RayW Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 You can purchase the game with PayPal through eLicence. They have accepted PayPal for some time now. When you go to the checkout screen there is an icon that says "purchase with PayPal". Doing this has no delay on getting a licence. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
