The newer formats do not have the unlicense option so there is a tag line you have to type in but I don't know what that is...sorry.</p><p> </p><p> If you were unable to unlicense it, then you need to call E-license (google them). Call them up or send them an e-mail. Try to provide your game purchase ID so they can pull you up. Calling I've had them reset a license on the phone.
