APFF Rookie League

 

Rules

• 2x5min rounds
  
• Strikes of any kind to a grounded opponent are illegal
  
• Elbows, both standing and on the ground, are illegal
  
• Knees and kicks to the head of a grounded opponent are illegal
  
• Stomps to the face of a grounded opponent are illegal
  
• Fighter's are given a 10-count after being knocked down
  

 

APFF Pro League

 

Rules

• 3x5min rounds for non-title bouts
  
• 5x5min rounds for title-bouts
  
• Knees and kicks to the head of a grounded opponent are illegal
  
• Stomps to the face of a grounded opponent are illegal

Atomweight (100-105 lbs)

Strawweight (106-115 lbs)

Flyweight (116-125 lbs)

Bantamweight (126-135 lbs)
