Richman
How does one raise the 'prestige' rating of a belt? ...Does the belt need to be held and defended a number of times by a highly rated fighter? Or does it simply need to be up for grabs more often to raise its prestige? ...Or something else entirely?
ElJay
I'm not positive, but I think having legitimate guys (guys high up in the weight class/p4p rankings) will legitimize the belt.

In my flyweight division, I haven't had huge name guys in the UFC, as there just aren't many to start out the game at that weight. I did, however, stock up on all the top Flyweights out there, and have featured the title on my non-PPV events in secondary markets. The belt prestige has gone up a bit, but still isn't at the level of my MW/LHW/HW titles.
