In a pre-show bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, KC Glenn defeated Hollywood Bret Starr in 7:58 by pinfall with a Tune Up The Sunshine Band. Rating 15</p><p>

In a opening bout that featured great action and average heat, Seiji Jimbo defeated Tetsunori Yasuda in 16:23 by submission with a Seiji Ocean Lock. Rating 69</p><p> </p><p>

Highlights of the Tetsunori Yasuda vs Seiji Jimbo opening match</p><p>

- Early in the match, Tetsunori Yasuda try hitting Minilla Drive only for Seiji Jimbo to reverse it into a back drop.</p><p>

- At the 8 minute mark Seiji Jimbo connects with a spinebuster for a great two and a half count.</p><p>

- At the 13 minute mark Jimbo went for a running clothesline and Yasuda ducked, then Yasuda came off the ropes with a great elbow to the head. Tetsunori Yasuda sets up for Minilla Drive and hits it on Seiji Jimbo who some how kicked out at the last moment.</p><p>

- At the 15 minute mark Seiji Jimbo and Tetsunori Yasuda are trading elbows to the face only for Jimbo to duck under Yasuda rolling elbow and connect with a Super Kick to the side of Yasuda head.</p><p>

- At the 16 minute mark after Seiji Jimbo connects with Super Kick, Jimbo then takes Tetsunori Yasuda down with a double leg take-down only to apply Seiji Ocean Lock (Cross Kneelock). Tetsunori Yasuda try to fight only to tapout at the 16:23 mark to end the match.</p><p> </p><p>

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Mokuami Maita defeated Art Reed in 15:05 by submission. Rating 53</p><p>

Highlights of the Art Reed vs Mokuami Maita match</p><p>

- Only 6 minutes in and Mokuami Maita apply an Achilles lock in the middle of the ring. Art Reed some how make it to the ropes but is in great pain.</p><p>

- At the 9 minute mark Art Reed reverses Mokuami piledriver into a back body drop. Reed then picks up Mokuami and hits a Backdrop Driver for a great near fall.</p><p>

- 13 minutes in and Art Reed goes for his Dread Lock submission finisher. As Reed is about lock it in, Mokuami kicks Reed in the face breaking up the Dread Lock attempt. Mokuami Maita then run the ropes for a running clothesline only for Art Reed to duck under and catch Maita with Exploder suplex for a good near fall.</p><p>

- 14 minute mark Art Reed goes for another Backdrop Driver on Mokuami Maita, only for Maita to switch to the back on Art Reed and hit snap bridging german suplex for a great near fall. Mokuami Maita is still holding on to Reed some how gets a hold on Art Reed leg and apply the Achilles lock submission again. Art Reed try hold on but tapout at the 15:05 mark.</p><p> </p><p>

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Bunrakuken Torii defeated Simon Flemmingway in 13:36 by pinfall with a Spinning Forearm Smash. Rating 63</p><p> </p><p>

Highlights of the Simon Flemmingway vs "Machine Gun" Bunrakuken Torii Match</p><p>

- At the 5 minute mark Simon Flemmingway kicks Bunrakuken Torii in the midsection setting up Bunrakuken Torii for and hitting a good looking Sit-down Powerbomb for a good near fall.</p><p>

- Close to the 10 minute mark Simon Flemmingway goes to throw Bunrakuken Torii into the ropes only for Bunrakuken to reverse into a Belly to Belly suplex. Bunrakuken then picks Flemmingway and goes for his finisher the Spinning Forearm Smash. As Bunrakuken about to hit the forearm smash, Flemmingway block it and connects with a Reverse STO for a good near fall.</p><p>

- At the 12 and the half minute mark Simon Flemmingway goes for his Suicide Solution submission, only for Bunrakuken to reverse out of it. As Flemmingway and Torii are getting up, Flemmingway runs at Torii and who ducks under Spins and as Flemmingway turns around hit him with an out out of nowhere Spinning Forearm Smash for the three count at the 13:36 mark.</p><p> </p><p>

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Team Energy defeated Team Toronto in 14:50 when Noriyori Sanda defeated Lee Bennett by pinfall with a Full Body Powerbomb. Rating 67</p><p>

- Team Energy Double STO follow up by a Noriyori Sanda hitting a Full Body Powerbomb for 3 count.</p><p> </p><p>

Holmes then picks up Cole and locks in Final Impact (Crossface Chickenwing Suplex) finisher for the three count at the 8:51 mark.</p><p> </p><p>

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Raymond Diaz defeated Totoya Munakata in 12:38 by pinfall with a Ray Gun. Rating 66</p><p> </p><p>

Highlights of the Totoya Munakata vs "The Monster" Raymond Diaz match</p><p>

- At the 7 minute mark Raymond Diaz knocks Totoya Munakata with running elbow. The Monster then picks Munakata up and lifts him for a 60 Second Vertical Suplex before dropping Munakata down.</p><p>

- Now 10 minute and all Raymond Diaz when Totoya Munakata kicks Raymond Diaz in the legs. Diaz looking hurt, Munakata goes for his big chance and connects with a stiff super kick to Diaz for a good two count.</p><p>

- Totoya Munakata is now in control, when surprisingly goes up top. Munakata wait for Diaz to get to his feet and goes for a high risk high cross body block. Sadly for Munakata, Diaz catches him and hits an amazing spinning side slam. The Monster Diaz then picks Totoya Munakata up and hits Ray Gun (Release powerbomb) for the three count at the 12:38 mark.</p><p> </p><p>

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, Eisaku Kunomasu defeated Yoshimi Mushashibo in a 1 vs 1 - Two out of Three Falls match in 25:44 at two falls to one after winning the first, with the final fall happening by submission with a Roll-Through Kunomasu Vice (Gogoplata). Rating 80</p><p>

Eisaku Kunomasu is improving in Performance skills.</p><p> </p><p>

Highlights of the Eisaku Kunomasu vs Yoshimi Mushashibo 2-out-of-3 Falls Match</p><p>

- At the 8 minute mark Eisaku Kunomasu goes for the Roll-Through Kunomasu Vice, but gets reserved by Yoshimi Mushashibo. Mushashibo then kicks Kunomasu straight to the body and follow up with repeated shoot-style kicks to the kneeling Kunomasu chest. However Eisaku Kunomasu ducks under the roundhouse kick attempt and catches Mushashibo with a Wrist-Clutch Tiger Suplex for a surprising three count for the first pin fall.</p><p>

- 15 minutes mark Eisaku Kunomasu is in control after a knife edge chops to the chest of Yoshimi Mushashibo. Kunomasu throws Mushashibo into the ropes only for Mushashibo to reverse it into a belly-to-back suplex. Yoshimi Mushashibo then picks Eisaku Kunomasu and hits Yoshimi Explosion (Emerald Flowsion) on Kunomasu for the three count at the 16:04 mark making it 1-1.</p><p>

- Close to the 18 minute mark Kunomasu and Mushashibo are trading knife edge chops. Eisaku Kunomasu some how wins the chop-off and hits Mushashibo with a rapid Machine Gun Chop to the chest. Kunomasu then try to follow up with a Discus elbow, that is duck under into a Capture suplex. Amazing after that Kunomasu gets up showing his fighting spirit and an amazingly discus clothesline only for Mushashibo to kick at a great near fall.</p><p>

- At the 21 minute mark Eisaku Kunomasu goes Brainbuster only for Yoshimi Mushashibo escape and some how connect with a standing Yoshimi Lock (Scissored Armbar) in the middle of the ring. As it looks like Kunomasu is about to tap, he some how picks Mushashibo and showing his strength hits a great running corner powerbomb on Yoshimi Mushashibo to break the hold.</p><p>

- With both wrestler's down after a double clothesline at the 23 minute mark, Kunomasu and Mushashibo start to get up and trade elbow shot after elbow shot to the head. Finally Yoshimi Mushashibo hits five straight elbow to the head of Eisaku Kunomasu. Mushashibo goes for a bridging snap dragon suplex only for Kunomasu to reverse back switch into half nelson suplex and amazingly one motion a roll-through Kunomasu Vice lock. Yoshimi Mushashibo try to fight it but tapout at the 25:44 mark giving Eisaku Kunomasu the win at 2-1.</p><p> </p><p>

In the Main Event bout that featured great action and a good crowd, PRIDE Koiso defeated Mito Miwa, Billy Russell and Magnum Kobe in 34:30; the order of elimination was Magnum Kobe first, then Billy Russell, and finally Mito Miwa. Rating 81</p><p>

Highlights of the #1 contenders Main Event match</p><p>

- About 7 minute into the main event <strong>Magnum Kobe</strong> Irish whips <strong>PRIDE Koiso</strong> into the ropes, only for <strong>PRIDE Koiso</strong> to reserve into a great Backdrop Driver for a two count.</p><p>

- 10 minute in and <strong>Magnum Kobe</strong> hit <strong>Billy Russell</strong> with a Backhand chop that rocks <strong>Russell</strong> to the corner. From there, <strong>Magnum Kobe</strong> picks up <strong>Russell</strong> and put him on top turn turn buckle. As Kobe goes for what look like a superplex, <strong>Billy Russell</strong> starts to fight out of it with stiff elbow and goes for a high risk move at the top with a diving crossbody block only for <strong>Magnum Kobe</strong> to reverse into a beautiful snap powerslam for good near fall.</p><p>

- 15 minute in and no has been eliminated yet. <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> in control has <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> down on the mat decide he want to try to eliminate <strong>Koiso</strong>. <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> set <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> for the Amphora Clutch Bomb, but <strong>Koiso</strong> block it into a back body drop. <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> get up and rushes <strong>Pride Koiso</strong>, only for to hit a bone crushing spinning side slam for another good near fall.</p><p>

- 18 minute and Billy Russell snap suplexes <strong>Magnum Kobe</strong> down and rolls through for a front face lock submission. <strong>Russell</strong> is about to lock it in, when <strong>Kobe</strong> stops the attempt by pulling <strong>Russell</strong> hand apart. <strong>Magnum Kobe</strong> then pushes <strong>Russell</strong> into the corner and goes into attack mode with stiff knife edge chops and elbows to the side of the neck on Russell. <strong>Magnum</strong> then pulls back to the middle of the ring for the Kobe Bomb (Spinning Powerbomb) when <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> (not knowing <strong>Miwa</strong> tag himself in) spins <strong>Kobe</strong> around and drop <strong>Kobe</strong> with a devastating lariat. <strong>Miwa</strong> then picks up <strong>Kobe</strong> and connects with Amphora Clutch Bomb (Blue Thunder Driver) for the 3 count and the first elimination of the match at 20:01.</p><p>

- 24 minute into the main event <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> and <strong>Billy Russell</strong> are trading knife edge chop, when out of nowhere <strong>Russell</strong> hits a jaw snapping kick <strong>Koiso</strong> in the face, following up with a powerful Belly to belly suplex for good two count on <strong>Koiso</strong> at the 25 minute mark.</p><p>

- At the 25:35 <strong>Billy Russell</strong> goes for the kill shot with a spinning back fist, however <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> duck under and catches <strong>Russell</strong> with an violent German suplex that drop <strong>Russell</strong> on the top of his head. <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> then picks <strong>Bill Russell</strong> up, put him on his shoulders and drops him with a devastating Koiso Kutter (TKO) for the 3 Count and eliminating <strong>Billy Russell</strong> 26:18 minute mark.</p><p>

- Now down to <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> and <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> they staredown with neither man backing down, when to the shock of every one <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> slaps <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> in the face. <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> then slap him back. They go nose to nose showing that Japanese fighting spirit wrestling. As <strong>Mita Miwa</strong> & <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> are staring down, <strong>Miwa</strong> step back and connects with a ferocious combo of slaps to the face, but get to cocky and going for a back hand and get caught and drop with a surprising German suplex! <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> shockingly get back up and drops <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> with devastating neck snapping lariat for great near fall at 28 minute mark.</p><p>

- 30 minute mark and both <strong>Koiso</strong> and <strong>Miwa</strong> are showing sign of tiring from a tough match. Pride Koiso hits a vicious knife edge chop that look like it could have cut skin. After that knife edge chop, <strong>Koiso</strong> try to pick him up for Koiso Kutter but it's block with elbows from <strong>Miwa</strong>. <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> then try for Amphora Clutch Bomb, but Pride reserves to a surprise roll up for a two count. <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> get up quickly and Pride Koiso turns into a teeth breaking spinning forearm smash to his face for a great near fall at the 31:38 mark.</p><p>

- At the 32 minute mark <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> goes for a Tiger suplex, but <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> block into a behind switch and connect with a German suplex, however <strong>Kosio</strong> doesn't let go and picks <strong>Miwa</strong> up for another German suplex and connect. <strong>Pride</strong> is still holding on and goes for the third German suplex, but some how <strong>Miwa</strong> block and reserves into a back switch of his own and connect with beautiful release Tiger suplex! To the amazement to everyone at Kanagawa Sports Field, <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> get back up! Pride Koiso rushes <strong>Mito Miwa</strong>, goes for a lariat, but is block by <strong>Mito Miwa</strong>, only for <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> to duck under a spinning forearm smash by <strong>Miwa</strong> and it an amazing Double Knee Facebreaker! <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> then picks <strong>Mito Miwa</strong> back, put him on his shoulder and connect with a strong Running Koiso Kutter (Running TKO) for the 3 count at the 34:30 mark and making <strong>Pride Koiso</strong> the winner and #1 contender for the PGHW Glory Crown Championship! </p><p> </p><p>
