Alternative KYKY Background

I'm looking for the WCW and ECW KYKY Background Templates from used in mods such as War's End? I used to have a copy of these template years ago, but lost them over the years.

 

If anyone has these templates and is willing to share or create similar ones, I’d appreciate it.
