modding question - reccomended roster size

It gives you suggestions when you are modding as to the roster size, but it has a separate score for women's wrestlers, even when you have an integrated promotion.

 

If it's integrated and it sayd this:

 

workers 31-38

women 10

 

Would you then do 48 workers (10 of them women)

or 38 workers and 10 of them women?

I would probably do 38 with 10 as women.

If it's integrated, women are considered the same as men.

So it's 31-38. It seems pure logic to me.

 

Furthermore, even if womens are integrated, you have no obligation to have women in your company. I have the exemple of ZEN in C-Verse.
