Once the warning is gone you can just run the game, go to load, and hit open folder and that will be where the save needs to be placed. 1) Did you run the full setup on the new computer (as admin)? The data folders are created during install. That error tells me either the folder doesn't exist or you can't write to it. 2) Are you running the game as admin as well? 3) Does the folder C:\Users\Public\Documents\GDS\Fast Break Pro Basketball 3 exist?
