Ragin Cajun Posted March 24, 2012 Share Posted March 24, 2012 Any suggestions for training camp? I'm not sure how to tweak the options to get the best development for players. Is there something I should focus on to maximize their talents? A type of Asst. Coach possibly? Getting tired of seeing a red/green rated player only get to orange/green after four years.
