  1. As I said I'm caught up so I'm running than writing, and running than writing. But there are two more shows till the end of my first year booking EMLL. This month is Dia De Los Muertos and every Mexican company runs on that day. This means Hijo Del Mephisto, Helllspawn 666, and Slayyer are unavailable to me because they work for OLLIE. And then a week before the show Capitán Lucha, my champion, got picked up by OLLIE and now he will be unavailable. Such is life, my only recourse is to become bigger than OLLIE. The problem is OLLIE has seen a ton of growth picking up a TV show in April and jumping from 49 to 60 in their home region. and from 29 to either 40, 41, or 42 in every other region. While we have only gone from 38 to 40 in 10 months. So it looks like EMLL might need to get on TV and start weekly shows.... if we can afford it. Delfín Maestro vs Rey Serpiente The Master of the water realm may have lost his chance at EMLL's Anillo De Destino but not by his own hands. He's hoping a win over Rey Serpiente might gain him entry to the torunament anyway. Rey Serpiente looks to take anothher victory for hhis goddess. Pyromaniac vs Trickster The war between shadow and fire rages on with Pryomanaic taking one of the most wily embers of Aumento de la Oscuridad Trickster. It has been confirmed that Lucha Ref, a man who has often been thought aligned with Trickster will e the ref of this match. Can the leader of La Llama Viva overcome these odds Hijo Del Vigilante vs La Bestia Morada Morada has been getting a lot of grief from La Estrella, who cause his loss in one of his biggest matches last month. This has made the beast far more uncontrollable. Hijo Del Viglante lost his chance at this years tournament and is looking for redemtption. Charron vs Rey Demonio The Dark Universe has so far proven to be pushing The Inferno to the wayside. But in a night of Horrors Charron takes on the exiled prince of Stygia another realm of darkness and terror and onlly one universe can be the victor. Aprendiz Jr. vs Hombre Poderoso Aprendiz Jr. stood toe to toe with Guerrero Muerto last month and although he lost the pink masked hero had one of his best showings of the year. This month he takes on Hombre Poderoso who has basically brute forced himself into the tournament for EMLL's Anillo de Destino. The question is will he go into the tournament with some momentum or not. Amazing Fire Fly vs Boriken Lover Machine Jr Boriken Love Machine came out of his feud with La Estrella as the most handsome man in EMLL. Since then he has been adrift with only one match and loss to Rey Demonio since then. With three wins and one loss - that being in a hard fought battle against Samael EL Acusador - Amazing Fire Fly has been a house on fire. Can Boriken find some focus or will Fire Fly continue raise his stock in EMLL. Guerrero Muerto vs Samael El Acusador Día De Los Muertos is a nation wide Lucha celebration but EMLL has the darkest, creepiest, most evil luchadors in Mexico and on this a day of death Guerrero Muerto the warlord of the undead horde of the Hellmouth and Samael El Acusador the Bringer of Darkness from the Dark Universe meet to show who is the biggest terror of the Multiverse. Dia De Los Muerto Delfín Maestro vs Rey Serpiente Pyromaniac vs Trickster Hijo Del Vigilante vs La Bestia Morada Charron vs Rey Demonio Aprendiz Jr. vs Hombre Poderoso Amazing Fire Fly vs Boriken Lover Machine Jr. Guerrero Muerto vs Samael El Acusador
  2. El Trono de Sangra Pre Show Slayyer over Mono Maniacal 32 In a pre-show bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Slayyer defeated Mono Maniacal in 8:01 by pinfall, illegally using the ropes for leverage. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Mono Maniacal Rey Soldado over Noxious 24 In a terrible pre-show match, Rey Soldado defeated Noxious in 7:59 by pinfall with a Powerslam. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Rey Soldado Príncipe Trasgo over M1 28 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Príncipe Trasgo defeated M1 in 7:38 by pinfall while using the ropes for leverage. Hombre Cebra over El Bandito Jr. 37 In a pre-show bout that had sub-par wrestling and little heat, Hombre Cebra defeated El Bandido Jr in 8:26 by pinfall with a Zebra Crush. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing El Bandito Jr. Tarántula over Blue Dragon 24 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Tarántula defeated Blue Dragon in 8:27 by pinfall with a Swinging DDT. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Blue Dragon Tarántula over Blue Dragon don’t seem to click and it made for an awkward bout Pájaro Del Fuego over Hellfire 33 In a terrible pre-show match, Pájaro Del Fuego defeated Hellfire in 7:54 by pinfall with a Fire Bomb XXL. During the match we also had Pájaro Del Fuego turn on Hellfire. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Hellfire Main Show Samael El Acusador over Amazing Fire Fly 49 In a decent match, Samael El Acusador defeated Amazing Fire Fly in 11:32 by pinfall with a Poison Of God. Samael promised last month that he would take out Amazing Fire Fly, and he delivered on that promise. Fire Fly however didn’t get the memo that he was supposed to lay down and die and this was a story of David and Goliath. The youngest member of La Llama Viva showed why fire means life and he brought the fight to the Bringer of Darkness. Although he didn’t win Fire Fly did get a pinfall for one before and infuriated Samael put an end to him with Poison of God. Escorpión over Hijo Del Vigilante 42 In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, Escorpión defeated Hijo Del Vigilante in 8:26 by pinfall with a Scorp Bomb. This match wasn’t a squash but it was obviously just a means to get Escorpión some momentum and a lead in to the next promo. Escorpión puts Hijo Del Vigilante with a Scorp Bomb for the win. A Rise In Stock 37 After his match Escorpión is all fired up, the win has really got his blood pumping. He asks for a mic and the ring announcer passes him one. He says that this past year he feels like he’s been float in limbo, lost in the multiverse of his own mind. He says while he has gotten way more wins than losses, he hasn’t been able to come out the victor in any major matches. He wants to prove himself to and show he has what it takes and so he is throwing his hat into the ring, and has been granted entry to the tournament for EMLL’s Anillo de Destino. Rey Serpiente over Cíclope 52 In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Rey Serpiente defeated Cíclope in 10:01 by pinfall with a Snake-Bite following interference from El Serpiente. Cíclope seemed off his game The burgeoning feud between the followers of the snake goddess and the outcasts from The Hellmouth and The Dark Universe continues with this match. The newer members of the goddesses followers took a loss last month to El Hijo Del Fantasma and this month the King of Snakes takes the win over Cíclope, his first of the year. Although he does take the win Rey Serpiente cannot do it on his own and requires the interference of El Serpiente to even be able to hit the Snake-Bite. Beating Back The Snakes 38 The followers of the Snake Goddess assault Cíclope after the match but El Hijo Del Fantasma runs down to the ring to save his new ally. A few quick strikes back off the snakes and gives Cíclope the chance to recover a bit to even the odds and beat back the snakes. Guerrero Muerto over Aprendiz Jr. 61 In a decent match, Guerrero Muerto defeated Aprendiz Jr in 12:30 by pinfall with a Graveyard Shift. This match is obviously a vehicle to get Muerto a win, but Aprendiz Jr. is no slouch as a wrestler and this match is the mid show banger. The match isn’t short, and Aprendiz gets way more offense than you‘d think he should. Eventually the Graveyard Shift gets hit and the pink masked hero gets pinned, but Muerto really did a lot to put over the veteran in what ends up actually being the best match on the show. Many Have Tried 60 Capitán Lucha comes out of the curtain and looks dead into the eyes of the Undead Warlord. He tells Muerto that many have come before him and many will come after but like he did last week they will all fail to bring El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL back to the side of evil, ever. Muerto in turns tells El Capitán that it isn’t about good and evil it is about inevitable and inevitably every one and every things dies. In the end Lucha cannot say he will hold the title forever because even if he held it till the day he died he would die. But Muerto is already dead and he will outlast Lucha and eventually regain HIS title. But that doesn’t mean he will wait, El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL will be his well before Lucha shuffles this mortal coil. Delfín Maestro draws Anarquisto 39 In a decent match, Delfín Maestro drew with Anarquisto in 7:31 following a double disqualification, both men are attacked by Hombre Poderoso. The fans hated the ending of this match The story for this match is two former ring holders trying to get their chance at another ring. It’s as if the rings themselves are an addiction. The match is fairly open and even and ends way before either opponent when Hombre Poderoso rushes the ring and attacks both men. It Takes Power To Win A Ring 32 Poderoso continues his assault on both men, really laying into both men. It takes a minute or so before staff is able to extricate Delfin and Anarquisto from the ring. Hombre Poderoso grabs the ring announcers tie and forces him to give him the mic. The massive man is very limited in what he says, but he tells everyone that to hold a ring requires power and he is the most powerful man in all of EMLL. Since he didn’t get a spot in the tournament for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino he is taking a spot. Rey Demonio over Hellspawn 666 56 In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Rey Demonio defeated Hellspawn 666 in 14:12 by submission with an Eternal Pain. Demonio and Hellspawn put on a hell of a match in their first meeting. The story is a lesser demon doing his bosses bidding in an attempt to bring down another demon prince. This is evident in the fact it doesn’t look like Hellspawn 666 is trying to win, he appears to be trying to injure Demonio. Both men are excellent mixed high speed technical and aerial workers and their styles mesh quite well. Demonio does appear quite hurt from this match limping toward the end but he manages to lock in the Eternal Pain and submit Hellspawn. The Lesser Prince Of Hell 64 After he beats Hellspawn 666, Demonio says he will never join Hijo Del Mephisto, and he will do his best to take him out. Mephisto’s entrance begins and he comes out with Slayyer. Mephisto says that Demonio may have gotten a win here but even with that he was still a failure to his people by running from his destiny. So if Demonio thinks he’s getting a match with him he is mistake. As befits the ruler of a realm Mephisto will be challenging for El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL and La Crisis del Destino in two months and he expects Demonio to continue to fail and crawl back home where he belongs. Hijo Del Mephisto over La Bestia Morada 58 In a good match, Hijo Del Mephisto defeated La Bestia Morada in 18:29 by submission with a Devil's Lock after interference from La Estrella. La Bestia Morada does not take this match lightly he definitely sees it as his chance and he actually puts on the performance of the year. In his first match in EMLL Hijo Del Mephisto shows that he might actually be right up there with Guerrero Muerto as the best wrestler in the company. Although the match didn’t have a lot of build the two put on one hell of a performance. The match is marred only by the fact Mephisto’s victory isn’t clean. La Estrella has been hounding Morada for months and he costs the beast a victory by hitting him in the head behind the refs back and allowing Mephisto to look in a Devil’s Lock, which is reminiscent of Rey Demonio’s Eternal Pain, for the win. The Dog In The Fight 49 La Estrella enters the ring and looks down at La Bestia Morada. He smiles and says that the beast shouldn’t worry. This win wouldn’t have meant anything anyway. He promises that he did him a favor. He tells Morada that he has entered them both into the tournament for EMLL’s Anillo De Destino. He’s rolls out of the ring, makes it halfway up the ramp, and stops. Oh but you face me in the first round so don’t expect to get to far. Overall Show 59
  3. Whatever you did in this last post makes the text white on black in dark mode really easy to read
  4. Of I cant read that its grey on darker gray and even if I highlight it with the mouse its black on darker gray.
  5. Because most people have played TEW since it was a greydog software title people forget about TEW 2004 put out by .400 studios. ALthough every iteration after that talk s about Richard Eisen shying away from being on screen, in 2004 he ran a stable called The Supremacists which I believe included Remo Richardson. As to the other topic the whole reason I play the CVerse is the bios have limited knowledge of them. I can make up so much. I find people who play real world mods can't get out of The UNdertaker being the Undertaker, this person working for that company, this guy has to be over. With the CVerse there is so much creative freedom and I won't be tied down by what really happened.
  6. Its hard. Trish was around in the 90s. She started when women were eye candy and proved that she could go in a company that for most of her tenure treated women's wrestling like crap. None of the major comapnies in the Cverse had women's wrestling until USPW got into the big three and had a women's division. So comparing a woman who went through Trish went through and grew how Trish grew in a hostile enviornment is near impossible,
  7. There are only three events left in the year., next month we see El Trono de Sangre and the night well end with the main event that puts one man on the symbolic throne. With Día De Los Muertos and La Crisis del Destino left we will see the build up to the end of the year tournament for EMLL's Anillo de Destino and see what happens to the third ring which now sits alone in abox since Cabeza De La Muerte gave it up for his shot at Campeonato del Mundo EMLL. Amazing Fire Fly vs Samael El Acusador Samael is looking to stop La Llama Viva from impeding his conquest of the multiverse. He has challenged its smallest member and the two will meet in the ring for the first time. Light and darkness are so far even but this will change that one way or the other Escorpión vs Hijo Del Vigilante Escorpión is 7 and 2 this year but has no major accomplishments. He's so far the guy who has lost to the bigger huy. Vigilante is 6 and 3 and has been in the same boat. Both men are looking for their breakout moment and this could be it but who will that moment go to. Cíclope vs Rey Serpiente The prophet and fang of the snake goddess have been in EMLL for a while but haven't had a match in at least two years. After Cíclope and El Hijo Del Fantasma save Hombre Cebra at El Día Nacional De Lucha this match was made and it is battle with major consequence for the multiverse. Aprendiz Jr. vs Guerrero Muerto Guerrero Muerto comes off yet another failed attempt to regain a title he believes is his. He is immedately thrown into another match facing off against a ring veteran in Aprendiz Jr. Aprendiz technically has a better record at 6 and 4 to Muertos 4 and 3. But is this lead enough to give Aprendiz his first BIG win all year. Anarquisto vs Delfín Maestro After Anarquisto cost Delfin Maestro a match he said that only one of them will make it to the tournament for EMLL's Anillo de Destino. Both men have been on a down turn recently but an entry into the tournament could turn that around. Hellspawn 666 vs Rey Demonio Rey Demonio has been assulted and dengrated by Hijo Del Mephisto and his minions in Ejército Estigio and now he one of their number for the first time. Can Rey Demonio overcome Hellspwan 666 and fend off the aggression of his fellow denizens of Stygia or will he suffer his first loss to the faction of the man who calls him brother. Hijo Del Mephisto vs La Bestia Morada Hijo Del Mephisto has been on the heels of Rey Demonio but this is his first match here in EMLL. La Bestia Morada is a rage machine who has brought the fight to every opponent he's had even if he hasn't gotten many wins. Bestia can still harness the power of chaos and that may be enough to be Mephisto and EMLL believes this will be the fight of the Multiverse and have given the two the main even. El Trono de Sangre Amazing Fire Fly vs Samael El Acusador Escorpión vs Hijo Del Vigilante Cíclope vs Rey Serpiente Aprendiz Jr. vs Guerrero Muerto Anarquisto vs Delfín Maestro Hellspawn 666 vs Rey Demonio Hijo Del Mephisto vs La Bestia Morada
  8. Alright sorry to take so long on that one. Now that I'm writing them as I go - lost some steam cause of work - it may tale a little longer to get them up. But they're comin'
  9. El Día Nacional De Lucha Pre Show Escorpión over Calavera 42 In a poor pre-show match, Escorpión defeated Calavera in 5:49 by pinfall with a Scorp Bomb. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Calavera Príncipe Trasgo over Mono Maniacal 12 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Príncipe Trasgo defeated Mono Maniacal in 5:30 by pinfall with a handful of tights. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Mono Maniacal Screamer over Blue Dragon 20 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Screamer defeated Blue Dragon in 5:16 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seemed particularly thrilled with seeing Blue Dragon Tarántula over M1 27 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Tarántula defeated M1 in 6:17 by pinfall with a Swinging DDT. Pyromaniac over El Bandito Jr. 29 In a terrible pre-show match, Pyromaniac defeated El Bandido Jr in 5:59 by pinfall with a Burning Powerbomb. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing El Bandito Jr. El Bandito Jr. seemed really off his game Pyromaniac over El Bandito Jr. didn’t seem to click and it made for an awkward bout Rey Soldado over Hellfire 14 In a terrible pre-show match, Rey Soldado defeated Hellfire in 5:07 by pinfall with a Powerslam. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seemed particularly thrilled with seeing Rey Saldado A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seemed particularly thrilled with seeing Hellfire Aprendiz Jr. over Noxious 24 In a terrible pre-show match, Aprendiz Jr defeated Noxious in 5:30 by pinfall with The Whiplash. Hombre Poderoso over Lobo Azul 36 In a pre-show bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Hombre Poderoso defeated Lobo Azul in 5:56 by pinfall, illegally using the ropes for leverage. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seemed particularly thrilled with seeing Lobo Azul Main Show Righting The Ship 64 Capitán Lucha opens the show to address the comments of Guerrero Muerto last month. He says he knows the Guerrero Muerto has been granted a title shot on this the greatest day in all of Lucha. But Lucha says that he has seen many challengers from across the multiverse and he’s beaten them all. He reminds Muerto that he was the one who ended the warlord second reign and he certainly isn’t going to lose the title back to The Hellmouth and its evil. He is El Capitán and as the pilot he will be righting this ship and keeping the prime plane safe. Cabaeza De La Muerte over El Hijo Del Fantasma 43 In a decent match, Cabeza de la Muerte defeated El Hijo Del Fantasma in 12:17 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics. The opening match of the night is the story of two men down on their luck looking to rebuild. As such instead of the traditional opening lock up both men try and murder each other from the jump. The match has a smooth flow back and forth with neither man ever holding the upper hand to long. Its is painfully obvious that these two competitors are straight down the middle equally talented and that’s why Cabeza has to resort to exposing a turnbuckle behind the refs back and throwing Fantsma back first into it. After that the Powrbomb was merely for show and the pin was academic. What’s Mine Is Mine 54 After his match is over Cabeza addresses the multiverse. He says that he never lost the ring, not in any defense of it. He turned it in at the end because he knew he would just have to fight for it again. And fight for it he will but destiny has always been his friend. It is destiny that brought him to The Kingdom of Blood. It was destiny that brought him to EMLL, and it destiny that brought him to EMLL’s Anillo de Destino. He is desnity and destiny is him and so what is his shall become his once more. Charron over Pájaro Del Fuego 31 In a bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Charron defeated Pájaro Del Fuego in 8:22 by a fast-counted pinfall from Lucha Ref. This match tells the story of the battle between light and darkness. Both men are well rounded but seem to want to bring hands right from the start. The match is slower paced really dragging out the tale of the long standing war between the two realms. Added to this we see Lucha Ref, who is thought to have a connection to Charron’s ally Trickster, strategically miss all of Charron’s blatant cheating. And while Lucha Red slow counts what few pinfalls Fuego has, Charron’s one and only been is counted with such alacrity you could barely see his hand and Charron steals a win. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seemed particularly thrilled with seeing Charron El Sepriente over Hombre Cebra 46 In a bout that had decent wrestling but little heat, El Serpiente defeated Hombre Cebra in 10:04 by pinfall with a Cobra Twist following interference from Rey Serpiente. Last week El Serpiente debuted as an ally of Rey Serpiente. The story of this match is the usefulness of allies and the deviousness of the snake goddesses followers. Throughout Hombre Cebra is plagued by outside attacks with the newcomer El Serpiente deftly moving the ref so his ally can make them. Hombre Cebra wasn’t without offense but he was no match for the two on one, and an attack to the back of the head while against the ropes by the king set him up for the Cobra Twist. Unlikely Heroes 36 The end of the match isn’t the end of the attack and against Cebra. The Rey Serpiente jumps into the ring and the two snakes continue their assault on EMLL’s every man. The attack doesn’t last long as Cíclope and El Hijo Del Fantasma run down to the ring to fight of the snake goddesses fanatics. The serpents aren’t push overs and stand up to the would be rescuers but are eventually run off. La Estrella over La Bestia Morada 53 In a decent match, La Estrella defeated La Bestia Morada in 11:40 by pinfall with a handful of tights. After taunting him last week for failing to gain either of the two rings he has had a shot at La Estrella and La Bestia Morada face off in a match This is the first singles match they’ve had in a year, although they were both in the battle royal for EMLL’s Anillo de Caos. The story of the match is basically a bull fight, Estrella is the matador and Morada is the bull. The Hollywood Luchador taunts and infuriates the best and often times skates out of the way but occasionally gets the horns. But La Bestia Morada is no push over so it takes a handful of tights after a flash roll up for La Estrella to steal the pin. La Bestia Morada was really off his game Triforce 46 DeCipher comes to the ring at to show off the two rings he already has; EMLL’s Aniilo de Caos on his right hand and EMLL’s Anillo de la Vida on his right. He lets the crowd know right now that he is going to be in the tournament La Crisis del Destino for EMLL’s Aniilo de Destino. He says he will be the first man to hold all three rings and when he does he will finally be able to go home. He says he doesn’t care if it destroys part of the multiverse as some people suggest he will do anything to return home. Amazing Fire Fly over Malefic 52 In a bout that had decent wrestling but didn't have much heat, Amazing Fire Fly defeated Malefic in 8:04 by pinfall with a Sky High Fire Fly. The second match in the battle of between light and dark sees new comer Amazing Fire Fly take on the assassin of the Dark Uinverse Malefic. The match is a short affair in terms of EMLL matches but it isn’t a squash. There is a bit of a showcase of the newcomer’s skills, and Amazing fire Fly shows he is not just an awe inspiring high flier but also an masterful technician. And Fire Fly’s skills are enough to get him the win when he hits the Sky High Fire Fly for the win. Sputtering Flame 40 The match is over but Fire Fly and Malefic stare each other down. Charron hits the ring followed quickly by Pájaro Del Fuego to even the odds. Then Trickster makes his entrance followed by the leader of La Llama Viva, Pyromaniac. No punches are thrown but you can cut the tension with a knife. The suddenly lights dim except for three spots that keep the fighters from the Inferno in constant bright light. Samael El Acusador makes his way through the shadows but stays out of the ring itself. Samael speaks in a loud booming voice. He says that the light from The Inferno is not what this world needs. He asserts that the darkness should flow over the prime plane and that he intends to subjugate this world and eventually the entire multiverse. He says that if Pyromaniac and his lackeys wish to stand against him that they will learn a hard lesson. Starting next month when he will clip the wings of Amazing Fire Fly. The other three members of Aumento de la Oscuridad drop and roll out of the ring, as they do the lights in the ring brighten even as the outside stays in shadows. After the denizens of the Dark Universe get to the back the lights come back up and the Pyromaniac and Pájaro Del Fuego look to Amazing Fire Fly and tell him that he’s got this as they make their way to the back themselves. Rey Demonio over Delfín Maestro 55 In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Rey Demonio defeated Delfín Maestro in 14:10 by submission with an Eternal Pain after interference from Anarquisto. This match is a battle of two fan favorites and choosing sides is difficult for the fans. The fact both men are also good wrestler and put on a show that the fans want to see. For the most part this match is about a battle of equally powerful heroes, until the end. A confluence of events has both competitors and the ref on the floor. Anarquisto hits the ring and gets Delfin Maestro up to hit the Anarchist’s Dream. Eventually Demono and the ref come around and the demon king locks in Eternal Pain and the ref lifts Delfin’s hand three times and calls for the bell. Chaos Theory 35 After Rey Demono had his hand raised and he and the ref left the ring Delfin Maestro starts to come around. Anarquisto is still on the outside of the ring huddled in a corner and springs into action. He brutally attacks Delfin Maestro. The waterborne hero has no defense but Anarquisto draws it out teasing the Anarchist’s Dream a few times but not hitting it. When he finally does he stands up and looks down and Delfin and tells him only one of them will make it to the tournament for EMLL’s Anillo de Destino after their match next month. Capitán Lucha over Guerrero Muerto 66 In a bout that had superb wrestling and good heat, Capitán Lucha defeated Guerrero Muerto in 18:27 by pinfall with a Mexican Death. Capitán Lucha makes defence number three of the Campeonato del Mundo EMLL title. The main event of the evening is the battle between two titans. Guerrero is the only three time Campeonato del Mundo EMLL title, as well as two time Campeonato Histórico EMLL and last Campeonato de México EMLL before they were unified into the Campeonato del Mundo. Capitán Lucha is in his second reign of the Campeonato del Mundo EMLL title and managed to win it in less than two years of being in the company. Whereas El Capitán mixes high flying and technical wrestling, the large Guerrero Muerto is an excellent technical wrester who throws in a bit of hard hitting brawling to the mix. The match flows back and forth and fluctuates styles enough that fans of every style have something to be on their feet about. Muerto is brutal and calculating put a passionate comeback after a few minutes of Muerto’s control has the fans solidly behind Capitán Lucha and when he hits Mexican Death which no one has kicked out of the crowd knows that El Capitán has retained. Overall Rating 56
  10. Missed two shows of pick 'ems but so far so good. I could never really get into PSW but you have a lot of really good talent. 11. After the battle for the ring of life there is a day dedicated to Lucha all across Mexico (which means sadly all my guys who work for OLLIE are unvailable to me) but the up coming event is the same for all Mexican promotions. The national day of Lucha. Cabaeza De La Muerte vs El Hijo Del Fantasma Cabeza has fallen short in his attempt to gain El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL and Fantasma has stuck his nose in the business of the snake cultists. Both men have have a lot to lose in this match even though their paths are not intertwined. A win here for either will put them in a strong position in whatever endeavors they are caught up in. Charron vs Pájaro Del Fuego One of two match for the evening in the battle between light and darkness. The guardian of shadow vs the guardian of the flame. A battle for the very soul of the multiverse. Hombre Cebra vs El Sepriente The man oblivious to all the cross dimensional nonsense takes on the newest member of the cult of the Snake Goddess. Can the every man put down one of the greatest evils in the world or will Hombre Cebra fall to the venom of El Serpiente. La Bestia Morada vs La Estrella It might be his insecurity from losing to Boriken Love Machine but La Estrella has mocked the beast and that may have been a little more than the Hollywood Luchador can handle. Estrella's words may hurt but after the torture of being manipulated by El Anillo de Caos, La Bestia Morada will give the Hollywood Luchador just as much as he gets. Amazing Fire Fly vs Malefic The second of the two battles between The Dark Universe and The Inferno. The wins in these two matches effect the course of the very fabric of the multiverse Delfín Maestro vs Rey Demonio Demonio failed to gain Campeonato del Mundo EMLL and was attacked by Hijo Del Mephisto and his minions to boot. Delfin Maestro has lost the ring of power which gave him life against all comers. Both men have lost everything and only one can gain back some momentum with a win. Capitán Lucha vs Guerrero Muerto Guerrero Muerto proclaimed his intention of reclaiming El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL and gets his shot this month. Capitán Lucha made a defense against the executioner of The Blood Throne and doesn't even get a month off before seeing battle once again, and this time he faces his toughest challenge yet. El Día Nacional De Lucha Cabaeza De La Muerte vs El Hijo Del Fantasma Charron vs Pájaro Del Fuego El Sepriente over Hombre Cebra La Bestia Morada vs La Estrella Amazing Fire Fly vs Malefic Delfín Maestro vs Rey Demonio Capitán Lucha vs Guerrero Muerto Ok now i'm back on track and 'm pretty sure I'm in the correct order events. Year one of my tenure as booker comes to an end and its almost time to see what 2021 brings.
  12. La Batalla por el Anillo Pre Show Malefic over Blue Dragon 28 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Malefic defeated Blue Dragon in 7:34 by pinfall with a Maligner. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled seeing Blue Dragon Blue Dragon was really off his game El Sepriente over M1 38 In a pre-show bout that had sub-par wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, El Serpiente defeated M1 in 7:39 by pinfall, illegally using the ropes for leverage. Escorpión over Noxious 34 In a pre-show bout that had sub-par wrestling and little heat, Escorpión defeated Noxious in 8:22 by pinfall with a Scorp Bomb. Escorpión sustained broken ribs Amazing Fire Fly over Hellfire 43 In a pre-show bout that had sub-par wrestling and little heat, Amazing Fire Fly defeated Hellfire in 7:45 by pinfall with a Sky High Fire Fly. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled seeing Hellfire Hellfire was really off his game Amazing Fire Fly benefitted from having a hot new move Hijo Del Vigilante over Mono Maniacal 34 In a terrible pre-show match, Hijo Del Vigilante defeated Mono Maniacal in 7:48 by pinfall with a handful of tights. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled seeing Mono Manical Hijo Del Vigilante and Mono Maniacal have great chemistry and it showed in their performance Pájaro Del Fuego over Screamer 42 In a pre-show bout that had decent wrestling but little heat, Pájaro Del Fuego defeated Screamer in 7:32 by pinfall with a Fire Bomb XXL. Pájaro Del Fuego and Screamer have pretty good chemistry and it lifted the match Main Show Tipping The Scales 38 The snake that is Rey Serpiente comes down to the ring flanked by another snake masked man. He looks out to the crowd and gives a loud hiss. He begins to address the crowd and he lets them know that he has reassessed his priorities. That he has seen a vision for his goddess and that instead of trying to go after these corporeal trinkets like titles and rings that he will be doing what he was always meant to do, tear this reality asunder. His goddess has sent him an ally and they will use the power bestowed upon them to tip the scales and bring about the destruction of everything. DeCipher over Anarquisto, Delfín Maestro, and La Bestia Morada 47 In a decent match, DeCipher defeated Anarquisto, Delfín Maestro and La Bestia Morada in 10:40 when DeCipher pinned La Bestia Morada with a Code Breaker. DeCipher wins the EMLL's Anillo de la Vida. This four way match is pure chaos. Three of these men have been battling over EMLL’s Anillo de Caos for months and that unpredictability spills over into the fight for El Anillo de la Vida. To the other three in the ring Delfin Maestro is almost an afterthought and the hero of the drowned earth dimension takes advantage by slipping in for a pin whenever the others leave a competitor down. The match shakes to down to Morada and DeCipher in the ring after Delfin takes Anarquisto out with Tope Suicida. They jokey for position and its anyone one’s game but Bestia affords the first opening nad DeCipher hits the Code Breaker for the win. DeCipher got a lot of static from a vocal crowd who clearly weren’t impressed A Declaration Of Intent 47 After his win DeCipher has El Anillo de la Vida bestowed and then takes a mic to address the entire multiverse. He says that two rings is not enough, that his only way back to his lost dimension is with three rings. He did what it took to get the two he has and he’ll do whatever it takes to get the third one. If he has to cheat, if he has to rob, if he has to kill anything in his path he will get that third ring and there is nothing anyone in EMLL, in the entire multiverse can do to stop him. Charron over Rey Soldado 30 In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but terrible wrestling, Charron defeated Rey Soldado in 7:48 by pinfall with a Fisherman's Suplex. Although Samael couldn’t get his grip on Cíclope, Aumento de la Oscuridad has been on a roll through EMLL and reeking havok havocs the multiverse. The story of this match is the ascension of Charron and The Dark Universe. Rey Soldado has been through space and time and he has seen it all but he was on able to stand against Charron and in less than 8 minutes the executioner of The Dark Dimension wins clean with a Fisherman’s Suplex. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled seeing Charron A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled seeing Rey Soldado Samael the Accuser draws Pyromaniac 32 In a decent match, Samael El Acusador drew with Pyromaniac in 9:59 following a double count out. The first match in EMLL between the leaders of the two factions from the dimensions with the longest running rivalry in the multiverse is a brutal battle. Most lucha matches tend to be fast paced high flying affairs but these two men stand toe to toe in a brutal battle of strike more reminiscent of a puro match. Samael has a little size on Pyromaniac but the smaller man gives no quarter. And because both men won’t step back the match ends in a double count out as both men don’t even bother to get back in the ring as they go blow for blow outside of the ring. Fire and Shadow 28 As the brawl continues members of both factions come flooding out of the back to help their leaders. Charron, Trickster, and Malefic aide Samael while Amazing Fire Fly and Pájaro Del Fuego come to the defense of Pyromaniac. Even though it is a three on four battle the denizens of The Inferno stand strong against the creatures from The Dark Universe. In the end it takes the backstage staff to separate everyone without a clear victor in this battle. El Hijo Del Fantasma over Hombre Poderoso 46 In a decent match, El Hijo Del Fantasma defeated Hombre Poderoso in 11:49 by submission with an Ultimate Boston Crab. Two of the best competitors in EMLL have had to many losses and not enough wins against major competitors. This match not only showcases the talent of these competitors but gives them the time to show how good they are. Fantasma and Poderoso are not only great in their own right but the two seem to give the match a perfect flow as if they have known each other for years. And even match down to the wire that could have been anyone’s game but Fantasma locked in the Ultimate Boston Crab and once its in no one has ever escaped it and Hombre Poderoso is no different. El Hijo Del Fantasma and Hombre Poderoso have great chemistry and it showed in their performance Ugly Beautiful 42 The screen over the entrance shows La Bestia Morada backstage distraught over his loss. He now not only doesn’t have El Anillo de Caos, he lost his shot and El Anillo de la Vida. As he paces back and forth talking to himself La Estrella walks passed him and stops. The Hollywood luchador calls Morada a loser. He says that the beast could never win because he doesn’t have what it takes to do so, good looks. He mocks bestia for being beastly and then walks off leaving Morada to stew and he starts destroying the backstage area. Trickster over Hombre Cebra 42 In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, Trickster defeated Hombre Cebra in 7:49 by submission with a Stretch Of The Truth after blatantly cheating. Coming off the match before this where Fantasma and Poderoso could practically read each other’s minds, Trickster and Cebra just couldn’t find the same footing. On top of the crowd was not a fan of Trickster’s ring work. Still the match was decent and pretty even if short. Trickster eventually needed to hit Hombre Cebra’s leg with a chair while the ref was down. Immediately after he locked in the Stretch of Truth and Cebra couldn’t do anything other than tap out. Trickster got a lot of static from a vocal crowd who clearly weren’t impressed Trickster and Hombre Cebra don’t seem to click and it made for an awkward bout Rey Demonio over Boriken Love Machine 65 In a bout that had great wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Rey Demonio defeated Boriken Love Machine Jr in 13:58 by submission with an Eternal Pain. Boriken Love Machine is coming off his major victory in the rubber match against La Estrella, while Rey Demonio just didn’t have what it took to relieve Capitán Lucha of El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL. The match itself saw both men give every ounce of what they had to win, going all out throughout. Both men have a well-rounded game and show cased all of their skills, putting this squarely in the top ten matches in EMLL history. Although the Latin Lover did everything in his power legal or not to win, Demonio was just the better luchador in this battle and made BLM submit to Eternal Pain. A Dark Offer 53 After his win Ejército Estigio comes to the top of the ramp to confront Rey Demonio. Hijo Del Mephisto takes the mic as the other two base behind him. He speaks to Demonio and calls him brother. He asks why he didn’t join him in his conquest of Stygia. He says after father’s death he reached out to him to help unite the realm under one banner but he ran, like a coward. He says now stygia is strong, a unified nation. But this realm is in chaos. He pleads for Demonio to join him to help bring order the prime plane and add it to the holdings of Stygia. He wants, no he needs his brother by his side. Mephisto says he’ll give him some time to make up his mind, but to consider his offer serious. Together they could unifyand bring harmony to the multiverse. Hijo Del Mephisto came across well Slayyer underperformed Capitán Lucha over Cabeza de la Muerte 71 In a bout that had great wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Capitán Lucha defeated Cabeza de la Muerte in 18:10 by pinfall with a Mexican Death. Capitán Lucha makes defence number two of the Campeonato del Mundo EMLL title. Muerte has had a very rocky 2020 with four wins and three losses he doesn’t have the best record coming into this match, but he is a top competitor and El Anillo de Destino guarantees a title shot. Cabeza makes the most of it and comes out of the gate strong. Lucha get in a bit of offense but the Executioner for the Kingdom of Blood cuts him off early and take control. For a long while it seems to be Muerte’s match to win, but he just can’t put Lucha away with a number of near falls over the course of the match. El Capitán does what he does best and mounts a comeback only to be cut off by Cabeza’s finish a massive Powerbomb. It not often but Lucha kicks out and Muerte is dumbfound. Tired and at a loss Cabeza isn’t ready for the flurry of action by Capitán Lucha and falls prey to the Mexican Death and gets pinned losing his title shot and his ring in the process. Death Comes For Everyone 62 After the match Capitán Lucha can barely get up to have his hand raised. He takes some time to rise to his feet and then his music is cut off by the music of Guerrero Muerto. The warlord of the Hellmouth makes his way to ringside with his minion Calavera. Muerto gets up on the apron and looks Lucha right in the eye. He says that he has lost the dead weight that is Rey Serpiente and now he comes from what is rightfully his. He says that death comes for everyone and it is time for Capitán Lucha to meet his maker. Overall Show 58
  13. Sorry about that guys. We'll get on to La Batalla por el Anillo either later tonight or tomorrow
  14. Hellmouth Pre Show Aprendiz Jr. over Screamer 40 In a poor pre-show match, Aprendiz Jr defeated Screamer in 8:23 by pinfall with The Whiplash. Pájaro Del Fuego over Noxious 31 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Pájaro Del Fuego defeated Noxious in 8:15 by pinfall with a Fire Bomb XXL. Amazing Fire Fly over Hellfire 43 In a pre-show bout that had sub-par wrestling and little heat, Amazing Fire Fly defeated Hellfire in 7:44 by pinfall with a Sky High Fire Fly. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled to see Hellfire Amazing Fire Fly benefitted from having a hot new move Rey Soldado over Tarántula 28 In a terrible pre-show match, Rey Soldado defeated Tarántula in 8:02 by pinfall with a Powerslam. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled to see Rey Soldado Hijo Del Vigilante over Lobo Azul 35 In a pre-show bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Hijo Del Vigilante defeated Lobo Azul in 7:48 by pinfall with a Twisting Powerbomb. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled to see Lobo Azul Escorpión over Calavera 39 In a poor pre-show match, Escorpión defeated Calavera in 8:05 by pinfall with a Scorp Bomb. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled to see Calavera Main Show A Cornered Snake 47 Rey Serpiente opens the show with an impassioned speech about how his entire life has been in service to the snake goddess. He says that only in the servitude to a higher power can one truly understand power. He calls the power that Guerrero Muerto has fleeting and only in service to the self. He proclaims that win or lose tonight he is the one with true power and he will begin expanding the scope of his goddesses will on this plain and nothing will stop him. Rey Serpiente clearly enjoyed having the freedom to go off-scripted and performed well Cabeza de la Muerte over El Hijo Del Fantasma 47 In a decent match, Cabeza de la Muerte defeated El Hijo Del Fantasma in 11:35 by pinfall after using a foreign object. The opening match is a barn burner that sees Cabeza del la Muerte take out all of his frustration on El Hijo Del Fantasma. On this the day the that The Hellmouth is at its strongest the guardian of its portals shows that he has some additional power. Fantasma doesn’t give Muerte an easy outlet for his anger. Although Cabeza is the larger man Fantasma is no stranger to a good brawl standing toe to toe with the executioner for The Kingdom of Blood. In the end Cabeza doesn’t see an opening for a clean win and resorts to using Anillo del Destino as a weapon to knock out Fantasma and steal the win. Change of Priorities 48 After his win Cabeza take the mic and proclaims a change in priorities. If he cannot take the ring from Delfin he will go for a higher prize. The time is almost nigh before the battle for a new holder of EMLL's Anillo del Destino. And although he will be in the tournament himself he understands that the field of battle makes his win no small thing. So next month while others battle for EMLL's Anillo de la Vida he will be using the stipulation of his ring and cash in for his shot at El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL. DeCipher over Príncipe Trasgo 44 In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, DeCipher defeated Príncipe Trasgo in 8:20 by pinfall with a Code Breaker. The story of the match is the continued rise of DeCipher. Principe Trasgo holds his own in what amounts to no more than a wild mess of high spots and crazy stunts. Even amidst the hot mess it can be seen that DeCipher and Principe can read each other well and the match looks a lot better than it has any right to be. But still DeCipher ends the match clean with a Code Breaker and pin. DeCipher got a lot of static from a vocal crowd who clearly werne’t impressed Principe Trasgo seemed off his game DeCipher and Principe Trasgo have great chemistry and it showed in their performance A Shiver Up The Spine 53 Rey Demonio appears on the screen over the entrance way and he is pacing back and forth furiously. Can you feel it he says. He shakes uncontrollably before continuing. He says that he feels it in the air something is here, something from Stygia, something that has come to bring devastation. He knows that others think he is crazy, or maybe even think he is the evil, but he is not and there is something here, he just doesn’t know what. Delfin Maestro over Hombre Poderoso 39 In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, Delfín Maestro defeated Hombre Poderoso in 10:02 by pinfall with a Dolphinisher. This match is a showcase for Delfin, not a squash but a bout to show he can stand up to the biggest brawler in the company. Although a decent match there were some spot where the was an obvious lack of cohesion between Delfin and Poderoso. Delfin still came across as the big hero with the win at the end but it was neither man’s best performance. Delfin Maestro and Hombre Poderoso just didn’t click at all and it showed in their performance La Bestia Morada draw Anarquisto 49 In a decent match, La Bestia Morada drew with Anarquisto in 11:39 when the referee lost control and stopped the match. The only person La Bestia Morada and Anarquisto hate more than each other is DeCipher, but because he’s not in this match the two men take out their frustrations on each other. The story of this match is who will be able to take out their hated enemy and take his ring. The answer by the end of this match is no one. The match eventually devolves into a brawl with both men throwing open fists at each other. The ref tries to separate the men and bring the match back to some sense of order but fails. When he sees no other recourse the ref calls for the bell with both men being DQ’d much to the disappointment of the crowd who wanted to see them fight to the death. Anarquisto seemed off his game Four Of A Kind 41 As the match ends DeCipher comes out to the top of the ramp laughing. The two men in the ring stop brawling and look over to the man who holds the object they want. DeCipher says that these two weak minded fools battle each other while he has moved on to other things and while they fight for scraps he fights for another one of the rings of power. Anarquisto and La Bestia Morada look at each other and then point behind DeCipher. The man with no home looks behind him and there is Delfin Maestro. The hero with the ring has his own mic and he says that he’s been trying as hard as he could to think about who the other two competitors in the four way match could be. And then it dawned on him, two men have also been fighting for one ring so perhaps they could fight for this one. So he just came out here to let DeCipher know, Anarquisto and La Bestia Morada are the other two fighters for EMLL's Anillo de la Vida. Delfin lets that revelation sit for a moment and then walks to the back soon followed by Anarquisto and La Bestia Morada who walk past the stunned DeCipher both patting him on the shoulder. La Estrella over El Bandito Jr. 45 In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, La Estrella defeated El Bandido Jr in 8:06 by pinfall with a Hollywood Press. After his loss last month to Boriken Lovve Machine, La Estrella seems to be apathetic in this match. El Bandito Jr comes in all spit and vinegar trying to prove himself. Although his Bandito the younger gets the upper hand for a bit it seems mostly because La Estrella is uninterested in the match. When Estrella finally puts in any effort he hits the Hollywood Press and gets the pin, rolling out of the ring and walking off instead getting his hand raised. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled to see El Bandito Jr La Estrella seemed off his game Capitán Lucha over Rey Demonio 65 In a bout that had great wrestling and good heat, Capitán Lucha defeated Rey Demonio in 14:11 by pinfall with a Mexican Death. Capitán Lucha makes defense number one of the Campeonato del Mundo EMLL title. The tension for this match can be cut with a knife. The fans don’t know who to cheer for as both men are favorites. There is a halfhearted handshake before both men start off and the start is lightning fast. Then do away with the customary lock up and go straight into throwing blows at each other trying to end the match as quickly as possible, but that was not in the cards. The match goes back and forth over and over as each man gets a new wind to fight back near defeated and as the clock starts ticking away the pinfalls start coming. A one count here and a two count there as both men try to become the holder of the most powerful item in the multiverse. Even for a pitch battle neither man takes any short cuts, neither man tries to cheat. In the end Capitán Lucha finds an opening and hits Mexican Death and barely manages to roll over and get the pin. Hell Hath No Fury 55 After the match is over with both men spent and before Capitán Lucha has his hand raised three men run from the back and they attack both the champion and challenger. The attack is swift and brutal with one man. The black and red mask makes him easily recognizable and anyone who has kept up with OLLIE knows two time Campeonato de Universal OLLIE hold Hijo Del Mephisto. The three men leave as swiftly as they came with Rey Demonio and Capitán Lucha left much the worse for wear and in need of assistance to leave the ring. Hijo Del Mephisto came across well Hellspawn 666 was very underwhelming Guerrero Muerto over Rey Serpiente 69 In a bout that had superb wrestling and good heat, Guerrero Muerto defeated Rey Serpiente in 18:29 by pinfall with a Graveyard Shift. After the last match we go from two of the most loved men in EMLL to two of the most hated men in EMLL. The crowd boos both men when they come out but once the match starts they are on their feet and in awe of the abilities of both men. The story here is not who is the best of the best but who is the worst of the worst. Every opportunity for an illegal choke, to get feet on the ropes, to use the tights is taken. Between both men every underhanded tactic in the book is used including interference by Geurrero Muerto’s minion Calavera. But in the end the win is clean and Muerto puts Serpiente down with a Graveyard Shift and a three count. Meurte Claims The World 59 Muerto takes the win and looks down on Rey Serpiente and he asks one simple question, where is your goddess now. He looks to the entrance ramp and he tells the world that he has beaten the avatar of the deity and now he is coming for the world. And the first stepping stone to control of this pathetic realm is el Campeonato del Mundo EMLL. And if Capitán Lucha can so easily be take out by Stygian scum then removing the title from his hands should be an easy feat. Overall Show 58

There will also be a title defense for the biggest prize in EMLL as August brings us La Batalla por el Anillo Anarquisto vs DeCipher vs Delfín Maestro vs La Bestia Purpura Anarquisto is a former holder of El Anillo de Caos, DeCipher is the current hold of said ring. Strength isn't everything but is it enough to beat back a centuries old gaurdian. Hombre Cebra vs Trickster The last normal man takes on the dark god of mischief from The Dark Universe. Trickster's boss had been shut down by Cíclope but Aumento de la Oscuridad looks to reassert itself. Can Trickster take on the only man who has no clue he's in a battle for the very soul of reality and win, or will Cebra's oblivious nature help him ignore Trickster's power. Boriken Love Machine vs Rey Demonio Boriken Love Machine came out on top of La Estrella showing he IS the fairest of them all. Rey Demonio has failed to gain El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL and is force to face a menace from his past. Both of these men have will, desire, and momentum going into this match but which one will leave the victor. Cabeza de la Muerte vs Capitán Lucha Cabeza has cashed in his guaranteed title shot from being the holder of El Anillo de Destino. The emissary of The Kingdom of Blood was not able to cut the ring off the finger of Delphin Maestro so he has move on to the biggest prize in the multiverse El Campeonato del Mundo EMLL. 20. La Ecuación Paradoja Pre Show Hombre Cebra over Noxious 37 In a terrible pre-show match, Hombre Cebra defeated Noxious in 8:10 by pinfall with a Zebra Crush. Hombre Cebra and Noxious have great chemistry and it showed in their performance Príncipe Trasgo over Hellfire 26 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Príncipe Trasgo defeated Hellfire in 7:50 by pinfall with a Top Rope Knee Drop. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem to be particularly thrilled with seeing Hellfire Tarántula over Lobo Azul 24 In a pre-show bout that had terrible wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Tarántula defeated Lobo Azul in 7:39 by pinfall while using the ropes for leverage. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem to be particularly thrilled with seeing Lobo Azul Tarántula and Lobo Azul don’t seem to click and it made for an awkward bout Rey Soldado over Calavera 24 In a terrible pre-show match, Rey Soldado defeated Calavera in 8:19 by pinfall with a Powerslam. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem to be particularly thrilled with seeing Rey Soldado A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem to be particularly thrilled with seeing Calavera Aprendiz Jr. over Screamer 35 In a pre-show bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Aprendiz Jr defeated Screamer in 8:21 by pinfall with The Whiplash. Aprendiz Jr. was really off his game Main Show Rey Serpiente over Anarquisto 50 In a decent match, Rey Serpiente defeated Anarquisto in 11:34 by pinfall after using a foreign object. The show opened with a brilliant match, even if Rey Serpiente was having a bad day. The story of the match is two men who have been falling behind in their current quests and are looking to make a comeback. Both competitors fight like its their last battle on earth and it seems like neither man can get the upperhand. Eventually the ref gets knocked out by accident and Serpiente uses a chair to lay out Anarquisto and drags the ref over to make the count. Rey Serpiente was really off his game A Statement On Death 39 Rey Serpiente address the crowd. He tells them that his schemes have succeeded, that when last they met Guerrero Muerto fell to him because his goddess has given the power to effect even the undead. Serpiente says that Muerto may have escaped death once but he will not escape again. He knows that the venom is coursing through Muerto’s bloodless veins and next month the snake goddess proclaims the end of the Warrior Chief of the Hellmouth. Pyromaniac over Malefic 30 In a bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Pyromaniac defeated Malefic in 8:03 by pinfall with a Burning Powerbomb. After his loss to Charron this match looks show Pyromaniac starting from the bottom to the Dark Universe’s totem pole by facing Samael’s lackey Malefic. Although not quite a squash without the added power of being in the Dark Universe Malefic fails to hold back the burning light that is the fire inside one of The Inferno’s most powerful denizens. The dark assassin felt to a Borning Powerbomb and a clean win for Pyromaniac. The Fight For Life 42 The screen over the entrance way shows DeCipher standing backstage. He says that EMLL's Anillo del Caos is the first stepping stone on his way home. He announce that he is throwing in his hat for the four corners match for EMLL's Anillo de la Vida. As soon as he says that La Bestia Morada and Anarquisto both come running onto the screen and they attack DeCipher before turning on each other. The camera fades out to the wild brawl moving away down the hall. Delfín Maestro over Cabeza de la Muerte 49 In a decent match, Delfín Maestro defeated Cabeza de la Muerte in 9:57 by pinfall with a Dolphinisher. This is the rubber match between the two men who have had it out for months with a win a piece and both coming out losers for EMLL's Anillo del Caos. Cabeza has a hard time keeping his hands on Delfin, the high speed technician seems to keep the powerhouse off his feet for quite a bit of the match. But when the Executioner for the Kingdom of Blood get his hands on the superhero, he throws Delfin around like a rag doll. There were a few near falls for Cabeza but the can do spirit and the power of life keeps Delfin going. At the end of the match both men seem near exhaustion having gone balls to the wall the whole time, Delphin finds an opening and hits the Dolphinishers for a clean win over Muerte. Life, The Universe, and Everything 39 After the match Delfin Maestro says that Cabeza has exhausted all of his chances and that in two month at La Batalla por el Anillo when he must defend his ring in the four corners match that Cabeza will not a part of that match. He says that he accepts the challenge of DeCipher as he already holds the third ring and that makes him a worthy competitor. Rey Demonio over La Bestia Morada 51 In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Rey Demonio defeated La Bestia Morada in 11:32 by submission with an Eternal Pain. The mid show high point is the match between another two men who have been having a hard time lately. Both men are well known high speed technicians and even though there are some big top rope high spots in the match is mostly played out on the mat as the demon and the animal go hold for hold in spectacular fashion. After working the right arm for a while Rey Demonio locks in the Eternal Pain and forces La Bestia Morada to tap out. Must Win Situations 55 Rey Demonio is happy about the win but paces the ring in frustration. He takes a mic and proclaims that this is his last chance. He’s been doing everything he can to regain the title and prepare for protecting the realm. He says that he has one more shot next month and if he doesn’t win Campeonato del Mundo EMLL he will have to face what’s coming with only his own power. One way or another he promises to fall before he lets what happened to his world happen here. DeCipher over El Hijo Del Fantasma 55 In a decent match, DeCipher defeated El Hijo Del Fantasma in 8:27 by pinfall, illegally using the ropes for leverage. After his declaration earlier in the evening DeCipher faces the young up and coming El Hijo Del Fantasma. The story of the match is DeCipher fighting through pain of his earlier attack.
