Thanks! I've just been either rendering in Iray but using a 3Delight skin texture (that's what I did for Dusty there) and it gives off an interesting look or I've been doing a 3Delight render but not using the UberSurface shader and instead leaving it as it's own SSS shader texture. This is probably way more inside baseball than anyone cares about.

 

I've done a Gakusha before. If I still have that render I'll try to run it through the new techniques I've been playing around with.

I know what you mean, although the females tend to have bigger hair and smaller shoulders so by the time you zoom back enough to get both in the head can be a lot smaller and then when reduced to 150x150 it feels really small. But I'll keep it in mind. Thanks

yeah, i know the problem, but on the blue background your female renders looks like they have bigger heads compared to the male renders.

 

you could work a little bit with body types to add a more muscuar body to the females, so they looks a bit more beefy, that would avoid the small shoulder problem.

Or reduce the lenght of the neck, that could also work.

 

What i do is posing the Arms up-down to 50-70% depending on the model.

I also found that setting the background of the render to the CVerse Background made having the renders easier to fit into the game. It saves the issue of your amazing renders not being on the CV Background.
