starca Posted February 12, 2006 Share Posted February 12, 2006 If in the game options menu a team has staff delegated to yes on recruiting and transfers does that mean the CPU will handle those even though in the commish screen it is not toggled for CPU control? I hope that makes sense. I just want to make sure all of our coaches have all control and the CPU has nothing. The CPU gets no soup!! Thanks for you help.
