My goal is to see how high I can take this team.

Facilities are the worst in the conference of 12 teams.

The Roster is extremely unbalanced, will need to fix the rotation.

 

My plan is to Recruit Steals/Hands guys for the back court, and Block guys for the front court with either offense or defense as the second attribute. I will red shirt everyone for five years of development, I will press and trap, and work on getting my teams pace to 10, with some stamina, we should run some teams out of the gym. The first two and perhaps three years will be lean, as I recruit and develop.

Have not had success in recruiting the A Stl back court, however we were still second in the nation in steal last year with 9.2 per game.

2007 22-7 (9-5) Injury bug hit last year - 3 players out with fractures, my #2 scorer out all year.

Finished second in Conference, No Conference Tourney for Ivy League, went to NIT as a #5, lost first round by 2pts.
