fusionfreak
I just got an ipad. I love it. The main reason I got it is to show pdf presentations to people. Its for my business. I'm using ibooks to show my pdf presentations in. The problem is that all of my mark-ups are not showing. I can't find a setting to allow mark-ups to show. Does anyone know how to fix that? Or is there a better way to show pdf's with an ipad? Thank you.
SuperOwens
Do you mean you want to make annotations whilst giving the presentation? Or you have converted the document to a PDF and any annotations you have made haven't come through? Try iannotate for a decent annotation tool. It's not free but it is decent. There maybe some free apps out there, but I don't have any experience with them

I don't need to or want to make changes to them from my ipad. I just need to be able to show the annotations that are already there. I'm currently using ibooks as the app but I can't find a way to show my markups or annotations.
moon_lit_tears
http://appadvice.com/appguides/show/pdf-annotation

This site may be able to help. I've not used my iPad for much other than we surfing and games it's the reason I'm still using the original, I'm assuming you have a 3 or the new one with retina display. I'm sure these will work just fine although some will cost you a bit of money.
