- Also surprised about Suwako and Kanako not having such a great match. Maybe it's just due to their card position that the audience doesn't want to see that much of them, despite having the in-ring skills?

- The test of Envy should be a fun one

I just noticed I forgot to explain the Mountain of Faith Match to those, who haven't witnessed last years show. Since I'm lazy as hell, I'll just copy what I wrote back then.

First off, there will be a cage with a ceiling, with a bit space between the cage walls and the ring. But, on top of the cage, there are ladders placed. To win this match, you gotta do this:
Land a fall (pin or submission) first of all. Now you’re allowed to leave the cage. You climb it, set up a ladder, climb it up and grab the belt hanging above. However, should somebody else land a fall before you reach the belt, you are no longer allowed to get it. You don’t need to get back into the ring, but if you want to win, you better do it (though you can decide to stop whoever’s coming out first).
It’s basically a Hell in a Cell/King of the Mountain hybrid.

The first fall was landed by none other than Suwako, who stormed out of the ring and started climbing the cage. The other three began to panic and pin each other, while Suwako reached the top and set up a ladder. But when she started climbing it up, Yukari managed to roll up Reimu and Suwakos chance was over for now. She decided to return to the cage for now. Yukari however was prevented to leave the cage and got a good beating by Reimu. After the match went on a bit more, Yukari managed to sneak out, since she still had the last fall. It was a bit late though, as the champion landed a pinfall against Reimu. Reisen went out as well and the two started a wild brawl on the outside, including guardrail spots and chairshots. This went on for a while until Reimu managed to pin Suwako and got out as well, making the brawl on the outside a three-way. After they managed to knock Reimu out, Yukari and Reisen both got back into the ring, only to get surprised by a recovered Suwako, who landed a fall and tried to rush to the top again. Reimu got back up and climbed after her. They started exchanging blows at the side of the cage until Suwako punched Reimu off. She slowly continued climbing up, meanwhile, Reisen and Yukari fought each other on the inside. Reisen eventually hit her finisher, made a pinfall and got out to climb the cage herself, with Suwako waiting on the top. Reimu also tried to prevent Reisen from going up but didn’t manage to. After arriving on the structure, Reisen and Suwako fought up there. Reisen almost fell off, but she managed to make Suwako fall instead. Suwako grabbed the edge of the cage before possibly breaking her every bone, but she struggled too much trying not to fall to further prevent Reisen from reaching the belt. Reimu started climbing the cage up fast, but she was too slow as Reisen took off the title belt and won the Mountain of Faith.</p><p id="">In a match that had some good action and average heat, Reisen Undongein Inaba defeated Suwako Moriya, Yukari Yakumo and Reimu Hakurei in a vs 1 vs 1 Mountain of Faith match in 40:34 when Reisen Undongein Inaba retrieved the item. Looks like I could finally improve the angle ratings a bit. It just took longer angles. I need to make this a habit, especially for the interviews.

Marisa did a little gimmick change, it went well.

What show would it be without another stale character? It’s Youmus turn now. Oh, and Mokous too. That’s a surprise.

I’m very reliefed about the final rating. As I mentioned before, I really really wanted this show to succeed.

I made the right decision when I picked Reisen to be the top babyface of the company, she is pure rating gold if handled right.

Awesome show! Rumia continues her push, VSD's malicious trials take another turn with marisa and alice, and the mountain of faith match was really fun and exciting (especially imagining the underdog Suwako getting all those surprise spots)
