CCW: The rebirth of Tradition!

Recommended Posts

Another good show here. I'm totally behind Demon Problem as your champ - he may suck in the ring, but he's getting A's (!) in angles and you are in very little danger of losing him. I like how Senor Suerte is getting mixed up in these various long-term angles and storylines - he, to me, is the most interesting character you've created (with the possible exception of the awesome Stretch Chord!).

TB2 vs. Edward Cornell and Angel Hamill

Best...team...ever goes over the thrown-together Cornell and Hamill.

Senor Suerte vs. Hector Galindo

Much as I like Suerte, I see his feud costing him this one.

The Tribe vs. The Great Lakes Pirates

The GLP are such an interesting tandem - they hate one another, but tend to win matches.

Rafeal Ruiz vs. Stretch Chord

Stretch is floundering a bit, but I think he'll go over here.

Davis Wayne Newton vs. Gold Dragon vs. Kevin Christopher

Because I always bet against DWN or KC winning matches.

~Main Event~

Demon Problem vs. Fritz Von Steinberg

Maybe by DQ? I see a feud developing here - if nothing else, the angles should help you out!

TB2 vs. Edward Cornell and Angel Hamill

TB2 came out to some hip hop music and danced their way down to the ring amid boos and laughter just as they did last month as Edward and Angel wited for them in the ring. The match was all TB2 as they continued to use their identical looks to confuse Edward, Angel, and the ref. After what looked to be a comeback by Edward Cornell, one of the “Bears” slid out of the ring and the other came in behind Angel and got a quick pin.

Winners: TB2! (E)

http://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/SenorSuerte.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/vs.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/HectorGalindo.jpg

Senor Suerte vs. Hector Galindo

Galindo barely got out of the back area before Suerte attacked him and dragged him to the ring. Suerte tossed Hector in and the match began. Suerte was in control until Joseph Loeb came out and momentarily distracted Suerte. Hector made a few pin attempts but Suerte regained control and put Hector out with a Lucky Shot!

Winner: Senor Suerte! (D-)

I’m…sorry. (E+)

Joseph Loeb grabs a mic from ringside and enters the ring getting right in the face of Senor Suerte.

Joseph: For months you have come out and jumped me from behind. You have beat me with every thing in the arena that wasn’t nailed down. You have tried to end my career and maybe even my life! Well, you know what I have to say about that? I’m sorry! [suerte looks confused as the crowd boos slightly.] What I did to you was far worse than all the things you have done to me. So, from the bottom of my heart…I’m so very sorry. [suerte grabs the mic from Joseph]

Suerte: You’re sorry? You killed my family and all you can say is…you’re sorry!? Well, I’m sorry to…I’m sorry for this! [suerte kicks Joseph in the gut then nails him with a Lucky Strike before dropping the mic and walking out.]

The Tribe w/Alexis Little Feather vs. The Great Lakes Pirates

The match started with Morgan and Wolf going at it. Wolf used hi power to take control and soon Wolf and Ace were making quick tags and keeping Morgan isolated. A quick low blow by Morgan turned things around and soon Hugh was in the ring cleaning house. Hugh almost got a pin but Wolf kicked out and used his power to get things back in his team’s favor. Morgan took out a pair of brass knuckles and tossed them to Hugh then hopped up on the apron and distracted the ref. Hugh looked reluctant but he hit Wolf with the weapon and made the pin.

Winner: The Great Lakes Pirates! (D)

http://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/StretchTheChickenBoy.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/vs.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/RafaelRuiz.jpg

Stretch Chord vs. Rafeal Ruiz

The match was a showcase of technical moves as each man went deep into his reservoir. Stretch and Rafael were going move for move until Heather B. showed up. At that point Stretch decided he needed to end it quick and went for a Stretch Mark only to have it countered into a Ruiz Wrench. Stretch was in trouble but somehow he fought out of the move and was able to get the Stretch Mark locked in and make Rafael tap out.

Winner: Stretch Chord (D+)

Bam! (C+)

Heather B. got into the ring and into the face of Stretch only for Stretch to grab her face and plant a kiss on it. Heather seemed shocked as the crowd went nuts. Stretch looked pleased but before he could celebrate Gargantuan came out of the crowd and nailed Stretch with a thunderous Gargantuan Bomb. As Heather and Gargantuan walked out Heather looked back for a brief moment.

Gold Dragon vs. Davis Wayne Newton vs. Kevin Christopher

The match started off with some quick strikes as the three men each tried to take the other two out. Things quickly escalated and Dragon and DWN were trying various slams and holds only to have Kevin nail whoever was in control. Dragon did manage to land a Leg Lariat on Kevin but he was unable to make the pin due to Davis landing a hard DDT. Davis pinned Kevin and took the match.

Winner: Davis Wayne Newton! (C-)

Demon Problem{c} vs. Fritz von Steinberg w/Helmut Von Steinberg for the CCW Championship

Demon and Fritz went at it with hard blows from the moment the bell rang. Demon eventually took the advantage and set Fritz up for the Problem Solver only to have Fritz side step it and slap on the Iron Claw! Fritz squeezed as the ref checked on Problem. After a few moments Problem got up to one knee only to fall down to two again. The ref raised Probem’s left arm once and it fell. Twice, and it fell. Three times…and the bell rang moments before the hand went down. The ref went out of the ring and talked to the bell ringer before getting in and declaring it a time limit draw!

Winner: Time Limit Draw! (C-)

My Title (B-)

Helmut got in the face of the ref as Fritz grabbed the title belt and the pair walked off with Problem out on the mat, passed out from the Iron Claw!

Overall Show: C-!

TB2 vs. Tex-Ass

As much as I'd like to give the win to the Redneck Rumpuses, I have to give TB2 the win - they're on a roll.

Senor Suerte vs. Gargantuan

I would've gone with Gargantuan in any case, but Loeb's beating at the hands of Suerte sealed it. Loeb will get retribution and Gargantuan the win.

The Tribe vs. The Southwestern Connection

A coin flip. Giving The Tribe the win because of Ace's video game prediliction.

Rafeal Ruiz vs. Gold Dragon

Another toss-up and just going on a hunch here.

Davis Wayne Newton vs. Kevin Christopher

DWN just got the win in a three-way. KC evens it up here.

I can see Fritz with the belt, but not yet.

Gargantuan made a few weak pin attempts and Suerte held onto a headlock for several minutes. Heather B. distracted the ref and out from the crowd came Joseph Loeb. Joseph Loeb hit the ring and Gargantuan broke free and nailed Joseph Loeb! Gargantuan and Suerte then began to stomp Joseph before Suerte rolled out of the ring and grabbed a chair. CCW: Second City Strike! (June-Week 3-Monday, 2010)

Attendance: 973

Lead Announcer: Davis Ditterich

The Great Lakes Pirates defeated Angel Hamill and Edward Cornell

~Main Show~

Laying down the law! (C+)

Demon Spite comes out with a mic in hand and steps into the ring.

Spite: Now I don’t usually come out here and dictate policy. I prefer to stay in the back and let the action take its natural course, however tonight is a very special night. Now over the past few months Demon Problem and Fritz Von Steinberg have been unable to reach a satisfactory finish in no small part due to the incompetence of our referee. So…I fired him! That’s right folks, he no longer works here and as it stands we have no ref in CCW. We may have no ref but we have plenty of ref shirts, one of which is my exact size. Tonight, and tonight only, I will referee every match and each one will be called right down the middle with a winner and a loser! Enjoy the show folks!

http://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/RunningWolf.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/Alexis.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/vs.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/MarshallDillon.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/VikkiVictoria.jpg

Running Wolf w/Alexis Little Feather vs. Marshall Dillon w/Vikki Victoria

Running Wolf came out with Alexis as always while Marshall had Vikki accompany him to the ring. The action was fast and furious as the two big men went at it with wild haymakers and some hard hitting forearm blows. Running Wolf got Marshall set up for the Wolf Tamer but Vikki jumped into the ring and nailed Wolf with a low blow leading to a DQ.

Winner by DQ: Running Wolf! (E-)

~DVD Extra~

Laid Out! (E-)

After the match we go to the back where we see Joseph Loeb is laid out. Around his head is a pool of blood with a lead pipe nearby. EMTs rush the scene and the announcers note he doesn’t appear to be in any shape to compete. The fate of the tag match between Stretch & Joseph vs. Gargantuan & Suerte seems in doubt.

http://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/Teddy.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/Teddy.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/vs.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/AnimalHarker.jpghttp://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/JoeBenning.jpg

TB2 vs. The Southwestern Connection

Leo Bear and Joe Benning started things off with some aggressive punches. Joe and Animal made several quick tags and Leo was isolated for a while leading to a huge tag for Sam who quickly cleared house. Sam and Leo were getting more cheers then boos as they did a quick dance while Joe and Animal were down. The match ended when Leo nailed Animal with a huge Beariat (Lariat) then Sam did the Teddy Bear Worm onto Animal for the pin.

Winners: TB2! (E)

Reunited…and it feels so good! (D-)

Stretch Chord walked out with a mic in hand and a purpose in mind. He raised his hand to quiet the cheering crowd and wasted no time getting on the mic.

Stretch: So, you must think you’re a real bad ass for taking Joseph Loeb out of action for tonight. Well, the truth is your nothing but a coward! A scared little baby afraid that Joseph and I would embarrass you tonight in front of over nine hundred screaming CCW fans! Now, I can’t prove it was you Gargantuan or Senor Suerte or the both of you but I know your both responsible for it! Now, you might think that taking Joseph out would mean the end for our match but I talked to Demon Spite and he agreed to let me name a new partner for tonight. Ladies and gentlemen allow me to introduce to you my partner…

http://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv237/Mukan_no_Teioh/CCW/JayChord.jpg

JAY CHORD!

Jay Chord comes out to a huge pop as the crowd then breaks into a Chord Brothers chant. Jay goes down to the ring and is handed the mic from Stretch.
