The way a player improves his stats is currently decided by the player. I was thinking how about the stats improve depending on who you are fighting like in TEW. So, for example, when you fight a worker who is superior to you in 90% of stats you can only improve those stats where that worker is better than you. So, you still choose, but they are limited.

This, in turn, will make the player think about where he works. Do they want to improve technical ability? Join ROF. Do they want to concentrate on brawling and hardcore? GSW would be a better choice.

Also, when a player starts, have only the most basic moves available to choose from. As the player gets involved in more fights they learn more moves. And, say after every 5 fights with a single worker, he can then copy one of that workers moves and use it as his own.

That would be terrible unless you could train yourself. Imagine you only fought guys with weak performance skills? You'd never evolve.

This would work if you could evolve in both ways. Boosts from fighting experienced or talented workers as well as training outside the ring.
