Extract the files to your install directory. When you start the game it should say version 2.3.19 in the bottom left corner after applying the update.

Fixes:

*Fixed error 9 when using a coach file with more coaches than the current league has space for.

*Scheduling screen wasn't allowing you to scroll to the last team on the list.

*Fixed error loading a save 5 when using alternate date formats in your regional settings.

*Fixed error 9 that could occur on team stats leaders when changing from all conferences to a single conference.

*No longer possible for the person with the ball to commit an illegal screen foul.
