He is a part of the DLN series, and unlike the majority of the other DLN robots Dr. Light produced, Mega Man was not one of the group reprogrammed by Dr. Wily and released into the comic and anime industry. Far be it, Mega Man stepped forwards and volunteered to stop them, as well as fight any other threats to humanity which existed in the 9000-verse. When his body is charged, he is superhumanly strong and fast, can glide over power lines and can even ride lightning bolts. He can also absorb electrical equipment and manipulate those devices with his mind. But do not get him close to water. While she is regarded as an exceptional wielder of cryonetic powers, she is also considered to be highly arrogant and hostile towards anyone who threatens her spot at the top. In combat she mixes her freezing abilities with an emphasis on speed and strategic thinking. If weapons are ever called for, Frost has two signature daggers made out of pure, concentrated ice, which she typically relies on.. OOC: I'll be doing more bios of people monthly with a "Star of the Month" to help people better understand the growing roster. I want this dynasty to be very interactive with the people reading. Can Captain America over come the sinister Electro in battle? Or with Electro having Captain America right where he wants him.. will Electro have the upper hand and upset the American Hero?
