CRUSH: Asian Martial Arts

CRUSH is a Japanese MMA promotion based in Kinki, Japan. They're motto is "Asian Martial Arts" and their mission is to bring Japanese and other Asian fighters into prominence through their promotion. Not will they showcase the talents of Japanese fighters, but Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese and many others as well.

 

The promotion focuses on the smaller divisions (strawweight to lightweight) and hope to bring many great fights to fans.

 

Rules & Regulations

3x5 for non-title fights

5x5 for title fights

Fight will be scored with a 10-point must system

Standing elbows are legal

Grounded elbows are legal

Knees, kicks and stomps to a downed opponent are legal

Fight is to be contested in a ring

I think this is the first dynasty to use a Strawweight division. Looking forward to more.

 

Thanks, I hope you guys enjoy. I know Shooto is one of the only major promotions to use a strawweight division, so I built off of that. A lot of the guys I'm using in my SW division (Junji Ito, Junji Ikoma, Mikihito Yamagami, Lincoln De Sa, etc) are all from Shooto.

 

Tbh I would've done this in the default universe had there been a Strawweight division, but I didn't feel like making an entire division of strawweight fighters so I chose to do it with the Modern Warriors mod because at least they have a good handful of 115 pounders.

CRUSH Featherweight GP Opening Round

This event will be the opening round of an 8-man tournament, which will determine the inaugural CRUSH Featherweight champion. The winners will advance to the semi-finals, which will be concluded in a one night, two fight tournament at a later event.

 

Most likely candidate for #1 contender once the tournament ends is Rumina Sato.
