There are 7 game areas (USA, Canada, British Isles, Mexico, Japane, Europe and Australia)... workers are set to be able to work a selection of them, meaning they are only able to be signed to companies who have their home base in those areas. When they are available to work in a new area it means they now have more areas they can work in. This can be caused randomly (usually for popular workers) or by an active wrestler not having any matches for a lengthy period of time, therefore causing them to look to other areas for potential employment.
