marsupial311 Posted May 13, 2016 Share Posted May 13, 2016 I just went through a year where I gained 30ish pop in my home area and a bunch of spillover pop from a tv show and the most improved promotion of the year gained 2 pop in their home region for the year... BTW you'd probably be better making posts in the Small Questions thread pinned to the top of the board rather than making individual threads.
