Just shortly after the failed Rumble Roses XX tournament, the rights were sold to former champion, Miss Spencer, who has resigned all the original roses and brought in several new ones. She has also organized a live show. After the first show, here are the workers:

At the first show, Candy Cane lost to her teacher, Miss Spencer, to give Spencer the Rumble Roses Championship. This made Candy jealous and spurred a rivalry between them and there is also rumor of a lesbian relationship between the two, going on backstage. This may make it on screen.
