I almost missed it. Mystia pulled a “mean-spirited prank” on Flandre. I approached her fatherly (that sounds wrong) and she was okay with that.

Oh boy, the China/Cirno Match was a disaster. They have no chemistry whatsoever and neither of them is a god in the ring. Well, better to find out now than in a major main event.

Also, Touhou has approached Soujirou Izumi. The company wants to have more backstage interviews and needs somebody for this position.

Hmm I'm beginning to reallly think that you should be able to hire with intent in TEW. Or something to get around those signing blocks. Daiyousei makes a better manager than wrestler, which of course you wouldn't expect to be an issue with stamina. I guess the block applies to anyone who is set to active wrestler, regardless of what role they usually fill :/

Of course, allowing it as a bypass opens another can of worms, but still.

Although... Is it really a cheat when you're not gaining any benefit from it? If you're not using Patchy primarily as a wrestler then consider altering some stats temporarily in the editor as a way to have a "private word" with the owner AI

I'm asking on the forums if there's any kind of way around it, so that I can better set up workers so this doesn't happen. (Unfortunately 9000-verse needs of workers are a little different to how the wrestling industry operates, so I'm not sure how to simulate certain situations such as "can be a wrestler as a pet project, but they normally do other stuff")

This is for the main title right? If it is then I just had to go with Marisa as she just got the title. Other than that it´s pretty hard to make any kind of solid predictions considering the rules but I try to give few reasonings none the less. First of all I did chose Reimu and Aya getting into finals because I think that they need it. Second point is that there are some pairs that will likely collide during the tournament as the setup is just too good to miss these opportunities. Those pairing are Ran/Yukari, Alice/Marise and Mokou/Keine. From those three I kind of expect Ran/Yukari getting teamed up and costing each others the match because they cannot get along anymore. Alice/Marise could well end up on differend sides and it would be interesting to see where that might lead. Mokou/Keine could be same or differend sides but I did choose the ladder option. Other than that rest of the predictions are just guess work with no real reasoning behind them.

This format SCREAMS screwjob, and while my gut says Marisa makes it out okay, my brain thinks a one-show reign is more likely than Marisa proceeding to bury the whole roster. Aya is the obvious beneficiary, but I'm not sure. Reimu is probably getting a push and heel turn, and the finals would be a good place to start both. Yukari is the obvious choice of the ones left.

I think Ran and Alice are there to job to Yukari and Marisa, so we'll say that's R1. Mokou's push probably gets her that far if not farther, and I'll take Remilia to go with her, no doubt puppet mastering somehow. Flan losing R1 worries me, but this is a lot of SDM so I'm putting China over Sakuya for the last 1-1 spot. Keine and Suika tend to job, and everybody else lacks the importance for anything beyond an upset/crappy partner kinda deal, but I don't feel like calling a dark horse.

And we have our next boring character (at least that’s what the fans think): Hong Meiling. I don’t have her doing much recently, that should be doable.

Reisen and Cirno did a pretty good job out there. They were exhausted in the end so I guess they gave it their eveything. I’m proud.

Reimu’s turn went pretty well. She only has heel stats in the 40s, but the surprise may have evened that out.

I seem to have used both Alice and Chen too much on the show. Huh, didn’t feel that way. I’m happy about the good rating though, it could have been a disaster as well. That was a shot in the dark and thankfully, it worked. The buyrate could have been better, but it looks like the economy is falling at the moment (and there was only one match to announce beforehand).

Mokou got injured. That’s no good, she was on a roll right now. She will miss out two shows. She got a hernia (how do you even get that? I looked it up on wikipedia, sounds disgusting). Anyway, I will most likely keep using her in angles to continue the story.

Solid Lethal Lottery, although I reserve the right to whine about the results for my favorites. ^_^ I'm kinda curious to see where you go with Yukari as champ...Ran's a bit played out, Reisen's busy, and Marisa's probably going to be busy with Reimu. Aya face turn again? Suika or Keine push? Or perhaps we are primed for THE STRONGEST FACE TURN?!?!?!?!?

Pretty excited for heel Reimu. Should be a good program, however it plays out. Also kinda nice seeing Reimu do something besides put over top heels. <_< And Alice! Alice could make this even more interesting.

Sucks about Mokou, she had some potential. Still can, I guess, but two months off kinda hurts her momentum.

Really enjoyed that event, was really well put together. Thoughts:

Mokou and Flandre seem like they'd be a pretty scary team to go up against
The faceslap-tag by Suwako was a pretty hot move
I could imagine the "it's just you and me" moment and the eventual trading of blows between Alice and Marisa as being a pretty mark out time as well
Reimu as heel should be fun
Hopefully Ran isn't getting regulated to the midcard bleachers now that Chen has become a factor -- I've always thought of her as having potential (can't remember if her stats reflect that though lol)
What will Cirno do now?!
Nice use of Konata's papa in a backstage position
I'll be curious to see how Yelena Elios turns out... if I recall correctly, she's a relatively decent worker, so maybe she'll be able to help improve the lower card

Question: how's your finances and promotion size going atm? Just wondering what your plans are on the business front, how long it might take you to hit the next level and all that sort of stuff (I've been doing more Touhou characters for the upcoming 9000-verse update so I'm naturally curious )

The popularity/importance is slowly rising. It may take a long while to get to National though, but I already gained a few points in the non-home regions in Japan.

The finances are very good. I make much more money with my shows than I have to pay. I think by now, I must have tripled my money. I'm currently thinking about getting a popular worker to sign to help the ratings too (and get more variation in the upper card scene).

I'm really happy you guys liked the show so much. I hope I can keep your curiosity high, will be hard though.

After one of Touhous top stars, Fujiwara no Mokou, suffered an injury and will be out of action for a few months, the Touhou Project approached Cammy White to sign with them. If she’s to replace Mokou in the current story, be given a story on her own or what possible plans the company may have for her remains unknown as of now.

The contract between Touhou and Cammy has been signed. It was officially announced on Touhous website today. Also, Cammy tweeted earlier this evening that she’s eager to rock the Japanese wrestling industry.

Sad news struck the wrestling world today. American independent worker Xander Harris was killed in a car accident earlier this morning. He was only 21 years old. CNN would like to express our deepest sympathies towards his friends and family.

Lily White’s contract with Touhou is coming to an end. We didn’t hear about an extension yet. If she will resign or be replaced by Soujirou Izumi on the commentary, we will have to wait and see.

Cammy! YAY! She’s all mine! She’s one of the top earners in the company now, but she’s also a big name, which is what I wanted.

Of course I don’t plan on getting rid of Lily. Izumi is a needed addition to my non-working roster. Lily is a good announcer.

Youmu is also a worker I appreciate. The Netherworld Dwellers are a solid undercard tag team. I don’t know how far they’ll get, but they seem to have gained popularity in the last months.
