UK Riot (cverse MP)

Recommended Posts

This will be a rough diary tracking a MP game between myself, 20Legend and rdarnz.

All players will be taking over one of the future Cverse UK promotions at small size. Weve had a draft so we all have exclusive workers and a number of big names have left 21CW, ROF and MOSC.

We're all at war but things will be fairly civil as we find our feet.

There wont be too much of the detail you get in individual in-depth diaries but hopefully it will be interesting.

Good luck everyone!

NWF announce new ownership.

The National Wrestling Federation have announced their new owner/head booker will be Boltinho.

http://img571.imageshack.us/img571/7894/everestbigkahuna2.jpg

Almost entirely unknown in the wrestling world Boltinho will be hoping to make an immediate impact as he tries to be distinctive and stand out in what appears to be a very crowded UK market with 6 active promotions.

NWF roster preview:

Buff Thompson

The Barcelona Bull has left 21CW for us. He should be a rock of the tag division with Jay B and has potential to do good things alone.

Byron

The vet is known as one of the better-looking men in wrestling but he also has great skill. Its likely he will have political issues coming from a position of power in a European promo.

Daniel Francis

The young ex-gang member has ownership excited. Daniels blend of speed and toughness is perfect for his friendly yardie gimmick and big things are expected.

Ed Cornell

Like his famous cousin Ed is gifted in the ring and on the mic. His recognisable name and look should be a real asset.

Genocide Agent

One half of NWF’s most established team Genocide is a pure brawler with a history of blood and wild action.

Jay B

Jay is a bit older than his teammate Buff but still only 27. Hes developed during his time at 21CW into a real rounded worker .

Jeff Nova

Jeff is one of the UKs true stars and finds himself mobbed on the street. His jump from 21CW to the NWF is a huge story in the UK and should keep fans interested. Rumours have it that Jeff is considering using his amazing strength in the ring…

Joss Thompson

The American “Complete Package” jumped along with his old boss Jeff from 21CW and the American is sure to be a big name in his new home.

Kevin Jones

“Business” Jones has come a long way from his old comedy routines. These days Jones is only interested in winning titles and money. His great physique and experience means that this is a real possibility in the NWF.

Merle O’Curle

Merle refuses to be interviewed at all but it’s well known the Irishman is one of the more feared fighters amongst fellow workers. His holds and moves are sometimes bewildering for casual fans but always end in screams of pain.

Petey Barnes

‘X Factor’ has long been known as a tag worker but finds himself without either of his old partners in the NWF. Instantly recognisable due to his white hair Petey will hope his work becomes just as memorable.

Phillip Cooper

Young Cooper is known mostly for wearing hats. He’ll need to show some skill to keep the NWF fans thinking he’s a real contender.

Pitbull Brown

The Man who Never Gives Up is an ex-21CW champ and comes to the NWF with high hopes. Pitbull isn’t a great talker but everyone knows he’s the most determined man in UK wrestling.

Ripper Lestat

Ripper favours working in a tuxedo and never appears in daylight. Many have levelled accusations at him but the young brawler is never shy to tell them what he thinks of that.

Suicide Agent

The 2nd eliminations ia brawler just like his partner Genocide.

Walter Morgan

A very similar worker to Merle O’Curle but Walter couldn’t be more different. Where Merle is dedicated and singular, Walter is open and friendly. If you think of the rivalry between Seb Coe and Steve Ovett you wouldn’t be far off.

HIW announce new ownership.

HIW have announced 20LEgend as their owner/ booker.

http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t112/thetramp_photos/Actor1-1.jpg

Looking a lot smarter but infinitely less fun that Boltinho, HIW will look to make an impact in wrestling in the UK with a high flying, fast paced style.

Roster Preview:

Adam Matravers

Great all rounder, and a very intelligent wrestler, with a good amount of years ahead of him he could be an MVP for HIW.

British Samurai

Consistent and one of the UK's most respected workers, an excellent trainer known for very good matches.

Burning EXILE

A virtual unknown in the UK, it seems unlikely he won't set the crowd alight with his unique high flying style, blending in striking and technical skills to make a very impressive all round package. Isolated by the language barrier, he is know to be difficult to deal with backstage at times.

Danny Patterson

The Tower Of London says it all. One half of the C ockney Rebels he is the tallest man in HIW, and seemingly doesn't fit the product set of HIW beforehand.

Harley Neill

Former MOSC star, much like his partner is a big man. He is a lot better in the ring that Danny but doesn't quite have that killer look.

The Highland Warrior

While this British legend may be retired he is still an important asset, working either as an Authority Figure, Road Agent, or a Colour Commentator.

Hugh De Aske

Hugh is an all round rookie with lots of potential. And he's a pirate, well decended from pirates and plays this as his gimmick. A great fit for the HIW product.

JD Morgan

Excellent in ring talent, who made it in the United States. A veteran in the ring, he is someone the youngster can look up to and learn from.

Jeffery McPeterson

Son of The Highland Warrior, Jeffery steps out of his comfort zone of MOSC to work for HIW. A consistent hard worker he is still young and has plenty of time to grow.

Joey Beauchamp

He is cool. He is the breeze. One of the most valuable assets to the promotion he was first pick for HIW. Excellent on the microphone, with a great look. Add in that he is decent in the ring, and you have a potential superstar.

Johnny Highspot

Perhaps best known as the wrestler who tried to steal a camel, Johnny is a decent flying but in truth is unlikely to even main event shows.

Jonathan Faust

He was the man too offensive for TV. A cult leader Jonathan he one of the best known workers in the UK and is sure to be hot property in HIW, despite now fitting the product perfectly.

Leo Price

Leo the Lion is another of the biggest names in the UK, good and safe in the ring he is one of the Franchise Players in HIW.

Melanie Florence

She is one of the best in the world at what she does. With a sharp tongue and rapier wit she is a great manager and colour commentator.

Razor Valentine

A legit tough Razor Valentine is a good all round talent. With great basics and solid in ring psychology, he will be another worker the youngsters can learn from.

Stevie Stoat

Another star in the UK, Stevvie is one of the better in ring talents in the promotion. Boasting decent flying and good technical abilities he is clearly going to be a top star in HIW.

UK Dragon

Possible the best fit for HIW on the roster, great highflyer and excellent all round UK Dragon will most likely see a quick rise up the card, as he is a special talent who has almost twenty years experience.
