kobelee
Two Questions about Dojos in TEW 2016.. 1)Are Dojos dependent on the "New Worker Frequency" option for the amount of rookies you get? Or does "New Worker Frequency" mean new unemployed wrestlers? And the quality of those wrestlers is based on the reputation of the Dojo right? 2)And cost aside for a minute..what if I had a Dojo for Men And a Dojo for Women? Will I get a wider ranger of choices for each sex? How would that work? (Again, expenses aside) Ok more than 2 questions But please help though!!! Lionhart
Concerning your first question, yes they are.

Any CPU generated worker has a chance to be a dojo graduate.

And their quality depends on 3 factors : Dojo's reputation, dojo's training focus and dojo's trainer.

However, I assume it just affect their debut stat and has no influence on how they develop next.

Concerning the second part, I'm not sure but I assume that it is useless to have two dojos. (Except if you want to have different training focus on each one of your dojos.)

Basically, the game generally create the kind and the number of worker that your game world needs, so more dojos doesn't necessarily means more workers.

Hope it helps.
kobelee
So if I had "General Training",a top Head Trainer, and 100% rep I could get a good rookie who is good all around instead of focusing on one "emphasis"? (General, basic, brawling, etc.)
