mrskippy Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 Goes 7-6 with Texas. We lose big to USC and ND early on, than go on a nice roll, before slumping. We end up losing the Big 12 Championship game, but still manage a Cotton Bowl bid (using the playoff system FWIW). We lose there too. mrskippy Posted January 3, 2006 Author Share Posted January 3, 2006 Year 2 at Nevada wasn't much better and was actually a difficult year. Things looked good midway through, but in the end I went 4-7 (4-4 conference). Only Illinois offered me a job my third year. I've decided to tough it out and fight to get Nevada to a bowl game.
