Any top row stats included in their worker style + performance skills (psych etc.)

Snoopy is 100% correct. I will go into more detail.

Top row stats:

"Rumble" Skills - Brawling, Puroresu, and Hardcore

Technical Wrestling - Chain Wrestling, Mat Wrestling, and Submissions

Aerial (NOT Flashiness)

Ring General Skills: Psychology, Basics, Consistency

Showstopper Skills: Psychology (Yes, it's listed twice, no mistake), Selling, Flashiness, Charisma

Also, Star Quality has a minor effect on the quality of the match. Comedy Matches require high Comedy. Sex Appeal matches require high Sex Appeal.

In any case, what you need in a worker depends on your product and the level of your promotion. The bigger the promotion, the higher quality you need in workers if you are a performanced-based product. However, in a popularity-based product this is much less necessary.

Also, some products prefer certain top-row stats and deemphasize certain stats. The Traditional Product emphasizes Brawling and Technical Skills, but eschews Puroresu (yes), Hardcore and Aerial. The Modern Product emphasizes Aerial, Chain Wrestling, Brawling, and Submissions, but eschews Hardcore, Puroresu, and Matwork.

From my experience, some products REALLY like Ring General stats (Traditional) and some products like Showstopper stats (Modern), while some products blunt the impact of having weak skills in these areas (Mainstream). However, all products like Ring General and Showstopper stats. No matter what product you have, these stats are always welcome.

If you look at your Product Appeal Definition, it should tell which top-row skill is less effective in your product. It will give you a sense on what to avoid.
