Joe Breakdown
Hello there!

Hoping someone can help here.

Sadly, my laptop has died and I've had to buy a new one. I've tried reinstalling TES 2016 on my new laptop and have used the licence key I originally received, thinking it would disable registration on my old laptop (which I can no longer turn on.) However, it says I need to purchase a new licence.

Is this correct? One new licence per PC? If so, that sadly means it's the end for me!

If anyone knows otherwise, I'd love some help. I have emailed Greydog but sadly haven't had a response (only emailed two days ago.)

Ta
Adam Ryland
For reference, there's a whole section on Elicense pinned to the top of the Technical Support forum that answers all your questions. The short answer is that the license can only be on one machine at a time, there's no need to purchase a new one, and you will need to contact Scott to have your old one deactivated.
