Filter for "unemployed & available to hire"

I'm not sure how it is for others but I always make a company in Canada, and in this version I want to open up omega. The issue with the current filters is you can search for unemployed fighters and you can search for available to hire. You cant search for both at the same time though. It would make things so much easier to be able to search them both at the same time that way depending on where your company is you aren't seeing mostly guys in other companies.

 

I'm not sure I explained myself that well but basically the issue is ( as an example) if I start as omega if I search for unemployed it will show me ALLOT of guys I can't sign. If i go to available for hire it will show me alot of xcc guys, I don't like hiring a bunch of people from other companies so for me it would be alot easier if I could use both filters at the same time that way it will only show me unemployed fighters available for hire.
