Fixes:

*HTML: Team links in the draft pick table on the roster pages should link to the correct folder.

*Fixed more instances where non rookies could win rookie awards.

*Fixed an error 6 that could occur on the trading screen.

*Changed Calendar conversion code to fix error 13 while loading a save due to the date format currently in the save.

*Added code to account for seasons where the player had games played but minutes played was not recorded in the historical database.

*Fixed error 9 that could occur during camps after adding a new league when using the historical database.

*Fixed a bug that caused import/export to ftp to not work properly when teams do not have nicknames.

*A players maximum salary in both extensions and during free agency will be at least 105% of his previous salary.

*Players should not have a desired extension that is greater than they could possibly receive in any of the active leagues.

*Team budget room should output correctly on cap room html file.

*Reduced max cap to 599999999 to prevent overflow issues.

*Team salary totals should no longer round to the nearest 0.

*Fixed a bug that could cause the reported dates in the save to be one year ahead of the actual season.

*Defense selection during the game should be entirely based on the usage values in the gameplan.

*Declined options should properly import from team files.

*Fixed a bug that made it possible for a player to sign with a team after already signing with a different team in free agency.

*Fixed a bug that made the DLG team get reset when editing a player

*Waivers will be processed during FA

*FT% and FG% should not be listed twice in team leaders html

*Fixed a bug that caused the trade engine to not properly check all players involved in the trade for tradability.

*Fixed a sorting issue in team stats leaders when using non US number formats.

*Fixed an issue with training settings saving when there are more than 15 players on the roster.
