License issue after full format

So I had to fully format my laptop recently fully. Lost my windows 10 upgrade and literally everything. I installed TEW2016 and now its asking for my Order ID. Problem is I dont know it anymore. I dont have the receipt email sent to me. I purchased 3 games from GDS. How can I go about getting my Licenses back so I can reinstall my games and play them again?

Not seeing the CMD method mentioned on anything and the Control Panel shows nothing of an elicense.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Edit: I attempted the CMD method. Did not work. Would the computer recognize an elicense if its been fully wiped? It was reset to the point of it being fresh out of box and needing all my info again.</p>
