JPEG woes. How to solve?

Recommended Posts

I have an issue sometimes that when I download worker images from what I assume is photobucket from various creators, sometimes I get an error, and nothing I can do seems to bring the image I saw in the thread or bucket location to show on my Windows 7 PC. What can you do to get the images to show?

Ok. I will try that, usually i just click download from the source (or post) on the forums, and if that doesn't work, I navigate to the photobucket and right click and download. Could that be the issue then? Needing to right click down to the source first?

This doesn't happen all the time, but I do have about 15 images that look like that screenshot. Sorry if I am not following correctly, but wanted to make sure I was on the right track.

I will try that out and see if that helps.</p><p> </p><p> Thanks a lot.</p>

If you're lazy like me, right click on the image and copy, then paste into gimp and unsharp mask, save. A nice fresh install of Arch will also make that annoying Windows 10 message go away once and for all <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

ok heres why you have a error

if the image is copyrighted it will give you a error.

You can remove the copyright in a paint program. All you got to do is save the picture as a different name. Now if the picture does not load a tumbnail at all. You need to save the google image of it. It won't be copyrighted but if you blow it up. It will be the source copyrighted image. Even photobucket has copyrighted images now. Since they try to sell you pictures from your own bucket. I have been removing copyrights since way back in the day.
