It was released on March 7th 2015, and is more up-to-date than the one that was released with the full game on December 9th 2014. A lot of the attributes had become mis-assigned or removed due to an error that currently hasn't been found, the latest version fixes that and removes some junk data that could possibly have contributed to it. You can download it here: DOWNLOAD. This is the same version that comes with the full WMMA4 installer. To install, simply unzip and paste WMMA4.mdb over your existing copy (in Databases \ Default) while WMMA4 is closed. Please note that if you have not downloaded the full installer or full trial (i.e. if you went directly from public beta to trial-to-retail patch) you will be missing around 25 new fighter pictures, a few altered pictures, and all the Free Pictures.
