Segment 11: Clearing the Smoke

"Hello"

"Todd?"

"Walt, what's this all about you owing drug lords vasts amount of money?"

I called him Walt from a young age, just fitted.

"oh, you heard about that?"

"Yeah, two big burly dudes came to my place, looking for you"

"Oh, shit you didn't get hurt or anything?"

"No, they were only concerned in looking for you."

"Ok... Man I am in some deep deep Sh*t."

"It may surprise you but I f*cking know. How did you get into this mess?"

"Well, remember a few months back, I was begging you to buy some of the product?"

"Yeah?"

"That wasn't about me being a dick and wanting you to take it, I just needed money because you are the only guy who I sell too. You used to buy so much, I was usually sorted for my quota for the month, but then you gave up, so I was stuck."

"Oh.."

"I'm not quite sure what to do, Todd."

"Well, don't go home, they invaded your appartment."

"yeah, I know. They wreckedit, they also left a horse head in my bed a few days ago, It was brutal"

"Ugh, that's quite nasty"

I could feel the clam cakes coming back again, after 3 months without them.

"Listen, keep your head down, I'll be in touch."

"Alright, thanks Todd."

I hung up the phone, luckily he wasn't hurt. I was panicked, I hadn't time to think of ideas for wrestling, yet the funny thing was I came up with a decent idea for the next show. I soon found out that Craig had somehow gotten a ticket to Austrailia, no idea how but at least he was safe and now I could concentrate on my company. The thing I didn't expect was that although Craig was safe, I wasn't.

Segment 12: The Hard Stuff Kicked Back

A few days past and I heard nothing much about Craig or anything else for that matter. I was concentrating on my work and I had talked to some of the guys about what they would be doing next month. The roster was quite small, and well it was like a little family. Everybody cared for everybody else, there was a kind of mutual respect between everyone, even the new faces.

I was at home, just writing really. That's I had been doing, writing ideas running it by other guys and then, well, seeing if they liked it. I rarely ever had problems with booking, the guys were actually quite on board with my ideas. However, a knock came on the door, at this stage I should have known better not to answer it, something interesting always happens when people were knocking on my door.

I opened it to receive a huge right hook right to my jaw. I dropped to the floor, blood spewing from my mouth.

"Oh, you don't know Craig Walters huh?"

A kick connected firmly into my ribs. He then grabbed my head and put a picture in front of me, I couldn't really see it, I had pretty much been knocked out of my senses with that punch.

"Look, well here is you, Todd Cusson, yep thats you and right beside you, Oh well would you look at that, it's Craig Walters."

So, here it is. I always thought that drugs would be the thing that would take my life prematurely, but no. I tried to stand up, yano, for my pride.

"Listen Mr. Cusson, we need to find Craig Walters and you have 1 week to find out where he is and tell us, or else next time you won't be getting back up"

He then delivered a final blow, a punch right to my gut, I then fell back to the floor. They left, my vision blurry, my mouth bloody, my sternum bruised, I was in severe pain and all I could do was crawl over to my couch, but I couldn't get myself on it, I pretty much just lay there on the ground. Lifeless, but I was still breathing...... just.

When I arose the next morning, I was barely able to walk, my torso was f*cked and my jaw felt like 4 inches out of place. In all hindsight, it was actually just me biting tongue when they hit me is where the blood came from, my jaw was fine. thing was that in one week, I had a MEE event scheduled, but by god it was going ahead. I will find my way out of this without getting anybody killed... including myself.

I would just like to give some kind of an update in terms of this diary. The next show will be up soon. More than likely tomorrow if I can but if not then probably Wednesday. But the real thing I want to address is what is currently happening in the diary. I know the whole Drug Lord thing is quite gimmicky and movie like, but it is leading somewhere back to where the diary had originally started, so just bear through these parts and we'll get back to the central theme soon enough. I hope that this Drug Lord thing hasn't turned you off the diary but I thought it would be a nice thing to introduce, however, looking back on it I don't think it works, I'm not going to change it or anything, but I just feel I went a bit too far, feel free to comment on what you guys think about it but as I said the central theme of the diary will return soon.

I enjoy the drugs storyline. I think it adds another layer to the overall story and makes it easier to cheer for Todd as a businessman as he gets over his demons and past.

Oh believe me, Todds battles with substance abuse are far from over, its his dealings with the whole Craig situation that I dont think has worked, yano with Craig iwing large sums of money to the drug lord. That is what Im slightly disappointed with.

• Nathan gets the upper hand though, thanks to some slick technical moves.
• This continues to confound Jake as Nathan grounds the experienced Canadian.

*Todd Cusson is walking down a corridor backstage with Danny Patterson and Christopher Hart follow him. Soon enough, Roger Dodger comes up to the champ.*

Roger: Hey, Todd... Can I see your title?

Todd: *Pauses* Get outta here you gremlin.

*He continues to walk down the corridor before Richard Blood comes out of nowhere and stands toe to toe with the champ*

Blood: You think your all high and mighty with your little escorts back there.

Todd: *Chuckles* What do you want Blood?

Blood: You ready for what I'm gonna do in our match later? It's going to be wild *Pauses, before smirking* And your little buddies back there can't do anything.

Tood: Listen Rich, I don't need Danny or Chris to do my work for me, I can dispose of you, just like I disposed of Chris Bruins, don't think you are any different. I think it's quite suitable that you are in this match, Because your surname, it's exactly what will be pouring out of your forehead later.

*Blood then leaves*

• This match starts with Hart and Danny switching in and out keeping each other fresh as they bully Johnny around.
• Danny mocks J.J numerous times as he dominates Johnny.
• However, Johnny is able to make a quick escape from the Chokeslam and tag in J.J.
• J.J rushes in only to be cut off by a big boot.
• J.J does get momentum and gets Danny down to one knee.
• He tags in Johnny and Johnny climbs the ropes only to be caught by Danny and chokeslammed to the mat, and pinned, 1.. 2.. 3.

• Jack starts off pretty well in the early stages, he doesn’t inflict much damage but is able to stand toe to toe with the experienced Man-Darin
• Man-Darin’s experience eventually shows though after he counters move after move of Jack’s.
• This is followed up with a vicious neck breaker, planting Jack on the mat.
• Man-Darin measures Jack but is countered with a nice kick to the gut.
• Jack tries for a Revolution in Evolution (Cutter) but can’t quite connect with it as Man-Darin throws Jack to the ground.
• Man-Darin then goes for a springboard crossbody just to be caught by Jack with a Revolution in Evolution (Cutter) before being pinned, 1…. 2…. 3.

• Chris starts this match much the stronger as Roger can’t keep up with his intense wrestling style.
• Roger tries his best to come back but Chris continues to batter him.
• This eventually mounts to a brawl as both men just throw blow after blow
• Before long the match spills to the outside, the brawling continues
• The referee counts to 10 without any real reaction from the competitors as they continue to brawl.

MEE World Heavyweight Title, Razors Edge Cage Match
Match 5: Todd Cusson v Richard Blood

• The match seems like a stalemate affair with both competitors focusing on actual wrestling then the volatile surroundings.
• However that soon changes when Blood connects with a sweet dropkick, before picking up Todd and smashing him into the cage wall. The barbs have ripped up his back.
• Blood continues to keep the pressure on Todd with swift strikes to the face.
• Todd then counters and belly to belly’s Blood into the cage wall.
• Todd then grabs a chair and smashes it over the head of Blood.
• This busts Blood open as he soon has a crimson mask, Todd gloats by showing this to the fans.
• The match continues with Todd keeping Blood grounded, not letting him use his athleticism.
• Blood eventually rises back into the match with a nice Russian leg sweep.
• Blood then sets up the Crossbody, however, Todd catches him and switches him in to the Supreme Hype (Rock Bottom) and connects with it before pinning him, 1… 2…. 3.

Segment 13: Back on the Powder

Well, I had things to do the show was over but I had arranged to pay this drug lord the money Walt had owed him. He said it was 65k, meh, I had gotton a 100k signing on bonus in SWF and I still had most of that money. He was willing to leave me and Walt alone if I paid the money. I left straight after the last segment no hanging around the locker room tonight. my back was stilll ripped open from my match but I had other plans. I tried to rush out the back door.

"In a hurry, boss?"

"Yeah, Preston is there if you need him, bye."

I may have been a little too blunt there, but I was on a mission. I hopped in my car and drove to this guys meet up place. He was there in the darkness and his two goons too, one on each side.

"Do you have the money?"

"You sure you don't want your goons to talk for you?"

That may have been a bit cheeky but I was furious with this guy.

"Cheeky f*cker, ain't you?"

"Do you want the money or not?"

"Big talk for a little man?"

"At least I don't take oreders from a guy in a stupid suit?"

"Real smart f*cker."

Both goons walked towards me, I stood my gruond until a thick London accent blurted out.

"Yea, 'E is smart."

Danny and Chris had come up behind me, I was both happy asnd angry to see them.

"Smart... bringing some back up... Alright lets get this over with"

I threw the money over to him, they seemed happy with the amount.

"Lovely, but hey I'm not one to leave our guests empty handed"

He throw me over a bag, it itself had enough poweder for everyone on the roster, prob 65k worth now that I think about it.

"Why would I need this, I don't use this anymore"

"Oh, no I insist"

We weren't going to argue, yeah Danny and Chris are tough guys but it doesn't matteer how tough you are when a bullet is speeding towards you. We discussed what just happened in the car, they followed me, they were worried, thought I might have been in trouble. They tried to prize the drugs away from me but I said I knew it's affects and that I wouldn't be tempted. Boy was I wrong.

Upon arriving home, I threw the bag on the table, I kept looking at it. I was... weak, I didn't know what I could do. Yeah, I did it. Not all of it but a decent amount, I was abusing again. I guess you never stop being an addict. it felt so good, I was where I belonged again. O)f course, this time, I was ok, no OD or anything, just a simple, one night only deal. Or so I had thought. The next morning, I thought about the nights events, the interaction with the drug lord and so on. I came up with an idea, an Idea that would change MEE forever.

Could go either way but I think that Black is more important to you long term and with Man-Darin losing more than winning so far, I figure that he´s here more to build up the yougsters rather than being one of the main star so I go with Black.

Flex eats a pin while Sloan gets a win over Jack since he isn´t winning in singles matches because the belt being on line.

Segment 14: Phil-ing out my Plan

I sat in my room, doped outta my skull. I blankly stared at the ceiling. All kinds of weird sh*t ran through my brain before passing out on my bathrrom floor with some b*tch off the street in my bed. I didn't pay her for it, as far as I'm concerned I wasn't able to see straight, not too mind pick up a hooker. One of my worst moments I admit but I was worried about what she might be carrying something that I didn't want to pick up so I went to the hospital. I had a feeling the doctor knew I was abusing but she couldn't say anything to me.

I made my home and thought about my brilliant idea. I personally thought it was genius but others might not think so. Preston seemed to like it. I sat in my sitting room, booking wasn't stopping the cravings. It was a wonder because it did before. My phone then rang.

Segment 15: Flying High

Night of the show and I was twitching. I needed a kick but I couldn't go out there high as a kite.... Could I? Surely not.. I was thinking real hard about it too. F*ck it, I'll go for it. I went to the bathroom, had everything ready... but I couldn't do it. I couldn't just throw away what I had built this up to be. MEE was my life now and if I did this, it would be tarnished forever. I just could not do it. I may be a drug addict but I wasn't an idiot. I know it sounds ironic but addiction is harder than you think. Everybody has an addiction just some are more dangerous then others. But I wasn't going to let mine get in the way of this company becoming an International phenomenon.

I was ready to turn a new page, a new beginning, a new era of awesome. MEE is going places and I will show the world that I will live up to the hype I was given.
