  1. I run Lucha Underground style promotions. The ring work is work rate but the characters are over the top. I'm currently in a Road to Glory challenge save with Dark Karnival Wrestling. Where Plague is the owner and ring master with his crew of evil circus freaks. And the belts are all made from ancient artifacts. There are tag teams of warrior nuns, supernatural hunters, and the henchment to The Masked Mauler who runs EVIL Inc. a competing evil faction. At some point I'll do my rise of the four horseman of the apocalypse story and untie the good and evil to stop the end of the world.
  2. 0. I don't hire people who are negative personalities. I fire those who turn into one. I don't care how good or how over they are. You cause a problem you are gone.
  3. Grindhouse Lucha is my all time favorite. But I will also run Comic Book Dark or Comic Book Lucha Libre.
  4. I joined here in 2005 but I played EWR and I was active on the .400 studios forums for the first TEW game.
  5. Minor Annoyance is the worst in ring wrestler in the game, canonically. Ron Greenhorn is the most bland wrestler in the game. He has technical ability but its like watching paint dry. And on top of that his promos are so bad people have tried to kill themselves after listening to him.
  6. I love Kaiju. As a note I've actually wrestled for them once under the Burger Bear costume
  7. Star Quality is also an indicator of how high the workers Pop cap can get. Every work is given a secret pop cap that they can get over just a little put only if you continually push you. One of the factors in determining this pop cap is SQ. So low SQ guys are likely to not have a high pop cap no matter how good their in ring skills are they may never reach the heights of popularity you expected. While high SQ guys are likely to have a high pop cap. Now its not hard and fast because its an RNG but it is something to take into consideration.
  8. EMLL is by far my favorite promotion but there is no real history except for what is in the bio's. You need to extrapolate what is in there to figure out where things go. The most basic thing is that it started as a basic Lucha Promotion with only 1 on 1 matches, unlike the usual lucha promotions that do a lot of tag and trios matches. But somewhere along the line it changed into this mystical promotion with a history of dark magic and multidimensional travel. The bios are not specific to when that happened but you can just pick it up from there. But I'm happy to bounce ideas around.
  9. EMLL Aumento de la Oscuridad (Darkness Rising) Samael El Accusador, Trickster, Charron, Malefic Samel El Accusador is leading a group of other denizens of the dark universe as they try and extinguish the light from the prime world Ejército Estigio (Stygian Army) Hijo Del Mephisto, Hellspawn 666, Slayyer El Demonio is the exiled prince of the demonic realm Stygia. He had been saying something from this home realm was coming and it turns out to be be another demon prince, and his brother, Hijo Del Mephisto. Mephisto lead two members of the Stygian Army to try and take the prime world by force. La Llama Viva (The Living Flame) Pyromaniac, Pájaro Del Fuego, Amazing Fire Fly Light has always been the foe of darkness and La Llama Viva stand against Samael El Accusador and his minions from the Dark Universe
  10. I don't think any of them are bad but there are a lot of them I just can't get behind playing. Any of the european ones (not UK Europe) EWA, VWA, and UEW. Which is funny cause I had a great time running UCR in 2016. FCW I have never been able to get behind Puerto Rican Power's promotion it just seems so bland. PSW. Honestly once IPW and GSW came into existence they began to rule hardcore plus the interesting story of hatred between to the two companies made PSW irrelevant. And USPW they sucked when they weren;t in the big three and they suck even worse now that they are.
  11. The year begins and Escaramuza del Multiverso once again renews the war among the universes and seven big matches highlight the battles that continue to rage. El Hijo Del Fantasma vs Rey Serpiente The followers of the snake goddess made a sacrifice to thwart the prophetic power if Cíclope and then tried to remove him from the equation while he couldn’t look into the future. But when they tried to make the fugitive seer from the Dark Universe El Hijo Del Fantasma made the save. Now Rey Serpiente the snake goddess’s high priest and Fantasma meet up for battle and they haven’t touched each other in over a year. Serpiente is 6 and 3 since Jan 2020 and Fantasma is 6 and 4, with a record that equal it is anyone’s game. Charron vs Pyromaniac Pyromaniac’s real target is Samael El Acusador but the 1st and only time they met it was a draw. The leader of La Llama Viva has made it clear he wants another match but Samael says that because he lost to Charron he doesn’t get one. Now the master of the fire of life faces off against the Guardian of the Dark universe on his way to Samael. But with a loss to Charron already can he do it. Anarquisto vs Delfin Maestro Anarquisto and Delfin Maestro are both former ring holders and they are looking to regain what they see as lost glory. But Anarquisto apparently seems to thing that regain his stature requires him to step on Delfin. He’s cost the watery hero matches and even attacked him backstage during interviews. In their last match – which was after both had lost their rings – the two luchadors fought to a double DQ. That left a bad taste in both men’s mouths and now the look to find who will start their climb back up to the top. Rey Demonio vs Slayyer Rey Demonio said he needed El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL to defeat an unknown foe. When it turned out that foe was his own brother set on conquest of earth prime in the name of their father Demonio stepped up to stop him. But Hijo Del Mephisto sees his brother as a coward and refuses to face him. Demonio has already gone through one of his brothers minions, Helllspawn 666 and now he most face the other. Without the power of the title or one of the rings can Demonio do what is necessary. Escorpión vs Hombre Poderoso Both Escorpión and Hombre Poderoso have been that one step behind the major players of EMLL. But at the end of the year they had a good enough showing to be included in the tournament for EMLL’s Anillo de Destino. After Escorpión stopped Poderoso from destroying Aprendiz Jr. after his warm up match the most powerful man in wrestling was furious. When Poderoso lost his own 1st round match in the tournament he cost Escorpión his 1st round match as revenge. On episode 2 of Campo de Batalla del Multiverso Hombre Poderoso laid out Escorpión after his match with M! and now the two have a date with history in their 1st ever match against each other. Boriken Love Machine vs Cabeza de la Muerte For EMLL’s Anillo De Destino After winning his battle of best looking in EMLL with La Estrella, Boriken Love Machine declared himself the face of the Multiverse. He said he was going to gain a ring and assert himself into the spot light of EMLL. Not being able to challenge for EMLL’s Anillo de Caos or Anillo de la Vida he stepped up to demand match with Cabeza de la Muerte for EMLL’s Anillo de Destino. Muerte denied him but El Bandito made the match saying Meurte does not decide when he defends against whom. Love Machine and Muerte have not faced in years, so long most people have forgotten. So this is the first match between the two in a new legacy and one can only wonder if Cabeza de la Muerte can hold on to the ring he won just last month. Capitán Lucha vs Guerrero Muerto For Campeonato del Mundo EMLL There is hated and then there is the relationship between Capitán Lucha and Guerrero Muerto. In the past year Lucha has defeated Guerrero twice but those two losses happened while Muerto was focusing on his revenge against Rey Serpiente. But now the warlord of the Hellmouth has his eye firmly set on Capitán Lucha as he looks to end his year and one moth reign, and bring the power of El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL back to the Hellmouth where he believes it belongs Escaramuza del Multiverso El Hijo Del Fantasma vs Rey Serpiente Charron vs Pyromaniac Anarquisto vs Delfin Maestro Rey Demonio vs Slayyer Escorpión vs Hombre Poderoso Boriken Love Machine vs Cabeza de la Muerte Capitán Lucha vs Guerrero Muerto
  12. So EMLL from the base Cverse sadly does not have any event graphics and my dairy did its first year of shows and I’d like to add something to year two. I translated the names to Spanish so that’s the in game name of the events but I’ll put the English names next to it so whoever wants to give a try knows what the event is about. Escaramuza del Multiverso (Clash of the Multiverse) Avatar del Caos (Avatar of Chaos) this event includes a battle royal for the ring of chaos Guerras del Tiempo (Time Wars) Mortal Kombat (Mortal Combat) this is the wrestlemania, season finale, big yearly event El Universo Oscuro (The Dark Universe) part one of a two night event Regreso del Universo Oscuro (Return from the Dark Universe) part two of a two night event) La Ecuación Paradoja (The Paradox Equation) Hellmouth (Hellmouth) La Batalla por el Anillo (The Battle for the Ring) this event includes a 4 corners match for the ring of live El Día Nacional De Lucha (The National Day Of Lucha) El Trono de Sangre (The Blood Throne) Día De Los Muertos (The Day Of The Dead) La Crisis del Destino (The Destiny Crisis) this event includes a tournament for the ring of destiny And then I have a TV show EMLL Campo de Batalla del Multiverso (Battleground of the Multiverse)
  13. So adding TV for write ups is harder. I also went and originally prebooked 4 shows forgetting that I started my TV in Jan and only had 2 shows before my next event and that made me have to rebook the shows and fit 4 shows of build up into two shows. But I managed it, it just took a little longer. Now to book the first big show of the year.

Samael says that in the beginning there was darkness light came after, and from darkness we came and to the darkness he will return us. He knows Pyromaniac wants to get his hands on him after their last match was a draw but he does not deserve that chance yet. He knows the lord of light has beaten Trickster and Malefic, but Charron has a win over him and if Pyromaniac wants to earn his way back up to facing a god he has to prove he deserves it by beating the man he hasn’t. La Bestia Morada over El Bandito Jr. 48 In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, La Bestia Morada defeated El Bandido Jr in 6:21 by pinfall after using a foreign object. Hype Charron vs Pyromaniac 23 A video package hypes a match between Charron and Pyromaniac at Escaramuza del Multiverso Snake's Sacrifice 46 The screen starts in darkness with the sound of dripping water. A candle is lit, and then another, and another but all you see is a hand. A low chanting of two voices begins and in the light you see two flickering shadows of people dragging in another one who can be heard giving off muffled screams. The camera angle still fails to show people directly and the struggling shadow is attached to some type of altar. One of the shadows hands another a knife and the indistinct chanting stops. “Oh great mother they come for you, they come to stop your faithful. The battle is against those who can see and with this sacrifice we ask that you hide those who follow from their sight” In the shadows the knife plunges into the figure on the altar who writhes for a minute before stopping. The camera moves around until the being on the altar is out of shadows and you see a bloody torso of a shirtless man. From the side opposite the camera and snake head pops up and the snake crawls across the chest licking at the blood of the sacrifice. Then the screen goes to black again. No Chance In Hell 68 Mephisto is backstage with his enforces Slayyer and Hellspawn 666. He he’s in a suit not dressed to compete. He is ready to tell the world what he’s all about. “In Stygia only the strong survive and you know this Rey Demonio. You can yourself the king of demons but really you are a prince who gave up and ran away. I on the other hand stood for my realm even if it meant killing millions of its people. I helped father in the conquest that made him the one true king of hell and you ran. If you think you deserve to fight me you are wrong. I didn’t even come here to this realm for you I seek to expand father’s power. And now you try and stand in my way. You will be wiped from the field by my underlings and I will give father another world. You were a weak coward then and you are a weak coward now.” Mephisto turns to walk off and the cameraperson tries to follow him and they are blocked by Slayyer and Hellspawn 66 Cabeza De La Muerte over Anarquisto 58 In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Cabeza de la Muerte defeated Anarquisto in 7:50 by pinfall with a Powerbomb. A Ring Denied 54 Boriken Love Machine comes out after Muerte’s match. He demands a match with Muerte but the executioner of the Kingdom of Blood wants nothing to do with it. He refuses and says the ring is his and he will use it to gain the other. Cabeza de la Muerte walks off leaving Love Machine on his own in the ring. Guerrero Muerto over Hellspawn 666 63 In a good match, Guerrero Muerto defeated Hellspawn 666 in 9:38 by pinfall with a Graveyard Shift. A Notch For Every World 56 Guerrero stays in the ring and Calavera enters the ring crawling to him with a mic. The warlord of the Hellmouth’s minion presents him with both the mic and small black bag. “Death has come to all corners of the multiverse and I have faced off and defeated all comers. Some have been converted to cause of the undying and others have been permanently removed from the equation.” He takes a moment and produces an bleached white skull with hash marks carved into it from the black back Calavera gave him. “Every being that has been dispatched by me has become of notch in this the skull of the first being I removed from existence He thought he was a god but in reality he was a stepping stone to the ascendency of the Hellmouth Next on Muerto’s list is Capitán Lucha and he will not be converted. El Capitán does not deserve the power undeath bring and he will become yet another notch in my skull of power. He will become the first casualty on the Hellmouth’s rise at Escaramuza del Multiverso” Hype Capitán Lucha vs Decipher for next week 31 A video hypes a match between two of Campo de Batalla del Multiverso with the holder of El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL, Capitán Lucha taking on the holder of two of the rings of power, DeCipher. Overall Rating 60 EMLL Campo de Batalla del Multiverso Episode 2 Wednesday, Week 2, January 2021 Pre Show Screamer over Astro 38 In a pre-show bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Creamer defeated Astro in 8:05 by pinfall with a Scream Theme. Aprendiz Jr. over Ignacio Martinez 30 In a terrible pre-show match, Aprendiz Jr defeated Boggart in 7:41 by pinfall with The Whiplash. Hombre Cebra over Noxious 35 In a pre-show bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Hombre Cebra defeated Hellfire in 8:07 by pinfall with a Zebra Crush. Main Show Me Time 50 The show opens with La Estrella sitting on a stool looking into a large full body mirror. “I give them my beauty. I give them my skill. I give them my all but the boo me. Someone with everything that I have should be worshipped but no. I am reviled. And yet that beast, that horrific monster, him they cheer. He has nothing to contribute to this world and he is ugly as sin and yet the wish to see him beat me. I will never understand these weak minded fools, and I never will. But they are beneath me the only thing I need is you.” Estrella rises and walks to the mirror using his fingers to trace the outline of his own face as if he was caressing himself. La Bestia Morada over Cíclope 53 In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, La Bestia Morada defeated Cíclope in 10:01 by pinfall with a Beast Bomb following interference from Rey Serpiente. Sacrifice Interrupted 42 Cíclope loses the match but his beating is far from complete. Rey Serpiente cost him the match and then El Serpiente hits the ring and the two followers of the snake goddess attack the would be hero. Cíclope is very quickly overwhelmed having been worn out by his match and eventually El Serpiente is pinning him to the ground while Rey Serpiente draws the knifew we saw used in last week’s sacrifice. But before the snake king can plunge the dagger into Cíclope’s heart El Hijo del Fantasma hits the ring and puts a stop to the proceedings and rescues his friend from being the next victim of the followers of the Snake Goddess. Hype Caeza de la Muerte vs Boriken Love Machine 37 An image displays to hype a bout between Cabeza del Muerte and Boriken Love Machine showing a tale of the tape on both me. A voice over from El Bandito the owner of EMLL says that Cabeza does not decide who he will and won’t face and this match will happen at Escaramuza del Multiverso for EMLL’s Anillo de Destino. Escorpión over M1 46 In a bout that had sub-par wrestling and little heat, Escorpión defeated M1 in 5:35 by pinfall with a Scorp Bomb. Power Proves A Point 29 After the match is over Hombre Poderoso runs out from the ring and blindsides Escorpión. The supposed most powerful man in wrestling says nothing, executes his assault and leaves. Escorpión remains motionless on the floor and has to be helped from the ring by the backstage staff. Capitán Lucha over DeCipher 69 In a bout that had great wrestling and good heat, Capitán Lucha defeated DeCipher in 7:52 by pinfall with a Mexican Death. Hype Hombre Poderoso vs Escorpión 26 A graphic and the announcers say that after the attack Escorpión will get his chance at revenge against Hombre Poderoso. Fish Out Of Water 38 Delphin Maestro is set to give an interview backstage. He is about to open his mouth when he is blindsided by Anarquisto. The two former ring holders battle back and forth but Anarquisto’s initial attack left Delfin fighting from behind and he eventually falls to the wildcard Rey Demonio over Amazing Fire Fly 66 In a bout that had great wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Rey Demonio defeated Amazing Fire Fly in 10:04 by submission with an Eternal Pain. Beggars Can’t Be Choosers 62 Demonio grabs a mic and addresses the entrance ramp. Demonio: “Come out her Mephisto. Face your brother, this is a family affair not anyone else’s” Demonio waits passing back and forth across the ring. Eventually Hijo Del Mephisto does make his way to the top of the entrance ramp, flanked by Slayyer and Hellspawn 666. Mephisto: “You called for me brother, but I don’t answer to traitors. You gave up on your family and so I owe you nothing.” Demonio: “I didn’t give up on my family, they gave up on me. They became something I couldn’t be. You became something I couldn’t be. But here now this is where I live and I will not let you or father take that away from me.” Mephisto: “You are pathetic but if you want to stop father you will have to go through me. But honestly I don’t think you’re worth my time. So at Escaramuza del Multiverso you will face Slayyer, take it or leave it. Defeat him and maybe just maybe I’ll let you face me.” That is Mephisto final word and he turns and walks away before Demonio can say anything, leaving his brother in the ring Hype Anarquisto vs Delphin Maestro 36 After the camera fades from the last image of Demonio standing there we get a graphic that announces Anarquisto and Delphin Maestro will be facing off at Escaramuza del Multiverso Overall Rating 60
  15. EMLL I can not longer play anything other the EMLL. THe whole Multiverse and dark comic book horror movie vibe is exactly what wrestling needs back. I miss Lucha UNderground so much. CZCW and NYCW I've done good things with as well NYCW is more my bias because I'm from NYC.
  16. Ok gonna go with TV may take longer to book everything and i may not write out the matches for TV. But we're gonna give it a go. I think Ill hold out on multimans till after year 2. If anyone reading this is good at event graphics the TV show will be called Campo de Batalla del Multiverso (Battlefield of the Multiverse). Honestly all the events need graphics sad their werent any in the base game.
  17. That is my first year as booker for EMLL. I've got a lot of interesting stories going on but its time to make some decisions on what to do going forward. Singles only is a relic of before EMLL became a dark comic book/Sci Fi Promotion. I think I've done pretty well with it and have had some great singles meet ups without over doing them but if I get a TV show that might become a tad more difficult. Should I try and stay singles only or add tag matches? Speaking of TV I think I can afford to raise the last production I need to get a show. But the monthly cost will only give me 2 years before a blow all my cash if i don't grow enough. That said OLLIE is kicking my ass because they have TV and TV maybe be the only way to grow. To TV or not to TV? Only two of my workers made the 500 Hijo Del Mephisto 342 Capitán Lucha 379 Both workers also work for OLLIE and have put on a string of excellent matches there as well
  18. La Crisis Del Destino Pre Show Hombre Cebra over Screamer 40 In a poor pre-show match, Hombre Cebra defeated Screamer in 8:04 by pinfall with a Zebra Crush. Tarántula over Mono Maniacal 26 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Tarántula defeated Mono Maniacal in 7:44 by pinfall with a Swinging DDT. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Mono Maniacal Mono Maniacal seemed off his game Rey Soldado over El Bandito Jr. 28 In a pre-show bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Rey Soldado defeated El Bandido Jr in 8:07 by pinfall with a Powerslam. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Rey Soldado A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing El Bandito Jr. El Bandito Jr. has a gimmick that is getting stale Malefic over M1 27 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Malefic defeated M1 in 7:42 by pinfall with a Maligner. Malefic was really off his game Príncipe Trasgo vs Blue Dragon 24 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Príncipe Trasgo defeated Blue Dragon in 8:03 by pinfall with a Top Rope Knee Drop. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Blue Dragon Pyromaniac over Hellfire 32 In a pre-show bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Pyromaniac defeated Hellfire in 7:40 by pinfall with a Burning Powerbomb. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Hellfire Hellfire seemed off his game Pyromaniac and Hellfire great chemistry and it showed in their performance Main Show To Hell With El Capitán 74 The show begins and the ring is shrouded in an ominous red light. Hijo Del Mephisto’ smusic begins and the prince of Stygia makes his way to the ring followed by his two minions. With is retinue the lord of hell makes his grand statement. He talks about Stygia’s prominence as the most powerful of all the realms of the multiverse. He points out that they have waged wars against every known realm and won but on this insignificant speck of dimension where everything converges they have yet to conquer because for eons the prime universe has been meaningless. But now they have attracted Stygia’s attention and tonight he will strip their champion of his power and send Capitán Lucha, straight to hell. La Bestia Morada over La Estrella 57 Round 1 Match for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino In a decent match, La Bestia Morada defeated La Estrella in 12:04 by pinfall with a Beast Bomb. La Estrella beat La Bestia Morada at El Día Nacional De Lucha and has been taunting the creature that has been tormented by chaos ever since. Even this match the Hollywood luchador made happen as a joke because his ego couldn’t fathom that Morada could beat him. The story of this match is just the opposite of that however, showing that the chaos of La Bestia Morada’s mind is more powerful than La Estrella’s ego. The purple monster takes advantage of every display of over confidence and there are many. Estrella is caught completely by surprise when Morada gets him up for the Beast Bomb and scores the first round win to move on in the tournament. Fallen Star 39 An enraged La Estrella rises as La Bestia Morada has his hand raised and attacks the purple masked luchador. His rage would make Morada’s own anger pale in comparison and the assault last for quite some time. Eventually Estrella tires and he tells Bestia that he will not enter is next match in any condition for battle, and Estrella will make it his mission to make sure Bestia does not get the ring before him. Delfin Maestro over Hombre Poderoso 39 Round 1 Match for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, Delfín Maestro defeated Hombre Poderoso in 6:05 by pinfall with a Dolphinisher. This match was a sloppy battle across the entire venue. It was a hot mess of spots and stunts but Maestro and Poderoso had absolutely no chemistry with each other. The story was an over confident Hombre Poderoso taking to a hero who has been their done that. The battle was short and violent but the watery Hero Delfin Maestro eventually hit the Dolphinisher and grabs the win to an infuriated Hombre Poderoso. Delfin Maestro and Hombre Poderoso didn’t click at all and it showed in their performance DeCipher over Anarquisto 58 Round 1 Match for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino In a decent match, DeCipher defeated Anarquisto in 8:13 by pinfall with a Code Breaker. Two of EMLL’s most hated villains both vie to continue in the tournament for different reasons. One wants to return home at any cost, and the other has felt the power of one ring and wishes to replace it. Although DeCipher leaves a bad taste in some of the crowd’s mouth the two luchadors put on a hell of a match technically speaking. The story is that both men will do anything and the match sees them try to one up each other in the many ways they can get away with cheating. Surprising the match ends clean when DeCipher hits a code break er and gets the pin to move on to the semi finals DeCipher got a lot of static from a vocal crowd who clearly weren’t impressed DeCipher has a gimmick that is getting stale Cabeza De La Muerte over Escorpión 53 Round 1 Match for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino In a decent match, Cabeza de la Muerte defeated Escorpión in 9:32 by pinfall with a Powerbomb following interference from Hombre Poderoso. Cabeza De La Muerte is the obvious favorite in this match but he has an awful hard time putting away Escorpión. Every time the executioner of The Kingdom of Blood gets the advantage Escorpión makes a comeback. Even when Cabeza cuts corners its just not enough to keep down the powerful arachnid. At one point it even looks like Escorpión is gonna take the victory but Hombre Poderoso pulls the ref from the ring. This gives Cabeza De La Muerte an opportunity to recover and while Escorpión tries to bring the refs attention back to the ring Muerte hits the Powerbomb and steals the win. El Hijo Del Fantasma over El Serpiente 50 In a decent match, El Hijo Del Fantasma defeated El Serpiente in 14:08 by submission with an Ultimate Boston Crab. Fantasma and Serpiente meet for the first time as the battle between the would be heroes and the followers of the Snake Goddess continues. Even though they were the mid show peak match they were overshadowed by some of the awesome first round matches from the tournament but the two still but on a great no frills performance. The battle between the two factions advances with Fantasma locking in the Ultimate Boston Crab – which to this day no one has escaped – for the win. A Friend In Need 38 The match is not the end of the conflict as Rey Serpiente slides into the ring and attack El Hijo De Fantasma from behind. El Serpiente joys in on the attack and the two look to put an end to the reformed defender of the Hellmouth. The attack lasts a few moments but Cíclope eventually runs from the back and beats back both of the snakes beating on his friend. In the end Cíclope stand strong as the snakes retreat and Fantasma slowly regains his wits. DeCipher over La Bestia Morada 56 Semi-Final Match for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino In a decent match, DeCipher defeated La Bestia Morada in 7:31 by pinfall with a Code Breaker following interference from La Estrella. The story of this match is the fatigue of La Bestia Morada. Not only was he take to the limit by La Estrealla but he was attacked after the match and DeCipher takes advantage of that through out the whole match. A very stereotypical match DeCipher has control through the midmatch as Morada is put through the ringer. The purple masked chaos beast makes an amazing comeback and even hits DeCipher with the Beast Bomb but Estrella hits the ring and pulls DeCipher out before Morada can pin him. The ref argues with Estrella with Morada over the refs shoulder yelling at his current nemesis. DeCipher takes the opportunity to compose himself and roll back into the ring to hit the Code Breaker and get an easy 1-2-3 for the win. DeCipher got a lot of static from a vocal crowd who clearly weren’t impressed Three Of A Kind 48 After his match DeCipher is given a mic as he is a finalist for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino. He speaks on the same thing he’s been talking about since he won his first ring February, this is all about returning home. He says that some people want power, some want fame, and some want glory. All he wants to do is return back to his home and that is a bigger motivator than any of those other things. EMLL’s Anillo De Destino is the last thing he needs to see his family again and whether Cabeza or Delfin wins he will happily end either of them to no longer be lost in the multiverse. DeCipher has a gimmick that is getting stale Cabeza De La Muerte over Delfin Maestro 58 Semi-Final Match for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino In a decent match, Cabeza de la Muerte defeated Delfín Maestro in 10:16 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics. Cabeza De La Muerte and Delfin Maestro are not strangers to each other. This happens to be the fourth time the two have faced this year – fifth if you include the battle royal for EMLL’s Anillo De Caos – and it blows all of their other matches out of the water. Delfin came into the match at an advantage being two for one against Cabeza already. He knew he was the favorite and so did the crowd who was behind him the entire match. The match was a series of quick back and forths with neither man showing the clear advantage even with the crowd thinking Delfin had it in the bag from the start. And Delfin may very well have won if Cabeza didn’t find the opportunity for a quick roll up and the perfect angle to get his feet on the ropes without the ref’s knowledge and stealing a win to move on to the finals. The Return Of The Ring 52 Cabeza De La Muerte remains in the ring and much like DeCipher he is offered a mic to say his piece. The emissary of The Kingdom of Blood says the EMLL’s Anillo De Destino was his all year and he only gave it up because he knew that he would have to reclaim it in this tournament. He says only a fool wouldn’t have tried for the title even if he lost. But now he gets to the finals of the tournament once again and DeCipher is going to have to get used to being lost among the universes because he will see the return of his ring and another chance at destiny. Cabeza Del La Muerte over DeCipher 60 Final Match for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Cabeza de la Muerte defeated DeCipher in 13:41 by pinfall with a Powerbomb. Cabeza de la Muerte makes regainning EMLL's Anillo del Destino. There is a reason DeCipher and Cabeza made it to the finals and that is because they are both exceptional talents. Even though something about DeCipher rubs some people the wrong way he is a singular talent and this match for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino proves that he and Cabeza are top talents. These two set out to steal the show and they did just that. An even affair of back and forth control ended in a clean victory for Cabeza De La Muerte with his signature Powerbomb and a pin. DeCipher got a lot of static from a vocal crowd who clearly weren’t impressed The FACE of EMLL 52 The match is over and both men are exhausted, even in victory Cabeza can barely stand to have his hand raised. A figure comes running from the back in a blur and hits the ring, attacking Cabeza and the DeCipher. It takes a moment for people to recognize Boriken Love Machine Jr. and it still unclear as to why he would attack both fighters in the finals for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino. It takes a few moments for Love Machine to completely destroy both men but when he does he takes a mic. Boriken says that he is the literal face of this company that he is proven that he is the best looking luchador by beating La Estrella. He says that it is his charisma that will launch EMLL into the stratosphere and to do that he will need all the power he can get. He promises that he will all the rings of both men’s cold dead hands if he has too. He proclaims by this time next year he will do what both men could not and claim all three rings of power and unlock the true power they possess. Capitán Lucha over Hijo Del Mephisto 79 For El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL In a bout that had superb wrestling and great heat, Capitán Lucha defeated Hijo Del Mephisto in 19:58 by pinfall with a Mexican Death. During the match we also saw Hellspawn 666 run in and attack Capitán, and Slayyer also attack Capitán. Capitán Lucha makes defence number four of the Campeonato del Mundo EMLL title. The story of this match is Capitán Lucha’s chicken’s coming home to roost. Rey Demonio and Cíclope warned him that something was coming and he said he could handle it. But now Hijo Del Mephisto is here and El Capitán has to prove he can live up to his word. The Campeonato del Mundo EMLL holder starts off hot and heavy but is soon cut off by the prince of Stygia. Throughout the match when Lucha gains the upper hand one of Mephisto’s minions cuts him off. And the three infernal luchadors work so well together they are never caught by the ref. Even with all the interference Lucha never stops fighting back and even though it seems like he’s on his last leg, breathing heavily and stumbling about the ring he evades a thrust kick from Mephisto and gets his grip to put the devil himself down with a Mexican Death and a pin before either of Mephisto’s minions can roll in for the save Capitán Lucha and Hijo Del Mephisto have great chemistry and it showed in their performance. Hell Of A Rescue 53 Hijo Del Mephisto is furious that he lost the match in his mind he had it won from the very start. He screams at Slayyer and Hellspawn 666 and the two leave their master’s side and attack Lucha. The champion of EMLL fights back as best he can but is quickly overwhelmed. Mephisto directs traffic and get in a few blows of his own before a familiar music comes on the speakers. Rey Demonio runs out to the ring he rapid fire puts down Mephisto’s minion before turning his attention of his brother. Mephisto is already worn down from his battle with Capitán Lucha and flees before Demonio can do too much damage. And the show ends with Demonio helping Lucha up off the floor and shaking his hand. Hellspawn 666 performed poorly in this segment Overall Rating 65
  19. The Cverse 97 mod is not just the best Cverse mods it is probably they best mod there is period. Derek B added to the lore of the Cverse but he also carefully studied the spread of stats in the base CVerse (which mechanically runs best for the game) and so his mod is the most well balanced I've ever seen. I have yet to play the 2005 or 2007 mod but the 97 is my go to when not playing staight up CVerse.
  20. The last show of the year and the path of destiny for many of the members of the EMLL roster. The complexion of the entire multiverse for the next year is set here, and everyone knows it. La Bestia Morada vs La Estrella La Estrella and La Bestia Morada have been locked in a battle between beauty and savagery. Estrella enrolled Bestia in this tournament and promiesed Bestia that he would not be making it forward. The question is can the Hollywood Luchador keep his promise or will the chaos of La Bestia Morada's mind allow him to come out the victor. Delfin Maestro vs Hombre Poderoso The King of the waves and the most powerful man in the multiverse meet in the first round on the road to EMLL's Anillo del Destino. Delfin has been a ring holder in the past having only recently been allievated of EMLL's Anillo de la Vida. But Hombre Poderoso has been on a winning streak and he shows no signs of stopping. Anarquisto vs DeCipher Anarquisto held EMLL's Anillo del Caos and it as DeCipher who won the battle royal and took the ring. Can Anarquisto get his revenge or will DeCipher move on to get a the third ring in his hat trick. Cabeza De La Muerte vs Escorpión The most recent holder of EMLL's Anillo del Destino looks to regain the ring he turned in for a shot at El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL. Cabeza may have failed at his attempt but now he faces the powerful arachnid Escorpión who has been on a roll. Can the exectuioner of the Kingdom of Blood regian what was his or will Escorpión move on in the quest for the finger jewlery. El Hijo Del Fantasma vs El Serpiente The battle between the snakes and the would be heroes continues.El Serpiente is on at three match win streak while EL Hijo Del Fantasma has not been so lucky. This is the first real one on one match between the followers of the snake goddess and the heroes of darkness and the winner of this one battle could set the tone of the entire war. Winner of (Anarquisto vs DeCipher) vs winner of (La Bestia Morada vs La Estrella) Winner of (Cabeza De La Muerte vs Escorpión) vs winner of (Delfin Maestro vs Hombre Poderoso) Semi FInal Winner A vs Semi Final Winner B For EMLL's Anillo del Destino It all comes down to this and only one of the eight Luchadors in this tournament can be the true vessel of destiny. Capitán Lucha vs Hijo Del Mephisto For El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL Hijo Del Mephisto has claimed he is cares not for Rey Demonio and he would be skipping over him challenging for El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL. Demonio warned Lucha that an evil was coming and he said that El Capitán couldn't hold him back, which was why he was trying to win the title from him. Will Demonio's predictions come true and his brother take the title or will Capitán Lucha be able to retain. La Crisis del Destino La Bestia Morada vs La Estrella Delfin Maestro vs Hombre Poderoso Anarquisto vs DeCipher Cabeza De La Muerte vs Escorpión El Hijo Del Fantasma vs El Serpiente Winner of (Anarquisto vs DeCipher) vs winner of (La Bestia Morada vs La Estrella) Winner of (Cabeza De La Muerte vs Escorpión) vs winner of (Delfin Maestro vs Hombre Poderoso) Semi FInal Winner A vs Semi Final Winner B for EMLL's Anillo Del Destino Capitán Lucha vs Hijo Del Mephisto for El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL
  21. So I've had all the angles written up for days. Making the matches at least semi-interesting took me almost a week. I hope they are descriptive enough for people but if anyone has any suggestions I am all ears
  22. Día De Los Muertos Pre Show El Sepriente over Lobo Azul 41 In a pre-show bout that had sub-par wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, El Serpiente defeated Lobo Azul in 8:25 by pinfall while using the ropes for leverage. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem thrilled with seeing Lobo Azul El Sepriente and Lobo Azul have great chemistry and it showed in their performance Rey Soldado over Calavera 25 In a terrible pre-show match, Rey Soldado defeated Calavera in 8:05 by pinfall with a Powerslam. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem thrilled with seeing Rey Soldado A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem thrilled with seeing Calavera Pájaro Del Fuego over Noxious 26 In a terrible pre-show match, Pájaro Del Fuego defeated Noxious in 8:15 by pinfall with a Fire Bomb XXL. Pájaro Del Fuego was really off his game Hombre Cebra over Hellfire 31 In a terrible pre-show match, Hombre Cebra defeated Hellfire in 8:04 by pinfall with a Zebra Crush. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem thrilled with seeing Hellfire Malefic over Blue Dragon 29 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Malefic defeated Blue Dragon in 8:02 by pinfall with a handful of tights. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem thrilled with seeing Blue Dragon Screamer over Mono Maniacal 32 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Screamer defeated Mono Maniacal in 7:33 by pinfall while using the ropes for leverage. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem thrilled with seeing Mono Maniacal Main Show Not Real Heroes 42 Rey Serpiente and El Serpiente come out to the ring before the start of the snake king’s opening match. The two run down El Hijo Del Fantasma and Cíclope. They say that the two men play and being heroes, that people may think that the snake goddesses followers are deceptive but the biggest deception is lying to yourselves. Cíclope comes from The Dark Universe well known for its natural evil, and EL Hijo Del Fantasma not only comes from but was the guardian of the entrance to The Hellmouth probably the most vile place in the universe. They call themselves heroes but truly they are not, they are just fighting their own natural state of being and at some point they will revert to their evil ways. Tonight he faces an actual hero someone for whom good comes naturally, and he will show these liars that heroes are defeated every time. Rey Serpiente over Delfín Maestro 48 In a decent match, Rey Serpiente defeated Delfín Maestro in 12:02 by pinfall with a Snake-Bite following interference from Anarquisto. The story of this match is evil being over to overcome good. Although the match is an even affair with Maestro getting quite a bit of offense he is almost always cut off by El Serpiente helping his master. And then as we get to the end of the match Rey Serpiente apparently knowingly gets the refs attention as Anarquisto comes from the back and hits Delfin with The Anarchist’s Dream and then slides out. Rey Serpiente slides in for the pin and the win. A Return Of Stature 43 After the match Anarquisto and Delfin Maestro keep brawling. It takes quite a few members of the backstage staff to pull them apart and the El Bandito rises from the announce table enters the ring. He has a mic and he addresses the two as they are trying to fight their way out of being restrained. He tells them that he understands it was neither of their faults they didn’t make it into the tournament. He also says that he understands that they are angry. That said there are two more spots left in the tournament and he’s offering them to both of them. And one of them will be able to take their revenge on Hombre Poderoso. He takes out a coin and flips a coin, he looks back and forth to each, drawing it out, and then finally says in the first round Hombre Poderoso will face Delfin Maestro. Pyromaniac over Trickster 42 In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, Pyromaniac defeated Trickster in 8:26 by pinfall with a Burning Powerbomb. Trickster is Samael’s right hand man and Pyromaniac is the leader of La Llama Viva. Pyromaniac has taken a loss to the leader of Aumento de la Oscuridad, Samael El Acusador, but the story of this match is his attempt to get a second shot at his own antithesis. The match is short by EMLL standards but it is not a squash, Trickster gives Pyromaniac a run for his money but eventually falls to a Burning Powerbomb. Trickster got a lot of static from a vocal crowd who clearly weren’t impressed Pyromaniac has a gimmick that is getting stale La Bestia Morada over Hijo Del Vigilante 50 In a decent match, La Bestia Morada defeated Hijo Del Vigilante in 9:32 by pinfall with a Beast Bomb. This match was better than it had any right to be. La Bestia Morada has put on good performances before but Hijo Del Vigilante is used to being mid-tier performer. These two luchadors put on a match equal to some of the main events put on ealier this year. The story of this match is La Bestia showing his stuff. The match is evenly spread in terms of offense but it is obviously his match to win and he does so with a Beast Bomb. Hijo Del Vigilante has a gimmick that is getting stale One Victory Does Not A Winner Make 43 After La Bestia’s win La Estrella comes from the back clapping his hands together. The Hollywood Luchador stumbles over his words a bit but the gist of his verbal assault on the purple beast is that this one win doesn’t make Morada an actual winner. He would need a string of victories to become a winner and because the beasts next match is against him, he will not being getting that winning streak. La Estrella was very poor when trying to improvise dialogue La Estrella has a gimmick that is getting stale Rey Demonio over Charron 44 In a decent match, Rey Demonio defeated Charron in 11:42 by submission with an Eternal Pain. What should have been the mid show barn burner was overshadowed by the match before it. But Stygia versus The Dark Universe is nothing new. Charron is the guardian of one of the most evil realms in the multiverse and Rey Demonio is an exiled prince of one of the others. The battle is pitch but Charron’s single method offense of pummeling on his opponent cannot stand up to Rey Demonio’s well-rounded approach. Eventually like dozens of other opponents Charron taps out to the Eternal Pain. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem thrilled with seeing Charron A Game Of Chicken 54 Demonio finishes his match the clear victor his anger having brought him through it all. He calls out Hijo Del Mephisto who doesn’t come. He calls his brother a chicken for refusing to face him. Demonio says that a real prince of Stygia would face him in battle. Demonio promises to run through all of his minions if he has to but the Brothers will face and he will show Mephisto who is the weak one, as soon as he stops being a chicken. Hombre Poderoso over Aprendiz Jr. 40 In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, Hombre Poderoso defeated Aprendiz Jr in 8:08 by pinfall with a Running Samoan Drop. Hombre Poderoso has started his rise to the top and he takes the next step by taking on one of the veterans of the lucha scene. The classis hero versus the arrogant brute is the story of the day and this time the arrogant brute takes the win. Many villains have to cheat to win but Poderoso’s overwhelming power is enough to take out Aprendiz and take the win with a Running Samoan Drop. The Arachnis Cometh 37 Hombre Poderoso doesn’t end his attack with the end of the match he turns back on the pink masked veteran and continues to throw his limp body around like a rag doll. He screams at the crowd that ‘power is money, power is all.’ After a minute or so Escorpión comes running from the back he hits the ring and lands a blow to the back of Poderoso’s head. Escorpión seems not to care about the size difference between him and the so called strongest man in the multiverse, and his intensity is enough to battle back Poderoso and pull Aprendiz out of the ring. Which definitely angers Hombre Poderoso. Boriken Lover Machine over Amazing Fire Fly 60 In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Boriken Love Machine Jr defeated Amazing Fire Fly in 13:50 by pinfall with a Love Gun following interference from Samael El Acusador. Boriken Love Machine and Amazing Fire Fly but on an amazing match not only because they are great performers but because they have a natural read on each other. This match is a pitch battle and Fire Fly shows that he can keep up with one of EMLL’s top luchadors. And the being from The Inferno might even have won but Samael El Acusador who last month beat him last month attacked Fire Fly while the ref’s back was turned and gave Boriken Love Machine the opportunity to hit the Love Gun and gain the victory. Boriken Lover Machine and Amazing Fire have pretty good chemistry and it lifted the match Amazing Fire Fly benefitted from a hot new move Guerrero Muerto over Samael El Acusador 68 In a bout that had great wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Guerrero Muerto defeated Samael El Acusador in 17:43 by pinfall with a Graveyard Shift. This match is the story of evil versus evil. Two of the vilest luchadors in the multiverse meet on the day of the dead, as warlord of The Hellmoth takes on the bringer of darkness from The Dark Universe. These two men spend near 20 minutes hammering on each other, and both men have allies as Calavera and Malefic both interfere on their master’s behalf. In the long run it comes down to two of the biggest men on the roster beating the (un)holy hell out of each other, and Muerto much to the awe of the crowd hitting the Graveyard Shift on Samael who towers over him. The Inevitable 61 Guerrero Muerto stands and growls loudly as Samael rolls out of the ring. Calavera grabs a mic from the ring announcer and rolls into the ring presenting his lord with it on one knee like a knight gifting his sovereign. Muerto takes the stick and address the multiverse. “I have beaten the snake, I have beaten the demon, and now I have beaten the lord of darkness. I am the greatest terror in the multiverse. Undeath is the greatest form of being and we are endless. We have defeated death, we have overcome mortality and morality. And now I will overcome that would be hero, Capitán Lucha. But he is actually a flee because to anyone but the undead, death is inevitable. I AM INVEITABLE.” Guerrero Muerto passes the mic back to his minion and leaves the ring like the king he is. Overall Rating 59
  23. Oh yeah that was it. I was pretty sure about Enforcer Roberts too but I totally forgot The Lords of Pain. I think I usually added Squeaky McClean to it as well
