Hiring someone for developmental/child company question

So, in the editor, you can specify why a worker is under a developmental contract and the one I enjoy most is "to work down there," which allows for real life situations such as Samoa Joe and Austin Aries to take place in the game world.

 

But how do I actually sign someone while in-game to work in developmental under those conditions without them giving me a hard time if they don't think they should be there?

Or, sign them to a standard written and send them down with the 'To work down there' reason.</p>
