After his mentor, Emperor Palpatine was killed by Ben 10, Plank took the thrown after betraying Captain Melonhead. With Shang Tsung and Jango Fett by his side, and an entire fleet of Imperial fleet of Star Destroyers, nothing seems to be able stop him....not even Ben 10!
