Adding and Editing Titles

Was wondering if there is any way of editing or adding titles to a game already going on? I've added to GAMMA to a real world MOD and added their titles, but I forgot to add that the titles were actually for GAMMA.

 

Now, 3 months in and GAMMA still isn't hasn't created it's own titles. Is there anyway for me to add them even though I'm not playing as GAMMA or no?
