Sponsor Logos

Recommended Posts

This is where I'll be posting some sponsor logos for fighter clothing textures. Anything I post here is free to use however you want. Thanks to Blackman for the suggestion and Asaemon for the list of C-Verse sponsors.

I'm just gonna post the logos one by one as I finish them so that there isn't a long wait, but when I get to the end of the list I'll upload a .rar or something. Don't expect anything impressive, but hopefully some of these will work as an alternative to using real-world sponsors.

Also, I'm open to suggestions for improvements. WMMA3 is the only GDS game I've played, so I'm not nearly as familiar with the C-Verse as some of you. All I have to go on here are the sponsor names, so I may not represent them as well as I could.

This was a render from ages back I did that made it into the game. I don't have the file anymore, so maybe Headkick could be another brand you could include?

Sure, I'll add Headkick to the list. I like the name.

This one (and surely some of the others I'll be making) looks better when it's not on a white background, because of the white outline.

Sorry for changing the CameronPro logo, but I just did an abbreviated version so I didn't have to fiddle around with the shorts template.

Also, is it possible for you to upload them as PNG files without the white background? Unless its just my Photoshop, it is difficult to get rid of the background without taking some of the outlines outwith it.

No need to apologize. Like I said, these logos are free to use however you want. :)

They're already PNGs with transparent backgrounds. You might be making the same mistake I sometimes make myself, which is trying to copy the image from your browser and paste into Photoshop. Any time I try to do that, it turns the background solid for some reason. You'll have to save the files to your computer and open them in PS.

Alternates:

Cracked: [blue] [Green] [Orange] [Purple] [Red] [White] [Yellow]

Clean: [blue [Green] [Orange] [Purple] [Red] [White] [Yellow]

The alternates should look nice on dark backgrounds. For example:

Hopefully this one will work on clothing textures. I just used the Blurcat logo from the skin I made.

Obviously it doesn't look right on the white forum background, so here's what it looks like on something darker:

Thanks a lot, guys.

I decided to have another go at WestWear, because I wasn't too happy with the first attempt. The design is okay I guess, but it doesn't really work for an MMA clothing company. Hopefully this will be a bit better:

WestWear: [1] [2]

These logos add a whole new dynamic to the rendering process and makes them even more unique. Thank you Iceisle!

EDIT: I attempted to make some sponsor logos not too long ago and they're not as good as yours but here is how they came out. It's supposed to be a Japanese MMA clothing company but I didn't have any Japanese fonts so it could probably be used for whatever. Feel free to use them or edit them any way you'd like.

Haha, thanks. I actually did list it as two companies originally, but I downloaded the WMMA1 demo the other day to check the sponsor list and make sure that I didn't make any dumb mistakes like that. :D
