Calling up from development

I'm running SWF in the demo and my development territoty is RIPW. The RIPW Champion, Spencer Spade, has told me he has learned enough in development and that he is ready to be called up to the main roster. According to his stats he could become a huge star.

 

Now I've just signed the veteran Bryan Holmes, who has excellent performance skills and sent him to development to train people.

 

RIPW has put Spade in a storyline with Holmes. What should I do ?

 

Spade will improve from being in angles and matches with Holmes I guess but I don't want his morale to go down the drain.

 

What would you do ? Call him up immediately or wait for a while until the storyline is finished ?

If you don't want to call him up yet, change his focus to "To Work Down There" and he should be happy to continue working down there.

The work down there feature is huge. I love it.
