SWF News

By Simon Says

Everything's fallen into place and te last two matches were announced at last nights Supreme TV. A total of five exciting matches with a lot of oomph behind them especially the Steel Cell main event. Every title is on the line and I have to say none of the match-ups really looks one sided.

Brandon James © vs. Joey Sexy

For the SWF North American title

Joe Sexy has finally found what he thinks is a way into the heart of Emma Chase. She claims she doesn’t date losers without titles so he managed to get himself a title match against her client Brandon James. Neither James, nor Chase has seemed happy about this going so far as to try and get Eric Eisen to toss out the match. But come Nothing To Lose, Brandon James still needs to step up his game and defend his title.

The Moral Majority vs. Giedroyc & Valiant ©

For the SWF World Tag Team titles

The Moral Majority got themselves disqualified last time they’ve faced off against the Tag Team champions, The questions is always can they hold it together, or at least not get caught, this time. Over the past few weeks Gilmore and McClean have shown they can get away with the underhand tactics that cost them the match last time but Giedroyc & Valiant have also been putting a number of wins under their belts as well.

Runaway Train vs. Gregory Black

and

Remo vs. Lobster Warrior

Lobster Warrior’s “powers” have continued to fail him and Gregory Black has tried in vein to get him to let loose Chris Morrisette. Remo and Runaway Train haven’t really cared one way or another except Lobby still keeps trying to use them to show he can still hold it as a hero. After last month’s lost to Remo and train as a team, singles matches are the name of the game at Noting To Lose. Can Lobster Warrior regain his mojo and will Black be able to stand with a monster like train on his own.

Marat Khoklov vs. Vengeance vs. Christian Fait vs. Jack Bruce vs. Rich Money vs. Steve Frehley

Steel Cell Match

For the #1 Contender spot for the SWF World Heavyweight title

Eric Eisen has certainly stacked the odds against himself in this match up. If anyone of these competitors wins then he’s going to have a tough time defending his title at Awesome Impact. All six amn have a chance but the question comes with concentration can Faith keep his mind on the game or will he just focus on Khoklov. Will Frehley and Vengeance be able to do what It takes to win or will they’re intense hatred of each other narrow their focus.

Like I said looking good for Nothing To Lose. As always we here at the PWLantern like to here your comments about these match-ups or predictions on who you thing is going to win.

SWF Results

By Simon Says

The Nevada State Armory had a whopping 23.533 fans for Nothing To Lose and it was an amazing show.

Dark Match

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Wild America defeated The Amazing Bumfholes, The Samoan Wildboyz and Death Row in 8:25 when American Machine defeated Shady K by pinfall with an Old Glory. Another good performance from the tag division, no pomp and circumstance the four teams just make their way to the ring and duke it out. As always BJ O’Neil is a welcome sight bring the crowd around to the side of her man American Machine making the win all the sweeter.

Wild America over The Amazing Bumfholes, The Samoan Wildboyz and Death Row - 64

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Roberts & Huntington defeated The Next Big Thing, The Biggz Boyz and Heroes Unlimited in 7:35 when Enforcer Roberts defeated Cheetah Boy by submission with a R.C.T. with Paul Hutington hiding by the ring apron holding the sidekicks feet. And the last of the tag division on the show buts on a good match up with Paul Huntington helping his body guard steal a win.

Roberts & Huntington over The Next Big Thing, The Biggz Boyz and Heroes Unlimited - 66

Show

Peter Michaels, Duane Fry and Ana Garcia welcome everyone to the show. The list all the matches but then spend time talking about the main event. The all wonder if anyone will be able to stand up to Marat Khoklov but in the end they each pick one of the faces to win. Michaels picks Christian Faith citing that he has the most experience in this type of match up, and most experience over all. Fry picks Rich Money saying he has a score to settle with Eisen and seems the most focused on his own goals. And Garcia picks Jack Bruce, mostly because he’s dreamy.

Announcers hype 6 Man Steel Cage - 85

After the announcers run down the line up and the main event, Eric Eisen makes his way down to officially open the show. He does so by running down all six competitors. He says that not a single one of them are good enough to hold the SWF World Heavyweight title saying that this belt and this company were made for him. Nothing any of these six can do will really matter because none of them can ever hold a candle to the greatness of the prodigal son of professional wrestling.

No One’s Good Enough - 87

The camera cuts to the backstage area and there is an attack already in progress. Christian Faith is being set upon by Marat Khoklov in the parking area apparently just after Faith has exited his vehicle. Khoklov keeps throwing Faith into cars, slamming him on their hoods, attacking the veteran with his own luggage. The monstrous Russian Giant seems to want to take Faith out before he can ever make it to the ring. The beating seems to last a few minutes until Faith stops fighting back and Marat Khoklov leaves his sprawled on the floor in the corner between a car and a wall.

Weakening The Competition - 84

A hype video plays showing the buildup to the North American title match. Joe Sexy’s repeated attempts to woo Emma Chase and Brandon James continually beating him up for his efforts. Emma chase telling Sexy she doesn’t date losers without titles and the Joe Sexy announcing his title match against Brandon James.

Video hype Joe vs Sexy – 81

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Brandon James defeated Joe Sexy in 12:05 by pinfall with a Big Money Move after Emma Chase distracted the ref while Joe Sexy had the pin for way more than the three count. Brandon James makes defense number 2 of his SWF North American title. The crowd really got off their feet for this one and I don’t think a lot of them were expecting too. This match really showed that both of these men could one day be main event talent. Emma Chase had the crowd eating out of th palm of her hand getting them to boo her client and cheer even the smallest comeback from Sexy. The match took a lot out of Joey who seemed to be visibly breathing heavily in the last minute or so.

Brandon James over Joe Sexy - 82

Christian Faith is in the locker room getting looked at by the doctor who tells him he’s medically clear but he things Faith should reconsider tonight’s match. Faith tells him he’ll be alright and then Jack Bruce, Rich Money and Steve Frehley enter the room. The four man laugh a bit and greet each other, everyone seems concerned about Faith. The veteran convinces them he’ll be OK and then each of the men wish each other luck, agreeing that in the ring its every man for themselves but it stays in the ring when it’s all said and done.

Sportsmanship It’s What’s For Dinner - 92

Hype video sowing what little there is to show of the feud between The Moral majority and Giedroyc & Valiant. Mostly the story is in the matches and except for a loss a piece to main event pairings both teams have been successful in competition over the last month.

Video hype The Moral Majority vs Giedroyc & Valiant - 73

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, The Moral Majority defeated Giedroyc & Valiant in 11:46 when Jack Giedroyc was counted out while fighting Angry Gilmore. Giedroyc & Valiant retain the SWF World Tag Team titles. Gilmore and McClean took the fight to the outside at the end for a bit attacking both members of the other team. Making sure to break the ten count frequently. They finally left the battered and bruised champs down on the floor and the ref counted them out. They tried to take the titles but the ref informed them they can’t win them on a count out, a fact the two seemed to have forgotten in their rage.

The Moral Majority over Giedroyc & Valiant - 75

Eric Eisen is in his office when Marat Khoklov comes in. He looks up at the giant and instantly begins to back pedal about the things he said earlier, letting the massive man know he didn’t mean him. He tells Khoklov that whatever he does he needs to make sure Rich Money doesn’t win. If he can do this regardless of whether or not he wins tonight he’ll set up a title shot for Khoklov in the near future. Khoklov does nothing but nod his assent and leaves the room.

To Russia With Love - 88

A video package showing the buildup to the singles matches between Black and Train, and Lobby and Remo. It starts with all of the failed saves by Lobster Warrior against both of the monster. The loss due to Lobby attempt at heroics at When Hell Freezes Over comes next. Then the wins for both teams highlighting the fact that Black has one every match for his team. Finally the announcement of the singles matches for the PPV.

Video hype Black and Warrior vs Remo and Train - 79

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Gregory Black defeated Runaway Train in 11:36 by pinfall with a Fade To Black. Black went over clean and the match was a huge success even with Train appearing off his game and wheezing by the end of the match up.

Gregory Black over Runaway Train - 83

After Gregory Black took the win he celebrated for a few moments and then asked for a mic. Black lets the crowd know that his win was not the only big win for the night. He tells the crowd that his partner, Lobster Warrior is one of the best wrestlers he’s ever seen and tonight he’s going to prove it. Tonight Lobster Warrior will do what he did and beat a monster, he will win against Remo .

Promises, Promises - 88

In a match that had excellent in-ring action and great heat from the audience, Remo defeated Lobster Warrior in 21:54 by pinfall with The Destroyer. Warrior had the match won, he would have been able to just move in and pin Remo but he decided to go for one last heroic move. He misses and Remo capitalized taking the win. Despite the match drifting a bit and Remo no selling a few moves the crowd was on their feet.

Remo over Lobster Warrior - 78

Eisen is seen entering an unmarked door. The lights are mostly out and everything is in shadows. He walks down a set of stairs and into a utility area. He calls out and from the darkness comes the face of Vengeance. Eric talks nervously telling the dark soul that he was never speaking of him he just need to keep up appearances. He promises him the soul of Steve Frehley if he can do one thing and keep jack Bruce from winning the match up. Vengeance takes a moment and give Eisen a nod before disappearing back into the shadows.

The Devil You Know - 86

The Three Way Battle For Supremacy (SWF) storyline has continued with this segment. The Vengeance vs. Frehley (SWF) storyline has continued with this segment. The Marat vs. Faith (SWF) storyline has continued with this segment.

Video Hype 6 Man Steel Cage Main Event - 90

In a superb bout that had great wrestling and a sizzling crowd, Jack Bruce defeated Christian Faith, Rich Money, Steve Frehley, Marat Khoklov and Vengeance in 23:39; the order of elimination was Steve Frehley first, then Rich Money, then Vengeance, then Christian Faith, and finally Marat Khoklov. This match was a nail biter if ever there was one. At first the four faces worked together trying to take out the other two as the monstrous men took on their assigned targets. It wasn’t tell Vengeance was almost pinned by being piled on that the heels tactics changed. Marat and Vengeance concentrated their efforts and Steve Fehley fell first. Rich Money wasn’t far behind with Vengeance occupying the other two while Khoklov handed him a severe beating and then a pin. Faith and Bruce finally saw the tactics of the two heels and wen t into defense mode. Using guile the got Vengeance in the ring alone and their double team allowed Faith to pin and eliminate him. Khoklov went into a rage and nearly destroyed both men putting Bruce down but not pinning him now focusing on Faith. The two fought a bitter battle and Khoklov took out Faith but enough damage was done so that Bruce immediately hit the New York Minute to pin the Russian Giant.

Jack Bruce over Christian Faith, Marat Khoklov, Rich Money and Steve Frehley and Vengeance - 94

With the match over and all six men having taken a ton of damage it takes a few moments for everyone to come around. Khoklov and Vengeance roll out of the ring and make their way toward the exit while Bruce starts to rouse the other four faces. After everyone is up they all celebrate in the ring each man congratulating Bruce for succeeding at getting the next title shot.

Celebrate Good Times C’mon - 98

There was a feeling that some of the angles used did not reach the standards set by the in-ring action. This show can be considered a success, it should have increased our popularity.

Overall Rating - 86

SWF Results

By Simon Says

SWF packed 9,003 fans into the Theatre of Dreams in the North West of the US for another great episode of Supreme TV

Dark Matches

The Biggz Boyz over Heroes Unlimited, The Samoan Wildboyz and Greed and Everest - 66

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Biggz Boyz defeated Heroes Unlimited, The Samoan Wildboyz and John Greed and Everest in 9:49 when Bart Biggz defeated Everest by pinfall with a Biggz Up. Even though he took the win Bart Biggz didn’t seem to have his heart in the match. For that matter Cheetah Boy was also not showing his all for the evening. That said the match was still solid for a throw away four-way tag math up.

Show

Hype Video Nothing To Lose Main Event and Celebration - 84

A video package plays showing the highlights of six-man steel cage match main event of Nothing To Lose. Each individual pin is shown, along with a number of the best spots of the match. After showing Jack Bruce get the pin on Marat Khoklov it then shows the celebration of the win with the four faces congratulating Bruce on his victory.

The Star Treatment - 92

The show opens with Jack Bruce in the ring and he spends a few minutes talking about his win and his next shot at the title. He runs down Eric Eisen for sending in Vengeance to take him out specifically. After he gets his say in Bruce calls out Eisen, telling him to bring his cowardly silver-spoon ass down to the ring. A few moments go by and Eric doesn’t come, Jack makes the call out again, a few more moments go by. Suddenly Rich Money’s music starts that Money makes his way down to the ring. Jack and Rich stare at each other for a bit and the Money sticks out his hand, jack nods and shakes. Money goes on to congratulate Bruce again telling him he deserves the title shot. Finally Eric Eisen does come down and he talks about stopping this lovefest. He tells Bruce he still has four weeks until he gets his title shot and until then he’s going to make his life miserable. Since Rich is now all buddy, buddy with Jack tonight they can team up and face The Moral Majority. Jack and Rich both smile leaning over the ropes they tell him to bring it, they can take anything he can dish.

Sexy Keeps The Faith - 76

Brandon James is backstage and he’s laying the boots to Joe Sexy. Emma Chase is standing in the background berating Sexy, telling him there’s no way he can ever win her because he’s too pathetic to even hold a title. James keeps on attacking furiously and Chase keeps putting Sexy down, until finally Chase stops. Brandon keeps on beating Sexy but the camera pans to Chase face and then it pans out and we can see the reason Chase has gone quiet is that Christian Faith is standing right behind James. Faith suddenly and savagely attacks James and lays it in until Brandon and Emma finally run off leaving Christian to take care of Joe.

Steve Frehley and Giedroyc & Valiant over Marc DuBois and Roberts & Huntington - 79

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, Steve Frehley and Giedroyc & Valiant defeated Marc DuBois and Roberts & Huntington in 12:03 when Steve Frehley defeated Paul Huntingdon by pinfall with a Frehley's Comet. Steve Frehle led the tag team champions to w well received win giving himself and them much needed momentum.

You Want It You Got It - 86

Eric Eisen’s office is packed to the brim as he sits at his desk with Marat Khoklov standing behind him. Joey Sexy, flanked by his savior Christian Faith is complaining the Brandon James not only cheated him at Nothing To Lose but he also attacked him tonight. Emma Chase rebuts loudly as James looks to make another run at Sexy. Eisen slams his fist down on the table yelling that he’s had enough. He tells them if they want to duke it out so bad then at Awesome Impact Joe Sexy will team with Christian Faith to face Brandon James and Marat Khoklov. Everyone except Khoklov seems to be rather dismayed by this turn of events but they all file out of his office quietly.

Where Angels Fear To Tread - 100

Steve Frehley is seen leaving the locker room, for a brief moment you can see Giedroyc & Valiant in the room. Frehley makes it about ten feet before he’s blindsided from around a corner. Vengeance comes fully around the corner and he and Frehley start their usual brawl. Beating each other to high heaven (or low hell as the case may be) from one end of the backstage area to the other with any of the backstage staff afraid to stop them. Finally some of the boys run out and Robbie Retro, Randy and Zimmy Bumfhole, Frederique Antonio Garcia, Kurt Laramee and Big Smack Scott pull the two monsters apart.

Brandon James and Marat Khoklov over Wild America - 78

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Brandon James and Marat Khoklov defeated Wild America in 12:08 when Marat Khoklov defeated Jungle Lord by pinfall with a Moscow Lariat. Khoklov was having an off night but still took an impressive, although not dominant win that had the crowd booing heavily at the end. A cat fight breaking out between BJ O’Neil and Emma Chase was also a highlight of the match.

That’s What Friends Are For - 80

Gregory Black is with Lobster Warrior in the backstage area seeing to his distressed friend. Lobby keeps saying how he’s no good anymore he just can’t cut it. He may as well leave SWF in shame. Black tells him he almost had it, he promises him he’s a real hero. You can see it in his eyes but this time Black doesn’t tell him he should give up the mask.

Sign In Blood - 85

Angry Gilmore and Squeaky McClean make their way into an unmarked door, into a darkened room and down a set of stairs. Among the old machinery they find an area that is a little less dark than most of the others and sitting in the shadows is Vengeance. They speak tentatively telling the angel of death how his nemesis Steve Frehley has begun to side with two other evil doers, Jack Giedroyc and Valiant. They tell him that they have had trouble with these two as well and they think it is in his best interest to remove Frehley’s allies. Venageance sits for a few moments and then nods a silent ascension. Gilmore and McClean quickly flee the darkened area leaving just the shadowy form of Vengeance until the light blows out.

Christian Faith and Joe Sexy over Remo and Runaway Train - 76

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Christian Faith and Joe Sexy defeated Remo and Runaway Train in 17:34 when Christian Faith defeated Runaway Train by pinfall with a Leap Of Faith. Faith and Sexy show they have no problem handling monsters as they take the win over Remo and Train. Faith is obviously leading the dup and takes the win but both men gain a lot of momentum for a big win.

Nothing You Can Do - 98

Jack Bruce and rich Money come out for their match but take the mic and decide to give Eric Eisen a little piece of their mind. They take turns letting him know that they can take anything they can throw at them. Not only that but come Awesome Impact, Bruce is going to take the SWF World Heavyweight title. The want Eric to know that tonight he will see exactly what lies in store for him when he and jack get in the ring.

Rich Money and Jack Bruce over The Moral Majority - 86

In a match that had excellent in-ring action and great heat from the audience, Jack Bruce and Rich Money defeated The Moral Majority in 22:06 when Jack Bruce defeated Squeeky McClean by pinfall with a New York Minute. Not much to say about the match except that it was a great bout. The crowd was on their feet and biting their nails as The Moral Majority showed, even in defeat that they can hang with the big boys.

Send In The Monsters - 100

Jack and Rich are celebrating in the ring when four massive men come charging from the backstage area. Brandon James, Marat Khoklov, Remo and Runaway Train hit the ring and breakneck speed and begin a Savage beating for the two men already in the ring. As Money and Bruce continue to take the assault Eric Eisen makes his way slowly down to the ring. Eisen circles the ring completely giving the four monsters all the time in the world to do their jobs before finally entering the ring. He has Khoklov and James hold up Bruce and gets in his face. He asks Bruce knowing he can’t respond if he thinks he’ll ever get the title back. After He asks him a few times he pulls back and wails Bruce in the head with the belt and says that’s the closest Jack will ever get to the SWF World Heavyweight title in a long, long time. Eisen and the monsters leave the ring and the show ends with close-ups of Jack and Rich both battered and bloody in the ring.

Eisen sends James, Khoklov, Remo and Train to the ring to destroy Jack and Money

The Three Way Battle For Supremacy (SWF) storyline has continued with this segment. The Remo & Train vs. Black & Warrior (SWF) storyline has continued with this segment. This segment lifted the crowd. Eric Eisen is learning to show more charisma. Marat Khoklov is developing better performance skills. Remo is developing better performance skills.

Overall Rating - 88

Some of the angles used definitely helped lift the show as a whole. This show can be considered a success, it should have increased our popularity.

SWF News

By Simon Says

Two big pieces of SWF happened yesterday. The first being CBN picking up Supreme TV, bringing SWF's flagship show to Canada starting next season.

The second piece of news is the signing of USPW star "The Jurassic Power' T-Rex. It has been confirmed that T-Rex would be sent down to RIPW to be trained in the SWF style of wrestling which is considerably more aggressive and longer than the matches T-Rex is used to wrestling in USPW. In an interview with wrestling journalist Kalvin Kool, T-Rex said he was happy to go down and spend sometime down in RIPW and he certainly doesn't see it as a demotion. He things there's some good talent down their and he'll work as long as it takes to get on the full SWF roster.

SWF Results

By Simon Says

Last night Clover Field in the mid south saw 11,852 line up to catch this weeks SWF Supreme TV.

Dark Match

The Pain Alliance over Heroes Unlimited, Patriot & Lobo and Death Row - 50

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, The Pain Alliance defeated Heroes Unlimited, Death Row and Patriot & Lobo in 6:09 when Kurt Laramee defeated Cheetah Boy by pinfall with a Switchblade Powerslam. A hot crowd was against Big Smack Scott, chanting for him to not come back. A pretty vocal crowd didn't seem particularly thrilled with seeing Lobo wrestle. The performance of Kurt Laramee stood out as being good.

Show

Video Hype Main Event and Aftermath - 86

The show opens with a video package showing first the battle between Rich Money, jack Bruce and The Moral Majority. Most of the battle footage is short focusing on the win. The majority of the package is dedicated to the beat down of Bruce and Money by , Brandon James, Marat Khoklov and Runaway Train. The ending portion of video shows the headshot with the belt by Eisen to Bruce. The shot is shown over and over from three different angles in slow motion and then Bruce falling to the floor.

Turn About Is Fair Play - 92

As the video package comes to the crowd is going nuts and the announcers welcome people to Supreme TV. Eric Eisen is in the ring already and he starts gloating over last week’s beatdown. He says i f Bruce can’t take that kind of beating then there is no where he can stand up to him. He doesn’t get much further than that as Rich Money and Jack Bruce both come out to the entrance giving a mock clap.

Jack and Rich congratulate Eric on his well-planned tactics but tell him if he wants them down and out he has to give them more than that. Eisen start to rebut, but he is cut off again by Money who tells him they’ve got a surprise for him, him and his cronies. Eric seems a bit confused but manages to ask what it is in the most condescending tone he can. Bruce takes over talking and tells Eisen he’s not the only one who can make matches. He says he and Money went to the board and tonight Eisen will face Gregory Black, Joe Sexy and Lobster Warrior. But he won’t be alone he can have some of his Lackey’s with him. Brandon James and Marat Khoklov will join him if he can control them longer than ten seconds. Eisen is infuriated and yells and screams as Money and Bruce walk off leaving him there to stew.

Announce Remo vs Gregory Black - 82

Announce Runaway Train vs Lobster Warrior - 76

A graphic comes up that two matches have been signed for Awesome Impact. Switching the positions of last month’s singles battle Remo will take on Gregory Black and Runaway Train will fight Lobster Warrior. The trio of Frehley and the tag team champions once again takes on Roberts & Huntington with a new third, Marc DuBois partner Frederique Antonio Garcia.

Warning Shots - 84

Lobster Warrior has locked himself in a bathroom stall and Gregory Black is in the midst of trying to talk him out. Warrior says he's not sure he can hack it any more but Black tries to convince him otherwise. Warrior is silent for a few moments and then a hand reaches under the stall with the red mask. But before Black can take it he is blindsided by Remo and Runaway Train who attack him savagely. Black is screaming for help and it takes moment but Lobster Warrior with mask in place bust out of the stall. Warrior makes a valiant effort but he to soon falls to Remo and Train who lay the boots to both men leaving them on the bathroom floor when they are done.

Remo and Runaway Train over Wild America - 70

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Remo and Runaway Train defeated Wild America in 6:26 when Runaway Train defeated Jungle Lord by pinfall with a Train Wreck. Fresh off their beatdown of Gregory Black and Lobster Warrior, Remo and Runaway Train totally dominate Wild America.

Target Acquired - 83

The camera finds Jack Giedroyc and Valiant celebrating their win for the evening. The tag champs are congratulating each other and thinking onto better things now that they’ve beaten The Moral Majority twice. Suddenly they are set upon by Vengeance who very quickly dazes both men before bringing them down. Vengeance continues his assault on them for a good couple of minutes switching from one to the other as he sees fit. A blur comes from behind the camera and suddenly Steve Frehley is on Vengeance he’s attacking the evil spirit viciously trying to defends his friends. Vengeance fights back but they are too evenly matched. Finally Vengeance sees they are at a stalemate and retreats. Frehley turns to see to the two men he teamed with these past two weeks

Only In The Planning Stage - 86

A short segment of mostly whispered voices and hushed tones as Eric Eisen goes over his plan for beating back the challenge that Bruce and Money put before them.

Vengeance and The Moral Majority over Robbie Retro and The Amazing Bumfholes - 80

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, Vengeance and The Moral Majority defeated Robbie Retro and The Amazing Bumfholes in 21:53 when Vengeance defeated Robbie Retro by pinfall after using a foreign object. McClean and Gilmore seemed incredibly happy to team with Vengeance and tried to congratulate him on a job well done on his way down to the ring. The match seemed pretty even throughout though, with Retro and the Bumfholes getting some offense. Vengeance did not catch Gilmore hit Retro from behind with something from his tights when he whipped him into the ropes and then took the pin as he fell over.

Announce Vengeance and The Moral Majority vs Steve Frehley and Giedroyc & Valiant - 77

On the return from the commercial break a graphic pops up and the announcer let everyone know that Vengeance and The Moral Majority versus Steve Frehley and Giedroyc & Valiant has been made for Awesome Impact.

The Good Word- 90

Gregory Black, Lobster Warrior and Joe Sexy were all sitting in the locker room discussing their big match tonight. Lobby still seems a little on edge about being inadequate as a hero and Black and Sexy try and bring his spirits around. The locker room door opens and in walks Christian Faith, Jack Bruce and Rich Money. The three superstars start to talk giving the three combatants a little encouragement for the nights match. Each of the three stars gets a chance to say his peace and it seems to work lifting the spirits of Black, Lobby and Sexy. Finally Bruce, Money and Faith walk out saying that they have faith in the trio.

Brandon James, Eric Eisen and Marat Khoklov over Gregory Black, Joe Sexy and Lobster Warrior - 78

In a bout that featured great action and great heat from the audience, Brandon James, Eric Eisen and Marat Khoklov defeated Gregory Black, Joe Sexy and Lobster Warrior in 22:26 when Eric Eisen defeated Gregory Black by pinfall by hitting him in the head with the SWF World Heavyweight title. For a main event match it certainly drifted a few times even with the slow and deliberate build toward the finish. Black, Sexy and Warrior put up a good fight but couldn’t win out over the underhanded tactics of the other trio. Black fell to the title shot while Koklov and James held the other two back and Chase distracted the ref.

Ranting and Raving - 100

The win well in hand Eric Eisen grabs the mic and begins throwing a fit yelling to Bruce and Money to see what he’s done, screaming that they can’t test him that he’s the one in charge. He rants on and on about how he can never be beaten while Khoklov and James stand behind him menacingly. Eisen swore that over the next few weeks they both would pay and his title would never fall into the hands of Bruce.

Overall Rating - 82

Some of the angles used definitely helped lift the show as a whole. This show can be considered a success, it should have increased our popularity.

Wednesday March Week 1 2010

SWF Results

By Simon Says

The Wisconsin Gardens in the Great Lakes region sold out all 10,000 seats for this week's Supreme TV.

Dark Matches

Frehley and The Amazing Bumfholes over Greed and Roberts & Huntington - 82

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Steve Frehley and The Amazing Bumfholes defeated John Greed and Roberts & Huntington in 7:06 when Steve Frehley defeated Paul Huntingdon by pinfall with a Frehley's Comet. Frehley’s star power gave this match the lift it needed to be great and he looked good doing it while putting over some of the younger stars.

Faith and Bruce over The Next Big Thing - 82

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Christian Faith and Jack Bruce defeated The Next Big Thing in 7:37 when Christian Faith defeated Frederique Antonio Garcia by pinfall with a Leap Of Faith. In a surprise short preshow math up Faith Bruce gave the early arriving crowd a good little warm up match.

Show

Hype Video last Week’s Main Event - 89

A hype video opens the show, featuring last week’s main event between Eisen, Khoklov and James versus Black, Lobby and Sexy. The video mostly highlights any underhanded tactics used by the team and a few of Khoklov’s feats of strength. It shows the pin and then Eric Eisen frothing at the mouth yelling and screaming at Bruce and Money.

A Stern Warning - 99

Rich Money comes down to the ring to talk to the crowd. He makes a comment about how he’s ok with not being on the card at Awesome Impact. He says he knows Jack Bruce will be able to win back the title and when he does the two of them will have a fair match for it, no more of his old tactics just one on one.

Money then calls out Eric Eisen, who makes him wait a few long moments before finally making his appearance. The two get nose to nose and Money tells Eisen that he may not be on the card but he’s going to be at the PPV and he’s going to make sure Eric doesn’t pull any of his tricks on Bruce. Eisen looks Money in the eye and smiles and evil smiles and tells him, if he makes it. Eisen says tonight he has to face Remo in the main event. Eric drops the mic and walks out leaving Money in the ring.

Hype Video Awesome Impact Main Event - 85

A video package plays showing the events leading up to the Eric Eisen versus Jack Bruce World Heavyweight title match. It starts with Eric Eisen announcing the six-man steel cage match and his announcement of each competitor. It continues showing parts of the steel cage match and Jack Bruce’s win. And it ends with the altercations that have been happening between Eisen and Bruce in the intervening two weeks.

The Moral Majority over Wild America - 74

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, The Moral Majority defeated Wild America in 12:24 when Angry Gilmore defeated American Machine by pinfall with an Anger Management after distraction by Vengeance. A decent match up with The Moral majority doing everything in their power to prove they have no morals. The lights went out for a moment and then Vengeance was at ringside menacing BK O’Neill distracting American Machine and allowing Gilmore to hit the Anger Management.

Wrong Place, Wrong Time -83

The match over Vengeance and The Moral Majority take it upon themselves to attempt to rid the SWF of American Machine and his savage partner Jungle Lord. Gilmore and McClean team up to take down Machine while Vengeance starts dismantling jungle Lord all to the sound of the screams of BJ O’Neill. The attack doesn’t get far as rushing from the back come Steve Frehley, Jack Giedroyc and Valiant who start hammering blows on the three attacks giving Machine and Jungle Lord time to bring themselves back into the battle and help drive off Vengeance and The Moral Majority who give hard stairs to their Awesome Impact opponents as they leave ringside.

Hype Video Awesome Impact Co-Main Event Tag Team Match - 83

Another video package plays this one showing the lead up to the tag team match between Marat Khoklov, Brandon James, Christian Faith and Joey Sexy. It shows Faith saving Sexy from an attack by James and then Eric Eisen making the tag match and giving James, Khoklov as his partner. And then it shows the tag team matches they had two weeks ago with both teams getting their wins.

Gregory Black and Lobster Warrior over The Samoan Wildboyz - 66

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Gregory Black and Lobster Warrior defeated The Samoan Wildboyz in 5:37 when Gregory Black defeated Akima Brave by pinfall with a Fade To Black. A short match wherein The Samoan Wildboyz get crushed. Once again Gregory Black takes the win for his team.

Rampage - 82

Having been watching the match their opponents at Awesome Impact just won Remo and Runaway Train go berserk. They start rampaging through the backstage area attacking anyone who gets in their way. The Biggz Boyz, Captain Atomic, Cheetah Boy, Lobo and Masked Patriot all fall victim to the senseless carnage.

Brandon James and Marat Khoklov over Giedroyc & Valiant - 80

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Brandon James and Marat Khoklov defeated Giedroyc & Valiant in 21:54 when Marat Khoklov defeated Valiant by pinfall with a Moscow Lariat. Although Emma Chase surely did some underhanded things during the match up, Marat Khoklov proved he’s an unbeatable monster without cheating. Khoklov nearly took off poor Valiant’s head with the Moscow Lariat.

Monster Mash - 94

Khoklov and James aren’t finished with Giedroyc & Valiant even if the match is over. The two monsters look to make a point by completely destroying the Tag Team champions. Meanwhile Emma Chase as corners Dawn the Cheerleader and Hannah and bitch slaps the both of them. Unlike the save performed by Giedroyc and Valiant the Tag Team champions take a bit more of a beating before Christian Faith, Jack Bruce and Joe Sexy run down and make the save.

Faith, Bruce and Sexy manage to drive James and Khoklov out of the ring after a few moments. As the two groups stare at each other Eric Eisen’s music hits and he makes his way to the top of the entrance ramp. He tells Faith, Bruce and Sexy if they want to stick their nose in other people’s business so bad then next week the main event will see the three of them facing off against Marat Khoklov, Brandon James and himself, which guarantees a win for his team.

Two Great Tastes - 99

The camera in the backstage comes on and shows yet another brawl between Frehley and Vengeance. Apparently Vengeance didn’t take kindly to the save Frehley and his buddies the SWF Tag Team champions made earlier and decided to pay the Dark Destroy back. Frehley gives as good as he takes though and the brawl moves around the backstage area. Finally some of the other workers see that the two are going to tear each other apart and rush in to break it up. Robbie Retro and The Bumfholes grab Frehley who more willingly backs down, while it takes Everest and The Pain Alliance to back Vengeance off.

Rich Money over Remo - 79

In a superb bout that had great wrestling and a sizzling crowd, Rich Money defeated Remo in 24:16 when Remo was disqualified when Marat Khoklov ran in and attacked Rich Money. During the match we also had Brandon James run in and attack Money. For a match that had some of the best wrestling seen in SWF in a while and a crowd that started super-hot, the end result was a letdown. Most of the fault could be set at the feet or Remo for his lack of selling but still a good match over all. Remo fought a hard battle and lost through no fault of his own when Khoklov and James rushed from the back to attack Money.

Hot Mess - 96

Eric Eisen comes out as soon as the bell is rung for the disqualification and he instructs Khoklov and James to continue to attack Money, while he screams about Rich not making it to Awesome Impact. The beating goes on for a few minutes until Christian Faith, Jack Bruce and Joe Sexy run down to the ring to the cheers of the crowd. Eric Eisen is knocked on his ass and then the three precede to hand another beating to James and Kohklov. They fight until they drive them out of the ring. Once James and Khoklov pick up Eisen and start walking him up the ramp, Faith, Bruce and Sexy see to Money and make sure he’s ok which is where the show ends.

Overall Rating - 83

Some of the angles used definitely helped lift the show as a whole. This show can be considered a success, it should have increased our popularity.

The Mayor Street Arena in New England sold out its 15,000 seats for the go home episode of Supreme TV before Awesome Impact.

Dark Matches

Robbie Retro and The Amazing Bumfholes over John Greed and Roberts & Huntington – 66

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Robbie Retro and The Amazing Bumfholes defeated John Greed and Roberts & Huntington in 6:32 when Robbie Retro defeated Paul Huntingdon by pinfall with a Murder On The Dancefloor.

Wild America over The Biggz Boyz, The Samoan Wildboyz and Death Row - 66

BJ O’Neil and Jessie both helped bring some dram to the ring as they played the damsel in distress to the menacing Death Row.

Show

Hype past weeks Main Event and aftermath - 85

The show opens with a video package that starts with the match between Rich Money and Remo. The part that shows the match is pretty sure mostly highlighting Rich Money getting the win. The longer portion of the package is the attack by Khoklov and James as directed by Eisen. The part of the attack is done in slow motion really emphasizing Eric trying to have Rich taken out. The slow motion stops when Jack Bruce, Christian Faith and Joey Sexy run out and makes the save.

He Said, He Said - 88

After the hype video the camera shows the packed arena and Eric Eisen, Marat Khoklov and Brandon James in ring. Eric talks about how great he is and how in the main event for the night, a match he made himself he was going to guarantee a win. He goes on to talk about how Christian Faith, Jack Bruce and Joe Sexy are nothing but a bunch of losers and if he had his way he’d see them all gone from SWF. That said Christian Faith’s music hits and out walk Faith, Bruce and Sexy but they stay at the ramp They rebut what Eisen had to say specifically calling him week for having to hide behind those two monsters to keep his title. Frustrated by the interruption Eisen loses his cool and rants at the three who start laughing at him before walking off. Finally Eric is tired of being laughed at by the crowd even after Bruce, Faith and Sexy left, he storms off followed by Khoklov and James.

Hype Video PPV Co-Main Event Tag Team Match – 84

A second hype video plays showing all the activities leading up to the Tag Team co-main event. The segment starts with Faith’s save of Sexy and the Eisen making the match in the first place. Then it continues to show all the backstage attacks and run ins and all the general mayhem James and Khoklov have caused for the two faces.

Mo’ Money, Mo’ Problems - 86

Eric Eisen is shown walking backstage talking on his cell phone not watching all where he’s going when he slams into somebody. He looks up about ready to tear the person a new asshole when he sees that its Rich Money. Money takes the phone from Eisen and tells the person he’ll have to call him back before hanging up. Money gives Eisen a smile, lurches forward and says boo and Eisen moves back quickly. Rich tells Eric he’s got his eye on him, tonight and at Awesome Impact. Money then walks off leaving Eisen even more irate then he had been from being interrupted by Bruce, Faith and Sexy.

Remo and Runaway Train over Patriot & Lobo - 47

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Remo and Runaway Train defeated Patriot & Lobo in 6:17 when Remo defeated Masked Patriot by pinfall with The Destroyer. Remo and Train squashed Patriot & Lobo in good order and came out of the match looking good, especially Remo. The match was thankfully short as the pretty vocal crowd didn't seem particularly thrilled with seeing Lobo wrestle

To The Rescue - 87

Remo ad Train aren’t done with their opponents as they start to lay into Lobo and Masked Patriot even once the match is over. The referee is powerless to stop them as the two monster yell that this is what will happen to Lobster Warrior and Gregory Black as when they face them at Awesome Impact. The attack only last a minute before Lobby and Black coming rushing from the back. The fight furiously against the two massive man and manage to drive them back long enough to pull Lobo and Patriot from the ring. Having sent their message Remo and Train don’t bother to follow and just stand in the ring looking menacing as Black and Lobby retreat with the two victims.

Breaking the Bank - 92

After a commercial break the camera shows the parking lot and Rich Money is getting some things out of his car. Suddenly Marat Khoklov bodily slams into Money, crushing him against his car. The Russian giant continues his assault on Money slamming him into the ground, the concrete walls and even the hood of his own car. At one point Khoklov slams Money so hard he cracks the windshield. The beating goes on for a few minutes with no end in sight until finally Jack Bruce and Rich Money happen to be walking out this way and they see the attack. Jack and Christian run over and start to assault Marat, they beat the giant until he is forced to withdraw. Now alone with Money who appears to be unconscious, Faith tells Bruce to go get a medic while he waits here with him.

Angry Gilmore over Jack Giedroyc - 77

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Angry Gilmore defeated Jack Giedroyc in 12:24 by pinfall with an Anger Management following an attack with Jack’s own title by Squeeky McClean.

This Means War - 80

After his attack McClean gets in the ring and starts to attack Giedroyc with Gilmore. Jack is down and pretty much out when both members of The Moral Majority get evil grins on their faces. The lights go out and a moment later when they come back on Vengeance has Jack up and hits him with the Skull Krusher. The attack continues until Frehley and Valiant coming running out. They drive the three villains out of the ring and help their friend up. Frehley looks over the ropes and points at McClean and the camera mics pick him up saying, “You. Me. Next.”

Steve Frehley over Squeaky McClean - 84

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Steve Frehley defeated Squeeky McClean in 22:14 by pinfall with a Frehley's Comet. McClean put Frehley over pretty well and the crowd seemed pretty hyped by the match.

This One’s For the Gipper - 96

Rich Money is laid out on doctor’s table, conscious but definitely out of it. Christian Faith, Jack Bruce and Joe Sexy come in and they look him over. They ask the medical technician if its ok to talk to him and the doc nods yes. Money smiles as he sees his friends and they all ask him how he his telling him their sorry they showed up so late. Money tells them its ok, that they did what they could. What he really wants is for them to go out there and take it to Eisen, James and Khoklov. He wants them to take them down a peg for him. They all agree and everyone is all lights and smiles as the camera fades out.

Hype Video PPV Main Event Title Match – 83

A video package plays showing the lead up to the Eric Eisen versus Jack Bruce main event at Awesome Impact. This particular package starts with the reveal of Eric as Jack’s tormentor and then goes to the repeated beatings Bruce received before getting his first rematch. It shows Jack’s tainted loss and then the build-up to the six-man steel cage match and Jack eventually winning another shot at the title Eric stole from him.

Eisen, James and Khoklov draw Bruce, Faith and Sexy - 96

In a superb bout that had great wrestling and a sizzling crowd, Eric Eisen, Marat Khoklov and Brandon James drew with Jack Bruce, Christian Faith and Joe Sexy in 22:59 following a double count out. The ref just plain lost control of the match and all six men were battling on the outside, he had no choice but to make the ten count and call the match.

If You Can’t play nice - 86

The math may have been over but not for the combatants. The men paired off into their respective feuds; Eisen & Bruce, James & Sexy and Khoklov & Faith. The ref kept calling for the bell over and over and more refs came out to try and separate the men only to be strewn about. The battle raged on all around the ringside area and then finally Khoklov puts Faith through the announce table as the camera fades out.

Overall Rating - 90

This show can be considered a success, it should have increased our popularity.

A graphic then shows Eirc Eisen on one side, Jack Bruce on the other and a black silhouette where Rich Money should be behind the two with a “?” inside.

Hype video Frehley and Giedroyc & Valiant vs Vengeance and The Moral Majority - 79

Before he first match there was a short two minute hype video showing all the confrontations between Frehley and Giedroyc & Valiant and Vengeane and The Moral Majority. A quick recap of all the beat downs and attacks, the brawls between the giants and Eric Eisen making the match.

Vengeance and The Moral Majority over Steve Frehley and Giedroyc & Valiant - 88

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Vengeance and The Moral Majority defeated Steve Frehley and Giedroyc & Valiant in 22:10 when Vengeance defeated Valiant by pinfall, with Squeeky McClean holding Valiant’s legs down unbeknownst to the ref or Vengeance.

The Opening match was by far the match of the night. Between the build-up and the storytelling I think everyone knew we were going to have a good show, but the fans certainly weren’t expecting something this good. The crowd was on their feet by the end of the math which saw a pretty even offense from both sides. The Moral majority of course helped Vengeance get the tainted win and then the heels high-tailed it out of dodge.

Hype video Remo and Runaway Train vs Gregory Black and Lobster Warrior - 83

Starting with the previous months win for Black over Train and loss for Lobby to Remo, a video package showing the events leading up to the two singles matches for the night is played. It shows the attempted saves, the successful attacks as well as the times when Gregory Black has had to give Lobster Warrior a pep talk.

Gregory Black over Remo - 71

In a match that had excellent in-ring action and great heat from the audience, Gregory Black defeated Remo in 21:57 by pinfall with Fade To Black.

Gregory Black took a clean win over Remo after wearing down the big man with repeated hit and run attacks throughout the match. Remo saw his fair share of offense as well but Black always just managed to kick out or get his foot on the ropes, and he could never manage to quite hit The Destroyer. Although it was a good match it could have been better as the crowd expected a bit more drama and ring psychology.

A Little Pep In Your Step - 86

Remo leaves the ring crushed at his defeat but a winded Gregory Black barely makes it to the announce booth. Lobster Warrior’s music hits and he comes out to the cheers of the crowd and makes his way around the ring. Black stand and meets him when he reaches the booth and the camera focuses in on the both of them. Black goes forehead to forehead with Lobby telling him that he can do this. He says its time for the Lobster Warrior of old to come out and show them that this monster is no match for him. Lobby seems to be hyped by the pep talk and the two shake hands and then hug and Black makes his way up the ramp while Lobby takes in the cheers from the crowd.

Runaway Train over Lobster Warrior - 72

In a bout that featured great action and great heat from the audience, Runaway Train defeated Lobster Warrior in 12:30 by pinfall with a Train Wreck.

Whereas his partner did well with the hit and run tactics Lobster Warrior tried to stand toe to toe with the monstrous Runaway Train to obviously disastrous results. Although this match had a tendency to drift and Train no sold quite a few of Lobby’s moves it still came out just barely the better of the two match ups, with Train getting the clean win.

Hype Video Brandon James and Marat Khoklov vs Christian Faith and Je Sexy - 87

Before the co-main event a hype video plays showing all the activities leading up to the Tag Team co-main event. The segment starts with Faith’s save of Sexy and the Eisen making the match in the first place. Then it continues to show all the backstage attacks and run ins and all the general mayhem James and Khoklov have caused for the two faces. Finally it shows the end of the six-man tag match from the last Supreme TV and the brawl, focusing mainly on Khoklov, James, faith and Sexy.

Brandon James and Marat Khoklov over Christian Faith and Joe Sexy - 81

In a superb bout that had great wrestling and a sizzling crowd, Brandon James and Marat Khoklov defeated Christian Faith and Joe Sexy in 29:37 when Marat Khoklov defeated Christian Faith after an illegal double team while Emma Chase distracted the ref.

The co-main event certainly overshadowed the main event with some great ring work led by Christian Faith. The crowd was on their feet the whole match, not even noticing a handful of no sells from the giants. Emma Chase got involved in the match frequently and to good effect even being instrumental in the win. First by distracting Joe Sexy long enough for him to get laid out by Brandon James leaving Faith alone to face the two monsters. Later she distracted the ref with her “feminine wiles” so James and Marat could do a giant double bear hug into a double suplex to but Faith down for the count.

In The Garden Of The Beasts - 93

The match was over and both Faith and Sexy were down and out but Khoklov and James hand’t quite gotten what they came for. The two monsters laid into both men starting with Sexy who seemed to be coming around but not for long as he was subject to a brutal pummeling. And then both Faith and Sexy were dragged up the entrance ramp and powerbombed at the same time through the stage.

Hype Video Eric Eisen vs Jack Bruce with Rich Money - 86

A video package plays showing the lead up to the Eric Eisen versus Jack Bruce main event at Awesome Impact. This particular package starts with the reveal of Eric as Jack’s tormentor and then goes to the repeated beatings Bruce received before getting his first rematch. It shows Jack’s tainted loss and then the build-up to the six-man steel cage match and Jack eventually winning another shot at the title Eric stole from him. It then shows Rich Money’s brutal beat down and the six-man tag match and post match brawl focusing on all the interactions between Eisen and Bruce.

Eric Eisen over Jack Bruce - 77

To Retain The SWF World Heavyweight title

In a superb bout that had great wrestling and a sizzling crowd, Jack Bruce defeated Eric Eisen in 22:41 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics. During the match we also saw Marat Khoklov run in and attack Bruce, and Brandon James also attack Bruce. Jack Bruce wins the SWF World Heavyweight title.

Between the poor selling and the lack of drama in the match there’s no wonder this match didn’t do as well as the last. That being said, the fans were on their feet cheering for Jack Bruce the entire time. Jack started off well enough but Eisen pretty soon resorted to as many underhanded tactics as he possibly could. Toward the end of the match Marat Khoklov and Brandon James ended up at the top of the entrance ramp giving Eisen the distraction he needed to take back the match.

Jack seemed to turn things around and charged Eisen who rolled out of the way causing Jack to knock out the ref. At this point Khoklov and James ran down to te ring and double teamed poor Bruce giving him the beating of his life, hitting both the Brandon Bomb Drop and theRussian Legend Powerbomb. The monsters powdered out of the ring and Eisen roused the ref who counted the one, two, three and declared Eisen the winner.

Bigger Is Better - 98

The match is over and Eric is the winner but again, Eisen seems to not be satisfied with just a win. He calls Khoklov and James back into the ring and the two begin to destroy Jack Bruce in earnest. The directions from Eisen are clear, Jack doesn’t walk out under his own power. The beating is brutal but suddenly Rich money makes his appearance, hobbling down to the ring to a massive pop from the crowd. He starts to fend off the attackers but his own injuries from the attack on Supreme TV catch up to him. A title shot to the back from Eisen weakens him long enough for James and Khoklov to land a few blows and then it’s a double beat down. The PPV ends with Eisen in the middle of the ring standing over the downed bodies of Bruce and Money with the title over his head as Khoklov and James leave ringside.

Overall Rating - 82

Some of the angles used definitely helped lift the show as a whole. This show can be considered a success, it should have increased our popularity.
