Waters Posted December 2, 2013 Share Posted December 2, 2013 From what I have seen when a company discovers a new talent they're automatically assigned to the main roster. I think that it would be a plausible idea for those discovered who have under 600 overall to be assigned to the company's developmental system (implying they have one). Speaking of companies discovering talent, I've been experiencing quite the weird occurance after converting CVerse97. I am playing as Tommy Cornell (who by the way started with less than 300 overall, which isn't your problem but was strange nonetheless). Adam Ryland Posted December 2, 2013 Share Posted December 2, 2013 'Discovered talent' is the game's last ditch way of filling gaps in the roster that cannot be filled by any other way (please see the help files), so it would be counterproductive to send them to development and the popularity has to be set to whatever is required for that level on the roster.
