Supreme TV, Week 3 February

Steven Parker vs. Bart Bigginz

This is honestly one of the worst matches on SWF in its history. The good part is that it lasted just five minutes before Parker mercifully defeated Bart Bigginz.

Winner: Steven Parker

F

Nelson Callum vs. Brett Biggins

Callum was impressive in a short time period but little else went right in this match. He pinned Biggins around the four-minute mark.

Winner: Nelson Callum

F

Executive Power vs. The Fly Boys

Executive Power and The Fly Boys faced off in a match that exceeded expectations. Paul Huntingdon and Squeaky McClean had excellent chemistry and were able to match the much more experienced tag team champions. Emma Chase had coached her two “executive advisors” into solid, malleable tag team wrestlers. Jimmy P and Donnie J were outclassed technically by both Chase Agency enforcers. Paul Huntington and Squeaky McClean finished Jimmy P with an Executive Decision claiming the #1 Contender spot for the Chase Agency.

Winner: Executive Decision

C+

Lobster Warrior vs. Flex Garcia

Garcia put up a good fight against Lobster Warrior. The two veterans put on an absolute clinic. Each showcased why the other deserved more of a push. In the end, Lobster Warrior won around the eight-minute mark.

Winner: Lobster Warrior

“I am the new face of wealth in the world of wrestling! A generous benefactor, a promoter, and a man of invention”, said the funny-dressed man, “I am Money Gilmore, and I am here to serve you!”

“Paul Parsons, known as Rich Money, is a fool to think that he can outspend Money Gilmore. I am a man of wealth and a man of taste and the taste is champagne and chardonnay.”

Rich Money walks onto the stage. “Gilmore, you impotent fool, you don’t even know what those words mean. Why don’t I beat that stupid challenge you made out your mouth!”

“All right, Paul, the challenge has commenced! Be very afraid!”

B

American Machine vs. Jungle Lord

The break-up of the All-Americans concluded with an entrance of “Nightmare Machine”, an evil super-villain. Nightmare Machine walked in towards his opponent, foe or friend Jungle Lord, who was currently in hold of the Tag-Team Titles. Jack Jungle threw offense after offense at Nightmare Machine, who did his best to dodge Jungle Jack’s Attacks, and use the familiar strategy of tiring the big brawler out. Machine took a hard punch to his head and appeared dazed.

Jack capitalized on this lack of momentum nailing several more hard punches onto Nightmare Machine. Just as Jack was about to get the pin….

http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/Remo_zps8f239295.png

Remo Enters, sucker punches Jungle Jack, and proceeded to beat the grappler from borneo until Jungle Lord busts open. Nightmare Machine went for the pin, sprawled out… but Jungle Lord kicked out! Remo exited the ring.

Nightmare Machine, faced with a steaming Jungle Jack, hit a low blow and grabbed some of his junk in a roll-up pin.

He got the three seconds needed to win.

http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/DontPush_zps2a7d7121.png

Remo re-enters the building. Pyrotechnics erupt as a new promotional video mark his entrance. He’s now a Voodoo master named “Papa Remmy” as wants to wipe out the “Man of Little Faith” in the ring once and for all.

C

Remo vs. Christian Faith in a 1 v 1 Casket Match

Apparent, as this match was a casket match, which Remo wanted to “bury” Christian Faith, and end his career. The crowd watched on in horror as the entrances began. Remo was there to sell offense from his opponent instead of actually fight him. He took a few blows well, a few blows not so well, and a few blows glanced off the giant. Ferocious, Remo awoke a few minutes in, throwing vicious blows at his opponent, leveling the poor guy within minutes. He threw, again, Christian Faiths’ seemingly lifeless body over the ropes eight minutes in. He let the crowd sink in before sliding the casket lid over the head of Faith.

Remo wasn’t done. He drug the lifeless body out of the buried casket, and proceed to bust open an unconscious Christian Faith. He was drug away from the body and paramedics were brought in to access the battered veteran. Remo had to be pulled off the body.

C-

Des Davids vs.Captain Atomic vs. ???

Both known opponents, Des Davids and Captain Atomic were in the ring. The lights dimmed, the opponent entered, to a round of applause and screaming in general. The fans knew who it was.

http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/SlamminSammySuplex_zps3a99750a.png

Kamchatka created this awesome alt.

He was in a different get up, for sure, but he was still Robbie Retro. The man stormed out to Mu330’s “Tune Me Out” and various degrees of camera-mugging and pumping later, he was the newest creations of Nemesis to enter the ring.

Des Davids and Captain Atomic and Slammin’ Sammy Suplex put on a forgettable match. First, all three were faces. Second, none had a grasp of psychology. In fact, the victory was the worst of the night. Des Davids ran around flailing fists, Captain Atomic was his usual loopy self, and Slammin’ Sammy Suplex failed to mentor his junior compatriots. Davids was pinned first.

By the end of the match, the cheers had been replaced by garbage hurled into the ring. Slammin’ Sammy Suplex, or “Three Score”, managed to pin Captain Atomic at 7:28 before anything horrible happened.

D+

http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/RichMoney_zps7babbd15.png

Rich Money entered the ring. The garbage did not stop falling towards Money, as fans were just as irritated to see Rich in the ring as they were all three stooges fighting before-hand. Money said he had a “surprise” for the generous benefactor/imposter “Money Gilmore”.

“He’s young money. In fact, I think this whole act is just a sad man desperately crying for attention. I’ll show him.”

B-

http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/RichMoney_zps7babbd15.pnghttp://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/JoeMoney_zps2eb51627.pnghttp://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/MoneyGilmore_zps9942ea6a.pnghttp://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/SlamminSammySuplex_zps3a99750a.png

Money Gilmore enters with the recently rebranded Joe Money and they proceed to cause severe havoc. Rich Money ducks, exits the ring, and Slammin’ Sammy Suplex slams Joe Money with his Suplex finisher knocking Money Gilmore’s sidekick out. Slammin’ Sammy then proceeds to receive mild cheers from an increasingly irritated crowd.

Main Event, A Cage Classic Match, Feat.

http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/MoneyGilmore_zps9942ea6a.pngvs.http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/RichMoney_zps7babbd15.png

Paul Parsons re-enters the ring to face his opponent, “Money Gilmore”. The benevolent benefactor enters the ring to “Seven Nation Army”. He’s maintained much of his straight edge gimmick, for now, and he returns to applause in the arena.

Cheers of “Seven Nation Army” fill the arena. Much to the bereft of the fans in attendance, it is announced this will be a non-title match. “The benefactor” Angry Gilmore is seeking to squash any idea that he will drop his United States Title.

Rich Money, on the other hand, is trying to protect his reputation as a top wrestler. He plays up against Money Gilmore, the benevolent benefactor, and seeks only to out-wrestle him. The cage descended about five minutes into the broadcast and both wrestlers were ready to fight each other to the finish.

The two veterans of the ring could analyze and pinpoint weaknesses within minutes of entering. Gilmore knew, for example, that he was a superior mat wrestler and a better high flier. Rich Money knew he was considerably larger than Money Gilmore. Both wrestlers knew that the cage neutralized Gilmore’s advantages and increased the advantages of Rich Money.

Rich Money launched himself at Angry Gilmore. He wanted to get the offensive started. Paul’s fists pack heavy punches procured in his days wrestling at NYCW. He nailed a hard right, a hard left, and a spear on Angry Gilmore. Parsons had backed Gilmore into a corner. He threw a hard right at Gilmore’s midsection.

Money, a saavy veteran, threw Parsons off using his momentum to launch his opponent farther. He hit a solid punch and swept Parsons off his feet. Gilmore administered a leglock onto Rich Money. Paul grabbed desperately for the ringside and got a rope break. Paul Parsons struggled to his feet as his opponent enjoyed a bit of gloating.

Parsons, clearly unimpressed, hit a low blow on Gilmore, who anguished long enough to be on the end of several hard punches. Parsons hit a hard suplex on his opponent at the end of the strikes flooring Money Gilmore onto the floor. Rich Parsons dropped an elbow, and a couple hard kicks to Money Gilmore’s dome, before getting on top of Gilmore. Rich Parsons landed a punch, went in for a second, then Money Gilmore slammed his head into Parsons, knocking him back for a second.

Money Gilmore went in for a hold, but Parsons dodged the attempt, and Money Gilmore hit the ropes. Gilmore was propelled straight into the waiting arms of Paul Parsons. Parsons hit a hard Money In The Bank eliciting a loud gasp from the waiting crowd.

Good week for predictions. Really enjoying my other dynasty, and going to have another episode of that up today.

3rdStringPG and MidnightNick both did really well this week.

*--Qualified--*

MidnightNick C+ 66.6% 16/24 (+6/8)

3rdStringPG C 62.5% 10/16 (+7/8)

With one week left, it's a near dead heat for the top spot. With only seven matches left, will we see a new champion this month?

His fists were bulging and he seemed more intense than in his previous promo. </p><p> </p><p> Steve Frehley, the smaller of the two wrestlers, entered to cheers and applause. He appeared rather intimidated against the supernatural power he was about to face.</p><p> </p><p> “Slam!” echoed throughout the arena as his theme song boomed throughout. The pop was huge to the entrance of the dark destroyer. Steve, despite his bland character, received. The match was a Texas Death affair with a ten-count required. </p><p> </p><p> Remo seemed a man possessed in this match. His anger was apparent early on. The destroyer was tripped up trying to leave the corner. Remo takes the initiative to land a hard elbow on Frehley’s head. He tries to pin down his opponent but Frehley rolls out of the ring. </p><p> </p><p> Remmy stood in the arena, fuming, as if a rabid animal. A certain flighty paranoia overtook him as he tried to find his fleeing opponent. Steve fashioned his approach to confuse his opponent. Ref Shane Stones started counting. He attempted to inflict more damage but Remo grabbed his foot, moved upward, and tried to submit in a leg lock. Remo managed to inflict significant pain before stopping to prepare an-off the ropes kick for the kneeling Frehely, but his opponent tripped him up. </p><p> </p><p> A few seconds passed before Steve Frehley could get his bearings. No clear frontrunner had emerged nine minutes into the match and both heavyweights were fatigued. Steve prepared a flying elbow, yet his opponent rolled out of the way, and Frehley landed on the mat. Remmy and Steve both rose up. Steve ran towards Remmy and threw a hard punch but was floored by a spear. Remo got atop his opponent unleashing several hard punches. Jack Bruce, the “King of New York” entered to Sharp Dressed Man. The women in attendance went crazy with Raucous cheers of “Sharp Dressed Man” echoing throughout the arena. </p><p> </p><p> The Big Cat, Brandon James, entered to a worse reception. Fans openly booed him and cries of “Jobber!” filled the arena. This episode in particular Chase Inc. was not showing a return on investment. Emma Chase accompanied the burly Brandon to the ring. Emma moves ringside as Brandon enters the arena. Brandon stares at his diminutive opponent. </p><p> </p><p> The two face off for thirty seconds. Jack, who had a Bluetooth microphone hooked up discretely before the match, states:</p><p> “Brandon, you overweight retired feline! I hope you brought your best cat-calls to this match, as I guarantee you won’t walk away with the silver, the gold, or the victory tonight! I, Jack Bruce, am the best wrestler in New York History, and I intend to pummel your declawed, neutered body…”</p><p> </p><p> Brandon blindsided Bruce with a hard punch. James found a portable microphone near ringside. He responded “into what… you little man, you?”</p><p> </p><p> “into A NEW YORK million minute pieces!” Jack hit a low blow on Brandon James, knocking him down temporarily. “Cat got your testes?” joked Bruce, as he proceeded to kick Brandon James several times before hitting him with an elbow. He continued the assault until Brandon got a rope break. The big , lumbering brawler returned to his feet, battered, and proceeded to chase his smaller prey. </p><p> </p><p> The Big Cat was on the prowl. He managed to take Jack Bruce’s feet from under him with a sweep of his paws and threw a vicious elbow towards his elusive opponent. Bruce, ever the trickster, rolled out of the way, and maintained his footing. He hit a vicious legdrop on Brandon James head cementing there was no love lost between the bitter rivals. </p><p> </p><p> Brandon struggled to his feet. He got to his knee before Jack Bruce hit a swift kick to Brandon’s face, bloodying his nose. Seven minutes in and first blood had been delivered. Being busted open motivated the Big Cat. He went into an angry, primal rage, throwing off a persistent Mayor of New York. Jack threw himself towards the ropes, but Brandon James hit a monster suplex sending the Mayor into the turnbuckle. </p><p> </p><p> The big cat launched a few hard punches on the mayor of New York. The wily Bruce pushed Brandon James off and hit a hard spear. He landed atop his opponent and starting throwing hard strikes at James. The Big Cat, covered in sweat and blood, hit a heatbutt to startle his opponent off. Brandon James staggered to his feet, three-hundred plus pounds of bulking muscle, and threw a hard punch at his opponent. Brandon missed as Bruce ducked the attempt. He was too tired to avoid the hard clothesline his opponent had prepared for him.</p><p> </p><p> The bleeding Brandon James submitted easily to a three count after Bruce hit the New York Minute.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Jack Bruce in a New York Minute at 12:43</strong></p><p><strong> B-</strong></p></div></blockquote>
